Gäbi Coffee & Bakery - Stephanie

Beautiful coffee shop with some savory snacks as well in Henderson! Having been to their first location I was excited about this one! First of all - while smaller than the first shop, Stephanie location has an immaculate interior. Wonderfully decorated it resembles an old school library! Staff is nice and willing to help with choices! Their cakes made out of crapes are delicious, as are pastries!! Bagel sandwiches are pretty good as well. Macaroons are special and much thicker than their French ancestors! The only thing I would say is lacking to be 5-stars is consistency during the week. Having had lattes on weekends, I came during the week and quality was not the same!

Gabi is a great place to escape the city it is housed in. It must be that there is little signage and that the door to enter looks like it belongs to the brig of an old ship, that makes you step through a portal. The ambience is wonderful the first time you enjoy Gabi; the greenhouse, the reading stairs, the mismatch furniture...But it seems the next time you go, you see through the atmosphere and notice how it's not enjoyable to sit on the sofa, some of the furniture is outdoor furniture and does not work well with eating at a table for two. Which brings me to the food and drinks.I have had only a few things from Gabi, I have had an iced Americano, an iced Honeydew Latte, turkey and cranberry sandwich. Although I have not tasted them myself the cakes and other sweets are eye catching and remarkably well made. As for the sandwich I had I would say it was fairly good I didn't like the sweet roasted nuts on the sandwich and would ask those to be removed but the sandwich was not bad. The americano was good, decent espresso it seemed. The honeydew latte was good, different but good. Gabi is certainly one of my favorite places in Las Vegas simply because the city does not exist behind that wooden brig door. And even though the food could be better, the out of this world atmosphere is the star.This is an inconclusive review sorry.

Genuinely confused as to how same jaded people could ever rate this place low - of course it's "not like the original place" because it's a smaller, more locally accessible version. The interior is STUNNING and no other local coffee shop can really compare to its unique atmosphere. The service is always top tier - I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees because they're all very kind and professional.The menu is different than their original location but the quality and flavor is still there - I adore all their breakfast options, they're my go-to!I come to drink, eat and spend time here multiple times a month because of how fresh and immersive the entire experience is.

This location in Henderson has been open for a few months so it's not too terribly crowded.The menu is small which I like, I had a strawberry macaroon, almond croissant and the butterfly latte. Just delicious!

Disappointed with the portion sizes for the price. The presentation is nice, but the food is way too expensive for how little you get. I expected more for what I paid, and I left still feeling hungry. The flavours are decent, but definitely not worth the price. There are better cafés in Vegas that offer more value for your money.

Hands down the best HEC croissant I've ever had. Absolutely loved the egg tart as well. The vibes in here are super nice and cozy. Can't wait to come back soon!! 10/10 recommend.

Finally made it back after their renovation last fall! Love the refreshed ambience, and the extra seating makes it perfect for hanging out with friends. They've brought some favorites from their OG Chinatown spot. I love their white chocolate lavender coffee and they put something magical in their grilled cheese. This time I tried their Earl Grey cake and was not disappointed! so good!

Kind of awful all the reviews are just comparing it to OG location. This is still a much better service than most coffee shops in area with great selection of food and drinks. Their tea was exquisite and so was their cake. It felt very comfortable and sophisticated.

Service is always great with the barista named Autumn. Her latte art work is amazing. Ambiance is nice and relaxing. Food is great too. Ask for off menu drink. The matcha with strawberry foam on top.

Beautiful coffee shop with a great ambiance. Enjoyed one of the best croissants and egg tarts I've ever had. Definitely will make this place a Sunday tradition.
