Raheem has great Customer service , Miles and Julian is Awesome they have great customer service was very patient and adjusted all the legs on the other 3 chairs that were off, They are knowledgeable , very friendly and good at there job . Thank you Raheem for getting my issues resolved. For exchanging my table and replacing the leg. I still think Amy should not be a manager there she has terrible customer service. She has a shitty attitude and shouldn't be the face of the store.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS We purchased a sectional sofa on 01/25/22 from this store (furniture fashion at boulevard mall) for $3200, estimate delivery was 4-6 weeks after waiting they scheduled delivery 02/25/22 when it arrived it was the wrong sectional so of course they called and act like it was to the wrong customer and they claimed its 6-8 weeks estimate so anyway they gave me a new date to deliver 03/15/22 and they didn't even deliver on that time. It arrived 03/17/22 and it was damaged the whole bottom material was all ripped of and loose so i called the store and explain to them that this is really unacceptable and I'm gonna contact BBB to report them so the manager (Amy) said to me if i do that then their not gonna fix the sectional.And on top of all that hassling and drama i found out that their price was rip off, i found the same sectional for $2850

I went to 5 different furniture stores before I finally found the perfect sofa and art picture in Furniture Fashions on Maryland Pkwy. I was looking for a specific sleeper sofa and they had the perfect size and color, the store didn't have it in stock but I was shown a book that had the perfect loveseat, but decided to wait. I went home looked online and didn't have luck looking online so I called FFLV the next day and placed my order. The movers were extremely helpful and professional as well. I highly recommend this place for your future furniture needs.

This location has two parts, the main store is part of the Boulevard Mall (store entrance from outside). The second part is a clearance store, which is located on the other side of the parking lot.The main store was good. But the clearance store was really tacky. What decreased the start rating here is mostly because the employees at the clearance store were not wearing masks. One of my employees was vacuuming as I walked in and she approached me close up without her mask. It seems like the main store in has completely different protocols in covid-safety. Their display was very messy too. If I were you, I would only visit the main store. Mostly because the main store is more organized and has better variety.

My auntie actually told me about this place..I was getting worried because Im from Chicago and there are plenty of nice furniture stores there..I didn't like none of the places here..But this place was dope as soon as u walk in it spells amazing..They had beautiful furniture.. I went on black Friday and got a full bedroom set a dresser with a mirror, 2 matching night stands for only 2k...Since my purchase my auntie brought a gorgeous glass table for her living room..My brother brought a dope and leather n cloth couch for his man cave..And I too will be purchasing furniture for my new house next year..Only thing I hate Manny isn't there anymore..He was a great salesperson

I purchased a bedroom suite from Furniture Fashions. I worked with Tony Coronado, and he was wonderful. He answered my questions and helped me get the financing and delivery set up. I will definitely be buying additional furniture from Furniture Fashions at the Boulevard Mall. They have the contemporary designs that I love.The furniture was delivered on time and with 2 great guys who took extreme care getting everything set up. And they cleaned up afterwards. They were great and I want to thank them.

Cheap furniture. I bought a bed set for 2200 thinking I was getting something that could last a while it broke the 3rd day and makes so much noise when I get in bed I'm only 175lbs

their movers who come and install your furniture are assholes. bought a dinning table and a bed set and everything was damaged.

Nice furniture but expensive and the staffed seemed very judgy one of them kept looking at my shoes for some weird reason.... And they were pushy. I will never come back it made me uncomfortable all eyes on me.
