Fiorella is an absolute gem! From start to finish, everything was outstanding--both the food and the service. We kicked things off with the crab roast and a classic gem Caesar salad with anchovy, and both were stellar. The crab toast was perfection--the texture of the crab was spot on, well-seasoned, and piled on top of their house-made focaccia, which was light, fluffy, and beautifully toasted. Then came the mains, and I'm OBSESSED with the eggplant lasagna. It's everything I love about lasagna but elevated--crispy, thin edges with a tender, sweet eggplant center, all layered with fresh, vibrant sauce. And the cheese? They don't hold back, and I am all for it.The classic pomodoro with meatball was another standout--a perfect rendition of a classic dish, done flawlessly. But I can't stop thinking about that eggplant lasagna--I might just be back in a few days for another round.Fiorella is an instant favorite, and I can't wait for my next visit!

I really wanted to love this place, but the service was a huge letdown. The overall flow of the restaurant is just off--everything moves painfully slow, and it feels like the staff is constantly behind. To start, the bread was cold, which was disappointing. However, the pasta and calamari were absolutely five-star worthy--perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Definitely the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the wine selection was underwhelming, which was surprising for an Italian restaurant. If they can improve the service and work out the timing issues, this place has the potential to be great. But for now, it's a mixed experience.

The wait was ridiculous. Made reservations and was not seated, this was over an hour. No ownership of accountability. Regardless of the day, should be on top of service and reservations. Customers beware! Fiorella work on your reservation system asap.

This review is based on a first-time visit on 1/25/25.$38 for a 3-course meal - appetizer, main entree, and dolci?? I'm in! To maximize variety, my husband and I ordered the following:- Crispy Calamari: This appetizer came with pickled onions and carrots. The presentation was nice, but it was just okay. I felt the batter could have been crispier - especially given its name.- Sal's Meatball: This second appetizer was a winner for sure. A tender and flavorful meatball sauced with marinara, over a bed of whipped ricotta. Everything about it was beautiful - we gobbled this up.- Mafaldine w/ Short Rib: I had never had mafaldine before. It's a type of pasta that's long, flat, and ribbon-shaped with wavy edges and curls at the ends. It reminded me of the squiggly sides of a lasagna noodle. It was good, but I felt the sauce could have been a bit more flavorful/ punchy to be honest.- Rigatoni: I preferred this pasta over the mafaldine. It was definitely tastier and the sauce was right up my alley.- Dolci: We had two types of gelato - cookies & cream and PB&J. The PB&J was an absolute delight.Fiorella's prix fixe menu offers amazing value and variety for the price point. I wouldn't say it's the best Italian restaurant out there, but it's worth a visit, and I think the meatball is a must-get.

We were quickly seated and attended to. The server was kind and answered all of our questions. I was disappointed I couldn't exchange the shrimp on my pasta dish to chicken or another protein option. The salad came out quickly and was larger than anticipated. The pasta dishes came about 10 minutes later. They were phenomenal, would absolutely go back.

We came over to the Durango Casino for some dinner and to catch the game tonight. So yes the restaurant is inside the casino but separate from the gaming, look for the food court.Seated immediately, a slow Monday and we are pretty early for dinner. There is a short menu and a "specials" three course dinner menu. Ruben took great care of us this evening, full of stories and quite knowledgable on the food side of the restaurant. We were delighted with our meal, portions were fair for the value and diner was delicious. Not sure its worth the effort to make a specific trip here for dinner but certainly worth having dinner if here. Thanks Ruben great service.foodguy, martin

Being from philly area, it was a nice surprise to see one of the best restaurants make its way to Vegas. Food tasted almost exactly like it does in the Philly restaurant. Great prefix menu and price! Definitely recommend this place.

It was lunch time on a saturday and there were barley any customers. Then I realized why: the customer service here is lacking. Our waitress was unfriendly and she did not smile at us at all. We were informed that if one person in our party wants to order the prefix menu for $38 then we cannot share what they ordered. BEEF CARPACCIO: very thinly sliced and fresh however it was over powered for the large amount of cheese on top CRISPY CALAMARI: lightly bartered and very crispy. No Marinara sauce needed as they already had Light sauce on the bottom and pickled carrots Ricotta gnocchi: 8 balls for $24. It tasted like uncooked dough without flavor LINGUINE & CLAMS: probably the only decent dish in terms of the taste that we ordered RIGATONI w/ FIORELLA SAUSAGE: the only dish that had a decent portion for its price however there was not enough clams Honestly when you think about Italian you think about family style serving size and friendliness and really Fiorella did not deliver any of these mission Hello to fiorella and goodbye

We recently enjoyed a birthday celebration at Fiorella. Our table for four was situated right in front of the picture window. We dined on a busy Saturday evening. The medium sized dining room and tables out in the food court area were filled with hungry customers. The pasta here is delicious and restaurant-made. A basket of fresh Italian breads for starters. The breads are fresh and tasty. To start, we selected the carpaccio with red pepper and marinated tomatoes, and their crispy calamari. The appetizers were all good! For dinner, I enjoyed the eggplant lasagna. The ricotta cheese and marinara sauce were the delicious stars of the evening. Their lasagna is a large square portion of pasta delight with basil and tomato. My three dining companions also raved about their pasta meals. A bottle of Montepulciano wine complimented our birthday celebration. The servers and entire staff are all wonderful and prompt. I cannot wait for my next meal at Fiorella.

Solid Spot, Good PastaFiorella was a great pick for our group of four. We all ordered the Rigatoni w/ Fiorella Sausage and shared the Mozzarella in Carrozza as an app. The Mozzarella in Carrozza was basically their take on fried mozzarella--crispy, cheesy, and the sauce had a nice tartness to it. Definitely filling enough to split four ways.We walked in and got seated immediately, which was a nice surprise. It never seems too busy. Our server knew their stuff, brought everything out quickly, and the rest of the staff was super friendly. The star of the show? The Rigatoni w/ Fiorella Sausage. A little spicy, a big portion, and super filling--exactly what you want from a pasta dish. I've heard they can be a little inconsistent, but we had a great experience. The inside is a decent size, and surprisingly quiet for being inside a casino.
