We visited on Thursday, for lunch, with a party of two and it was a very nice experience. We arrived and were seated right away in a large booth. The dining area is clean and modern. The waitress stopped by and took our orders. They ran out of Rose wine, so they comped me a glass of white, thanks. We started with Chicken Noodle Soup and Salt & Pepper Shrimp. The shrimp were excellent, very large and crispy. We then went with a Beef Dipper and Pastrami Melt. The sandwiches were well prepared and tasty. The service was good, but they had 2 hostesses, basically doing nothing, and a single waitress handling all the tables. The waitress was a bit over stretched. Also, the busboy stopped by to give us waters and my wife asked him what the soup of the day was. He said he didn't know and left. He didn't go find out and return, he just left, strange. Overall, a good place for lunch.

Oof... Let's start out with the high notes - Ambiance was great and I love the minimalist decor. It's like an upscale cafe as far as the look goes. Service, nothing to complain but it's not like much was needed. They were just really sweet which goes along way in today's world. Before I get into food one thing that really bothered me was they do not accept cash. If it was stated anywhere I missed it - it should be blatant and eye catching or the patron should be made aware somehow at the beginning. I know not many people carry cash and I'm sure the establishment has their reasons but it gave me the ick. Especially after the food...As far as that goes it was pretty disappointing. Especially paying $20+ for a sandwich and soup. The soup was the highlight of the meal and if I wanted soup I would've gone to a cafe that is known for their soup. The soup du jour was a potato of sorts topped with potato skins and had chunks of potato. It was delish.I had the tuna [salad] sandwich. Probably the worst I've ever had. It was half tuna, half dill. I love me some dill but this was unpalatable. Especially with the avocado spread that was half avocado half lemon. With the capers in the mix of the before mentioned it was the tangiest thing I've ever ate. I asked for a side of mayo which was the only reason I was able to finish it. I personally don't like wasting food and sending it back.My Fiance got the pastrami sandwich. It also was a let down. Both sandwiches were beautiful to the eye and looked mouthwatering but unfortunately did not appease the palate. It was good but just that. Even the secret sauce on the side didn't help much. I wouldn't say it was a bad sandwich but just very underwhelming. Except for the sourdough it was on, that was *chefs kiss*. To end on a positive note the double espresso was fantastic (I'm an espresso snob) as well as the spiced butter late (? not sure if that's the exact name). I might be willing to go back and try something like their brunch on the weekend to see if this place can redeem itself or try an entree dish instead. Just overall not pleased...

Stopped by for weekend brunch with a friend after hearing a lot about this place. The restaurant is really cute and has a large patio, which is great when the weather is nice. The staff were all super nice, checked on us a lot, and very helpful. My friend was between a latte and Espresso Lemonade. The server said it's a unique drink and if my friend didn't like it, she could bring something else out. It came out and my friend said it was one of the worst drinks she'd ever had - the lemonade and espresso do not go together at all. The server was sweet and brought the latte out instead. We split the mom's banana bread, which was pretty good. The butter was lovely with it. The bread had a nice crunch on the outside but was soft on the inside We both got the fried chicken sandwich. My friend doesn't like cilantro, so they were nice and put the slaw on the side for her. The sandwich was really hard to eat - very sticky and greasy. The chicken looked like it was fried in oil that was too hot, parts of it looked and tasted a little burnt. The cumin honey glaze was very powerful - definitely way too much cumin for the sandwich. Loved the style of fries served with the sandwich though. Overall, the food was just fine. With so many other great places to eat in the area, I'm not sure we'll be back.

The banana nut bread is the thing to get here. Award winning. Get some to go. The only drawback was that they do not take cash. Aaron, our server was super cool and it is not his fault that they don't take cash. In Vegas of all places. But this place is a nice place off the Strip. It reminds me of shops in Pali.

Such a cozy place to eat some healthy food! Service is very quick. The workers are knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered the fine salad with chicken. It was filling and the vinaigrette adds a nice sweetness to the salad. Great place to stop by for lunch.

Went for lunch and everything was so delicious! We were deterred because it was not busy whatsoever but honestly this place was divine. With quite aesthetically pleasing decor and friendly staff, you should definitely check this spot out! We opted to try the avocado toast, the salmon toast, and the banana bread. The banana bread was delicious and served warm. The toasts were topped with fresh ingredients and very filling! They serve brunch on weekends so we will definitely be back.

Overall Rating: Solid 4.94 StarsA great spot in downtown Summerlin!Location:Fine Company is located in downtown Summerlin across from H&M and Benyeh. Parking:There is tons of parking around downtown Summerlin in addition to garage parking.Ambiance/Decor/Atmosphere:The ambiance is AMAZING. It is so nice and spacious and clean! The only issue I had with the decor/furniture would be the chairs at the tables. I'd request a booth if chairs are uncomfortable for you.Beverages:My go to beverage is always a Sprite with mint, which was nice and fresh, however, I did also try the "Charming" and the "Groovy" and both were top tier in flavor and presentation.Service:On my first experience, the hostess was great! The second experience, it took longer than I would have liked to be seated and the hostess could have been a bit more friendly and apologetic. We were also seated at a table vs a booth the second time around and the chairs were very uncomfortable. So for the next dining experience, I'll know to request a booth. Now on to our server, Sam, the lead server is PHENOMENAL! I honestly would think she is the owner of the restaurant by the way she shows passion for taking care of her guests/tables, knowing her menu, and going above and beyond. She is truly a gem. The other servers and the bartender Bernie are also all Top Tier! They have incredible energy and really make you feel welcome. Food:The food is absolutely wonderful. I tried both special menu items as well as items on the menu and everything was cooked to perfection. You really cannot go wrong with anything on the menu, but, the 'Fine Burger', 'Fried Chicken', and the 'Fileto Fish' are just absolutely outstanding. Overall:Overall, I love Fine Company and would highly recommend it! The only reason I am not giving a solid 5 star rating is due to the longer wait to be seated the second time around for my dining experience and for the chairs being a bit uncomfortable for my liking. Other than that, this is my favorite place to eat now in downtown Summerlin. I hope this review helps you decide on where to have a delicious lunch or dinner in Downtown Summerlin, Las Vegas! :)Overall Rating: Solid 4.94 Stars

What an amazing restaurant!! Came to Vegas and our family wanted to take his here immediately, and there's no wonder why! The lunch was absolutely amazing, we shared the banana bread (which is a MUST GET), and I had the steak and eggs! We also had the grilled cheese and a fried chicken sandwich, everything was amazing and hopefully we will back soon!

I went here the other day for business lunch and wasn't sure what to expect. It's clearly a very popular lunch spot and after tying the pizza I get it. I can't remember the name of the pizza but it was really good and I'd definitely go back.

We came for Saturday morning brunch. This place opens at 9:30am. We made a reservation for 10am. I recommend making a reservation since the place is small and there was a good amount of people. Cute ambiance with high ceilings. As I mentioned, the place is small, but the high ceilings makes the place feel like it's bigger than it is. I'm a fan of the modern decor. I like how this place has traditional and non-traditional items. We got the caviar fries, salt and pepper shrimp, and bourbon brown sugar pancakes to start. My husband got the fried chicken sandwich. Caviar fries were double fried and tasted perfectly by itself. The dip with caviar and salmon roe made it even better. Salmon roe and caviar are typically very salty, but it tasted perfect with the dip and fries. Salt and pepper shrimp is similar to what you have in a chinese restaurant, but has better and more potent flavor. Compliments well with the aoili sauce and lemon. Both shareables are perfect for two people. The fried chicken in the fried chicken sandwich lacked flavor. It looks great, but the sauce was I think covered the flavor of the fried chicken itself. Popeyes chicken sandwich is way better in comparison to the fried chicken sandwich here. Brown sugar bourbon pancakes were just okay. This includes 3 large stacked pancakes sitting on bourbon brown sugar syrup . I thought the pancakes were a little too sweet and the pancakes were too dense. The pancakes were still good, but not fantastic. Probably shareable with a party of 4. Last, our server was friendly and pleasant; however, she could have been more attentive. We had to ask her twice if they offered a tenant discount (luckily they do). Also, she didn't really check on us. Had she did, I would've told her I didn't like the pancakes. Overall this is still a good place to go to. Their food is still good, and I would still like to try their dinner menu.
