For a burger like no other, head to Fire of Brazil! The Single X Tudo combines a burger, cheese, egg, sausage, and onion--a delicious bargain compared to the pricey Strip spots. It's a refreshing alternative to the formulaic pasta, steak, and seafood options dominating the Grand Canal.

Discovered Fire of Brazil Express while in the Venetian Food Court. I thought it was great having a Brazilian Churrasaria where one could have a sampling of what is offered at an actual Brazilian Steakhouse. I ordered a two meat combo with beef and pork, with paella rice and plantains. The gentleman who took my order was so friendly, gave me extra plantains when I told him I liked them. Wish they had grilled pineapple, that sure would have it the spot! Reasonably priced, the food was great, meats were juicy and tasty, cooked medium well just how I like it. Fam was so hungry that they dove right at it before I could even take a picture. :(This is at a food court therefore you would have to find a free table to sit at. Will try other offerings the next time I'm in Vegas'

I just had the worst experience ever. I am staying at this hotel and I wanted to grab a quick bite to take to the room. After walking around the food court, I landed on Fire of Brazil Express. When I approached the counter, two woman were at the cash register, speaking to a man behind the counter. The man behind the counter went to the back and came back to the front to continue to package the women's food. They moved to the side of the counter where the food is displayed. I stayed standing by the cash register, awaiting my turn. That's when one of the two women turned around to tell me that I should start on the food side, then pay. As I started walking toward the food side a couple approached from the other direction. When the women walked away with their order, the man behind the counter called on the couple next. I let him know that I was standing there already. He looked at me and said that the couple was there first. I let him know that they were not and that I had been standing at the cash register since before he went to the back. He looked me dead in my eyes and said, "The line starts here!" Please keep in mind that there are no signs stating where a line starts and I had just been patiently waiting in behind people who he was conversing with, for a few minutes. It wasn't just his words but his look, his tone, and his complete dismissal. It was so off-putting and down right rude. All I could do was just fan him off and walk away. I don't write bad Yelp reviews. My personal policy has been that if I don't have anything nice to say, I won't say anything at all. However, this was by far the worst experience of customer service, I have ever had in my life. I was so distraught that I didn't even get anything to eat from anywhere else, I just came to my room.

Had a decent burger here. Not sure why we ended up at the food court, but we did, and the other options were less appealing and more standard. Overall, the food was fine. Not a great fast food burger, but not a terrible one either. It did take a fair bit of time for the burger and fries to come out. At first I thought there was just one guy working here, but no, there was a second. It wasn't crowded, so I would have expected faster service, but it wasn't fast. Friendly enough, but not fast.

This location is located perfectly in the food court. I ordered the two meat combo and the chicken was so dry it was inedible. I didn't complain as the beef, beans and plantains were phenomenal. Also don't go before 5 they don't have the cheese bread also lacked certain flavors of lemonade. Overall great customer service just not great chicken.

Arrived in Vegas after s loooonnnng day and pretty much everywhere was packed so I found this gem in the shopping plaza at the Venetian resort. I had never before seen a Brazilian fast food place so I absolutely had to try. I thought it was pretty good. The portion is definitely shareable and tasted really good. They were very quick to plate my food and were courteous & welcoming. I just sat at the food court to eat. I liked as it reminded me a bit of home, where I grew up. It wasn't anything fancy but it was good!

Yelp Review 2023 #149:After having brunch at a restaurant nearby while walking towards the parking garage, we decided to get food to-go so we didn't have to go out again for dinner. Along the way was the busy and noisy food court and we figured the food will be ready quick because that's what you get from a casual quick-service place. You can opt to grab a table if available or take your food to-go. There was quite a selection: Indian, Filipino, Chinese, Brazilian, etc. and we picked this place because how can you go wrong with a churrascaria?!Well, a lot of different ways.We were duped by the line that was forming at this place. One lady was telling her friend what she always gets from this place. We noticed that a few of the sides were running low and by the time it we were next to be served, the side we wanted was gone. We got the Grande Corte which is at least 12oz of Brazilian cut beef with 2 sides for $23. I wanted the carrots and plantains with my medium-rare beef. We were willing to wait for the plantains after being told it will only take 5 minutes to prepare a fresh batch of plantains. But 5 minutes turned to 10...to 15...to "oops! We forgot to make them so, give us another 5 minutes". We remained calm throughout this whole ordeal but we were thinking we could've gotten Filipino food at the next stall instead. They shared the same kitchen and employees. We got home and I started slicing the meat so it could reheat quickly and I noticed the meat they gave me was medium-well and tough to slice. And it had no flavor. The carrots were good. The plantains had no flavor and color and were undercooked.Should you still be interested in trying this place, their options include beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and shrimp which I didn't see on the menu. Sides: broccoli, plantains, "paella" (it's just rice with tomato sauce), carrots, broccoli, pinto beans, and black beans. They have burgers and sandwiches as well.

Beef was completely not edible. Worst quality cuts of meat possible, pure fat. The picture says it all. Many better choices in this food court.
