Treated my boyfriend to the Downtown foodie tour for his birthday. This tour consisted of 3 stops: Carson's Kitchen, Therapy and 7th and Carson. Here were some positive and a very big negative with the company's customer service (see below). Positives: Carson's kitchen was great! They sat us right away and all the food was amazing. My boyfriend doesn't eat seafood so when they brought out the first course (deviled eggs), they left the caviar off. We also had the fried chicken skins, the rainbow cauliflower and a watermelon, feta salad that was so delicious. 7th and Carson was also great. The staff was friendly and gave us a nice rundown of the meal. The arugula salad with poached pears and burratta was so good, and the gnocchi with a mushroom cream sauce was also fantastic. The fish and chips were pretty good, but I only had a bite since we were pretty full and I'm not a big friend food fan. They also brought us a little dessert tart that was cute and just the right amount of sweet to cap the night. Cons: Therapy was very disappointing. I had read reviews previously and saw what was previously offered at each location, so when they brought out poke, crab salad and bruschetta it was a less than good surprise. As mentioned above, my boyfriend doesn't eat seafood and dispute adding that to the notes, most of the food at therapy was seafood. He tried to be a good sport and tasted the poke, but ended up leaving all of his food. As for me, I love seafood and I too was still disappointed. The poke lacked flavor aside from the very potent wasabi sauce on top, the crab salad/cake was not good. It was on a chunk of friend avocado. Warm/friend avocado is not a good flavor or texture for me and the crab salad was not good. Too much red bell pepper that overpowered the flavor of the crab. The bruschetta was fine and the only thing my bf touched there. Final and biggest negative for this review is for the finger licking foodie tour customer service. I saw it mentioned in another review but was so surprised at how rude the staff of the company was when I called after not receiving any confirmation information for our tour. I called the morning of our tour and the guy asked if I'd checked my spam. I was on my phone and didn't initially see it but did find it after a little searching. I then asked if there was anything I needed to do before showing up for the tour and he replied with the most annoyed tone "did you read the email". I had just owned the email and was trying to skim it quickly while on the call in case I had additional questions before we hung up and when I shared that and said I didn't want to waste his time trying to read thoroughly and again he said "well did you read the email yet". I've honestly never had someone be so rude, especially when I was being very friendly. Turns out there was nothing important specific that we needed to do except show up on time, easy enough to say on the phone (I was worried there was something extra I might need to sign to confirm or something). If he's the owner, he must not like his job, and if the owner is reading this and some of the other reviews it might be worth having a conversation or putting that person in a non customer facing role. As someone who works in CS, even on a bad day I wouldn't take it out on a customer who was approaching with kindness.

The Finger Licking Good Food Tour is Horrible! It's a tourist scam and should be investigated. They literally stole my money. Thieves and liars. Said we showed and " scanned " our ticket. Never happened, we had canceled. The Hurricane delayed our flight. We called with plenty of time and they Refused to refund 250$ they should be ashamed of themselves.

We booked the downtown tour and it did not disappoint! We showed up right on time for our reservations at each of the 3 restaurants and they all had a table set up for us already. The food came out fast (you have about 30 minutes at each restaurant). We didn't do the cocktail add-on but purchased drinks a la carte at each of the restaurants. The downtown tour included:1. Carson Kitchen2. Therapy3. 7th & Carson These are all pretty popular restaurants in downtown that I've been wanting to try! The restaurants were all less than a 5 minute walk from each other and we spent the night hanging out in downtown afterwards. It's a great deal and you get to try 3 restaurants for a very reasonable price.

*TLDR: The concept of the self guided "tour" is interesting but the execution on both the booking process and the actual tour logistics are BAD. While the food was pretty good, I didn't feel like I had a good experience. If you really just wanna sample some food at these restaurants, I guess it's ok. But don't expect customer service nor a smooth "tour". It's just you going in to 3 restaurants yourself, and the restaurants may or may not know what they are supposed to do with you.*1. Food Tour review:1st restaurant: Esther's Kitchen - they were busy and didn't seem to be expecting us. Seemed lost about what they were supposed to serve us. The food was good but the overall experience was awkward. Not a good start.2nd restaurant: Main Street Provisions - they did it perfectly. Greeted and seated us quickly, immediately know what to do and brought out drinks and food quickly. Checked on us a few times and explained the food and the process. Friendly nice people and great service. Great food. 5 stars for them!3rd restaurant: Jammyland - they were having a private party, completely swamped. We waited and waited, had to remind them to bring anything. The food was ok, but the process was not smooth. Weird ending of the "tour".Good thing is everyone we met at 3 restaurants were friendly, food was not bad but not sure I'd recommend this tour. 2. Booking process issue: UPDATE: I emailed the company and they clarified that the poor customer service was from Groupon, not them. However, the rude person answered the phone (# listed on their website, not Groupon) said "Finger Licking Foodie Tours", so you will have NO IDEA you are dealing with a different company. After I updated this review, the company emailed again to ask me to take down the negative review. Seems like they only care about the ratings, not about the customer experience. Never received another response, which means they really only cares about the ratings but not about their customers.**Original booking process issue**EXTREMELY RUDE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! We booked through Groupon, the redeem process was super unclear, we wanted to book a specific tour but the redeem form did not indicate any particular one.Called the 888 number from the Finger Licking Food Tours website, a guy came on the call and basically HUNG UP on us before we could ask the question, just said the confirmation will come in a minute.Called back a few times as no one picked up, finally use a private # to call back and the same guy picked up. I think he didn't want to answer again when he saw the same number. This time we finally got to ask the question, which is - which tour did we book, can he confirm. He was SUPER RUDE, all ANNOYED and said "you didn't get the email? Check your spam folder". Then while we were on the phone, the email came. We were reading the details to see if it indicates which tour we booked, my husband asked does the email show which tour, he just said "DO YOU WANT ME TO WAIT FOR YOU TO READ THE EMAIL?" What the heck? Why can't he answer and explain?? THEN HE HUNG UP! AGAIN!!!What's going on with this company? This is supposed to be a celebration activity, now we are left with a bad taste in our mouth, I don't even know if I would want to go on this tour anymore.

We did a self-guided tour for Downtown Las Vegas back in August 2021. Finger Licking Foodie Tours are self-guided and come a lower price point than the Lip Smacking Foodie Tour counterparts. While a guided tour is alluring, we still had a great time at our own pace with this self guided tour. Price/Value: The price for the self-guided Downtown Las Vegas tour is usually $79 a person. However, I had a MyVegas reward for BOGO, which turned out to be a great deal. Unfortunately, I don't see this reward on the app anymore but if this ever turns up again in the future, I'd jump on it.Even at full price, I do believe the value is there. I was stuffed after the tour, so you do get plenty of food. I wouldn't necessarily pay full price for it, but I enjoyed the offerings at each of the three stops. The Process: Upon booking your tour (there are plenty of time slots for every day), you will receive an email confirmation that contains the details of your itinerary. This includes addresses of each restaurant as well a schedule of times to adhere to (you get about 30 minutes at each spot). It was also nice to see that the tour will accommodate you if you have any food allergies. Tips/gratuity is already included in your tour price. Upon arriving to each restaurant, we simply let them know we were there for the tour. Almost immediately, food is prepped and promptly brought out for us. Service was great at each stop. We didn't feel rushed at all and felt as though 30 minutes at each stop was adequate. The food offerings are bite sized and simply samples of the menu, but all three stops in combination made me full and happy. If you want to be surprised about the food offerings. stop scrolling ahead for incoming spoilers! ******SPOILERS AHEAD****** Stop 1: Carson KitchenMy favorite was probably the deviled eggs with caviar. Other offerings were veal meatball, corn salad, chicken skins. Great selections. This place was also next to Donut Bar, so we had to make a pit stop here. Stop 2: Therapy Standout to me was the mini red velvet chicken waffle sandwich. We also had fried mac and cheese with a side salad. This stop had the smallest portions out of all the places. Stop 3: 7th & Carson I recall the fish and chips portion here being pretty generous! I also liked the mushroom gnocchi. We were also treated to a dessert to finish.

This was our second finger licking foodie tour and it did not disappoint. So much good food! The staff at each place were wonderful. We added the cocktail upgrade and each cocktail was delicious. We were able to visit Carson Kitchen, Eureka, and 7th and Carson with a short stop at the container park. And we'd loved each stop! Would highly recommend.

Food was great! The time spent at each restaurant needs to be longer. We felt rushed and could hardly enjoy the first couple restaurants as the time alotted runs quick! By the time you are sat, served and have eaten, we had to rush out. Even though the restaurants were close to each other, the timing felt like an eating competition and took away from the full experience. The last restaurant was great as we could have a drink and settle in. One little note aside from the food tour itself. We had to call Finger Licking customer service twice, to get them to confirm our reservation as it took a while for the email to come through. The same person answered the phone both times. He could use some customer service training. He was curt, rude and made us feel like we shouldn't bother with following through with the tour. A poor representation of the tour itself which was overall a good experience.

The food was good. The service was great at all locations. I wish the restaurants would communicate because the first 2 stops both served a beet salad. The portions were a bit large at the first 2 stops. Jammyland had the best portion sizes and we got dessert.

It is a scam. We went on the downtown tour. Each restaurant treated us like we were stealing from them. Food at the second place we went to was inedible. Everything tasted like fish, even the non fish items. We were given "bruschetta" on wonder bread. The food we were served costed maybe 40% of what we paid for tickets. I would not got to any of the restaurants on this tour again. The only good food I had was a coney dog at the D after the tour was over.
