Despite the sketchy parking lot outside with no lighting, the inside of this restaurant is extremely welcoming, and the service is very fast and pleasant. Came here for dinner to try their spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. menu is a bit confusing, and I did need to take some time to ask the waiter, who was extremely helpful, for comparisons between the descriptions of different dishes. The broth of this Ramen was extremely rich, and I appreciate the spicy level of it as I got some light sweats. The chili flakes on top of the pork belly pieces tasted similar to Korean chili flakes. The three pieces of belly were extremely tender and not too fatty. Fresh bean sprouts and nori are a nice touch.

It must be true that restaurants in awkward places make one of the best foods lol The surrounding area looked pretty suspicious to me, so naturally, I wouldn't think to look around here; however, I keep hearing so many good things about Fukumimi that I finally made the drive to check it out. I'm not a big ramen-girl, but I gotta say that their broth was delicious and rich. It also was a good size. You NEED to absolutely try their Honey Garlic Chicken. It's so flavorful... even writing about it makes me wanna go there and get some right now lol Their kimchi & kimchi tofu is refreshing, especially since their kimchi is made in-house. It makes a huge difference. It's slightly sweet, which I love. Although, it's a small restaurant, I love how warm and cozy it feels. The setup is perfect. The service is also great, so I'll definitely be back again soon!

This place was suggested to me by a local, who claimed it had the best ramen and was really spicy. I'm usually up for a new experience so I gave it a shot. Bottom line: Food was not really good. I'm not sure what the specific issue was but everyone in my party had the same thing to say. Edamame - This was actually very good. It was served warm and was properly salted. This was the only dish i enjoyed here.Spicy Karaage - Nice presentation. This is supposed to be chicken but I'm not sure what kind of meat it actually was. It has the consistency of some other really fatty meat mixture, not like chicken at all, and it was not spicy at all. Honey Garlic Chicken - Again, the same meat as the spicy Karaage with less than appropriate seasonings.Hot and Cold Ramen Bowl - Very nice presentation but something was wrong with the flavor. Based on the other reviews, I'm not sure what happened in the kitchen the night we went but hopefully, our experience was just a one-off.

I've been here a few times and finally am doing a review after 2 years. Service is always good. Food: Miso Fukumimi Ramen (thick noodles)I can't remember the other dishes I had. See photos. I know I did a spicy ramen, and I think it was chicken karage. Overall, I love the broth flavor and thick noodles. The pork meat was also tender. It's a great bowl of ramen. My friend had the spicy ramen, and she ate it all. I will return again.

Quaint ramen place away from the busy Chinatown area just east of the Strip. Typically, good Asian food is found on the west or southwest side of town but we were in the area and decided to give it a try. To our surprise, the ramen was comparable or even better than some of the more popular places on the west side of town. Definitely recommend if you're on the east side.

We haven't visited Fukumimi in years, as many ramen shops closer to us have opened since then. However, after today's visit, we were reminded why we love Fukumimi and still consider it the standard by which we judge all other ramen shops. Fukumimi has remained steadfastly delicious, maintaining their quality and authentic Japanese ramen flavours that has made it one of the best if not the best ramen in Las Vegas! And if that wasn't enough, their (chicken)!karaage is still the beat one we've had: tender-juicy inside, crisp and savory outside with none of the overly breaded or marinated spoilers we experienced from other restaurants carrying the same dish. Fukumimi, is unadulterated goodness and we have decided to keep coming back despite the distance.

I haven't been to this place in a couple years and I'm glad they updated the interior, also really happy they still have the cold tomato ramen. Got an order of cold tomato ramen, Agadashi tofu, honey garlic chicken and a side of kimchi is a must. Service was great since we went around when they opened and definitely not a lot people out at the time. But it was quick and great! Can't wait to go back soon.
