We have been here multiple times, and never unsatisfied! The service is always so amazing (and our most recent server, Christina, recommend 10/10!)The atmosphere is fun. Could be loud at times, but we take our young children and have no issues. The food is amazing. Better quality than some of the fancier places we've been. We've tried new things, and never disappointed. Love this place and will be back!

Great place to watch a game and grab a few beers. If looking to grab a bite, I'd try one of the other restaurants on property. I ordered the wagyu smash patty melt. It was just okay. The meat did not carry a lot of flavor neither did the sandwich as a whole. The onion rings were the best thing we ate. They were great. My dining partner ordered the bacon Wagyu smash. It was not good at all. The waitress noticed he was not a fan and offered to swap it out for something else. The fries tasted like mid frozen fries. I do wish I remembered our servers name. She was exceptional! Best service we had on property all week.

First, I want to say this is one of my favorite spots in Vegas and the staff is always kind. We showed up without a reservation and were told to make a reservation so we did. They said in 20 minutes we would receive a text. We walked back in 30 minutes because we didn't want to miss the New Year's Day Brunch. The host said they were ready for us but told us brunch was over. They also let people in before us who didn't even have a reservation. The manager with the red hair was soooo rude. I'm from NY so I've come across a few rude people in my lifetime but never came across a manager with such a nasty attitude. He literally said come back on Saturday if you want brunch after I literally told him we were heading back to NYC the next day. He smirked at us and walked away. I don't know what was his issue. Not sure if it was our race or what but he was so rude to us. Management sets an example for the staff and this guy is definitely not management material. You don't need to speak to people like that. We decided to eat at the House of Blues Restaurant. The staff is great and very friendly.

Service was slow, Over 30 minutes to receive our beer when we were the only people in the sports bar. The NY Steak I ordered was not a NY Steak, it was small, tough, and chewy.

Great place to watch games. This evening's SNF game was on all the screens and it was pretty loud in there (just a heads up if you are looking for a quiet meal when games are on).My Bacon Wagyu Smash burger was excellent. The meat was juicy and the bacon-onion jam was a perfect flavor bomb to compliment the meat & cheese. The bun was soft and light and allowed the other components to shine. I subbed in onion rings instead of the fries that come with the burger and they were decent. My wife had the beet salad and thoroughly enjoyed it. My son had the carne asada tacos and said they were just okay. He also had sweet potato fries and said those were really good and cooked well. Overall, the food was prepped and plated well. Our server, Lexi, was very nice and timely in checking in us but without being intrusive. It's conveniently located near the Michael Jackson ONE by Cirque du Soleil show, which was a main driver in selecting this spot for dinner before the late show.

Service & Ambiance:Came on a Wednesday night, and the place was popping! The energy was lively, and they even have a karaoke room, which adds a fun touch. The holiday vibes were amazing with cute Christmas lights and festive holiday cups for drinks. They also have tons of TVs, making it the perfect hangout spot for watching sports events. Service was fantastic--fast, attentive, and friendly, which made the experience even better.Food: * Fried Chicken (5/5): Absolutely delicious! The skin was perfectly crispy, the seasoning was spot on, and the meat was tender and juicy. Highly recommend this dish.Drinks: * Santa Colada: Way too strong for my taste--it felt like they were ready to get the party started! * Reindeer Rumble: My friend loved this one. It was light, fruity, refreshing, and tequila-based, making it a perfect choice for those who prefer a more balanced drink.Overall:Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar is a fantastic spot for a fun night out, especially during the holidays. With delicious food, festive vibes, plenty of TVs for sports fans, and great service, it checks all the boxes. If you're into strong drinks, the Santa Colada might be for you, but the Reindeer Rumble is a great lighter option. Definitely a place I'd come back to!

The food at Flanker was solid, especially the lemon pepper wings, which were flavorful and cooked perfectly, crispy and delicious. The prices were reasonable, making it an appealing spot for a casual meal inside Mandalay Bay. However, the service left a lot to be desired. It took 15 minutes just to be greeted and receive water. Once our food arrived, we had to ask (and wait) for silverware and sharing plates, leaving our dishes to cool while we waited. While the food was good, the poor service really detracted from the experience.

I walked in on a playoff football Sunday. There was a spot at the bar I was able to quickly find a seat. There was plenty of table and booth seating. As well as TVs to watch the game in every corner. Varying age ranges were enjoying the game as well. The bartender approached me immediately and handed me a menu. As well as asking for my drink. I ordered the carne asada tacos. The crema had a nice spice without being over bearing. The tortillas had a great texture and flavor as well. They come with three tacos and despite the small size are packed with enough meat to be pretty filling. Such a fun place with good food to watch the game.

We came here before the raiders game for brunch and everything was amazing. The meals were impressively big portions for the price. It was holiday themed for Christmas so we got some holiday themed drinks from that menu. The drinks we got were the Nakatomi office party & the nut cracker, both very well done on taste and presentation! For food we got brown butter pancakes, smoked brisket chilaquiles, sourdough BLTE and a side of bacon. The side of bacon had about 8 pieces! Such a good deal. Again, everything tasted AMAZING. I will definitely be coming back here if we stay at Mandalay Bay. Service was quick and the music wasn't so loud that you couldn't hear the people you were talking with at the table!

I went to Flankers twice in one week. And it was all great! We went specifically for the holiday pop up and festive drinks. The drinks were strong but a little on the high side for pricing. The decor was great right from the entrance and into the private room. The staff was top notch and very attentive with us during a very busy time. We had small bites and they were very delicious. Pizza, sliders, and tacos and they did not disappoint! Although we went for the holiday pop up I think we'd go back again and very soon!
