The customer service is terrible and once you speak with the management staff you see the rest are a product of their environment. It starts with the leader and frankly, there are no leaders in management here. There are people in positions of power that don't exemplify leadership skills, scheduling shifts, miserable and uninterested in ensuring customers are satisfied-period. Finally spoke to a manager about an issue we ran into with someone at the front desk and he wouldn't close his mouth long enough to hear what was going on. We can sing at the same time, we can even pray at the same time, but we cannot talk at the same time... that means SOMEONE ISN'T LISTENING. When every single response is a rebuttal and justification for poor service, that means you simply don't need or want our business and that's ok! We won't be back and we didn't select this hotel, it was a part of a wedding party selection made. If our family renews their vows in Vegas, we are gonna ask for a Zoom link. We won't ever be back at this hotel. CONS: Customer service (see above) Elevators raggedyLights flickering Shower water Luke warm Room smelt like a cigarette ashtray (it's a no smoking room) PROS: The mattress has a cover on it that prevents bed bugs (if you don't check your hotel room mattress for bed bugs, what are you even doing...) We found a wing spot in the food court so we didn't have to leave for dinner 1 start is being too nice.

I would have given them 0 star if I can! I am not a gambler, but definitely want to test the water. I walked in to the counter. The lady at the counter gave me a bad attitude! I told the lady that I do not know how to fill out the paper as they require you to show them a paper. She was like "forget about the paper, just tell me what u need." I took my phone out (my friend told me what to buy). "You cannot take your phone out at the counter! You don't know what you need to buy, don't come to the counter!"Bad customer service! Will not give them business!

Horrible service and rooms will never stay here again. Checked in at 4:15 pm, bedsheets were dirty as if they haven't been changed. I reached out to the front desk and never received new sheets, the room smelled wet and we realized the carpet was soaking wet in part of the room, called back down and waited almost an hour for an engineer then had to wait an additional 10 minutes after he arrived for his manager. They identified there was a leak in the wall which was causing the wet mold smell, they moved us rooms to a worst room with writing all over the walls, dingy and dirty. Manager refused to speak to me or correct the issue only thing they stated was that I can TRY to come back the following day during a 3 hour time block which I already had a lunch reservation that I paid a deposit for that I now would have to forefeit due to the hotel's incompetence.

Me and my family have been staying the Flamingo Hotel for countless years, more than ten years. In the past three years it has really gone down hill! No more coffee machines in the room, mold in our bathroom in our most recent stay, and twice during our stay we requested housekeeping and came back to the rooms with nothing done. The only reason I wouldn't give it 0 stars and I have it 1 star is how friendly the casino is. Would recommend playing here, not staying here.

Went to Flamingo Race and Sportsbook for Superbowl bets. Alan took our bets, he was very helpful, super patient with newbees to gaming.
