I stopped by on a whim since my destination place was closed. The whole team greeted me as I walked in. They were gathered, sharing a few minutes of their day.Jenn was excellent as she spoke with me about my needs and desires for my purchase. Jenn showed me several options and encouraged me to try the table and chairs. I quickly found something in my price range and felt no pressure, only support.As Jenn and I spoke, I mentioned needing a new mattress. Jenn asked me if she could show me their options and waited for a response. Jenn never guided me or pushed me to look, knowing that I had only come in for a table.Jenn again showed me multiple options and encouraged me to try them all. I was quickly able to narrow down my choice.In passing, I mentioned a recliner to Jenn, and she asked if I would like to check out what they had in stock. When I declined, she was polite and asked if there was anything else.The delivery scheduling and purchasing were so quick and easy. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. That is my type of shopping.Thanks Jenn!

I had purchased a couch and love seat about a month ago for $1050.00 after taxes and the delivery charge the total was $1245.00. I didn't have that couch but two days and it already broke? Now i understand why Rick threw in those 8 pillows that came with the couch saying they were $30 a pillow thanks Rick!

My family and I were furniture shopping all day, and this was our last stop. Jennifer was helping us and she was very nice and helped us to the best of her knowledge. If she didn't know something she went and found out the answer. Thank you for being awesome Jennifer!

The best prices we found in an entire day of furniture shopping. Their furniture comes if the floor of world market so it's in house and ready to be purchased immediately. Leo was our salesperson. He was helpful and not overbearing at all. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stopped by here to look at some furniture. The sales people here were all very friendly, no pressure. We met with Jennifer who answered our questions. We decided we wanted to purchase a large sectional. The deal was good for us and she threw in some extra deals for us. We set up delivery for the day we moved into our new home. It was delivered on time! Great customer service. Will go back when ready to get more furniture. Go check them out!

Purchased my dad a bed for his birthday and it came with no instructions . Talk about cheap. I called to see if we could get instructions emailed to us and the lady toldMe it would take hours to email to me since she was helping people. I would assume she would stop what she was doing to help a customer who has already paid in order to gain their loyalty but this is a fast business who only care about money. Apparently all their products are picked up from the warehouse of the manufacture and sold to the public at a discounted rate because their defected and damage. Lesson learned money wasted and back to big box stores who offer warranty and great customer service. Save your money people and invest in something worth having. Don't waste your time here.

Feels like a scam as soon as you walk in. Furniture is very cheap quality. I'll rather pay more and go across the street to Walker furniture.

I was shopping for furniture and I have bought many times from this store for the past 20 years, and the name changes , I went in on a Friday, and found what I needed, but we had to cancel due to a personal issue. I had to give them half of what I spent and they asked me to Zelle them the money, which I did. So it's now only the third day, I called and as them to cancel my order, they said they couldn't do that! I said why? you will lose you deposit if you cancel, then he proceeded to say I signed a contract, they texted me the deposit I gave them, with the amount to be paid upon delivery. I said I didn't sign anything, and I wasn't aware there was no refund policy until they sent me the receipt for the deposit! on the receipt there's a clause saying no refunds, well no one told me that and there's no signature of mine on that receipt! I can't believe that they are refusing to return my deposit! and I also didn't need the furniture until the end of August. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! I told him I would get in touch with my bank, he said I don't care who you call, your bank, an attorney , whatever! Do Not Do Business with Furniture World! Dianne!
