Ok, so the wife and I checked out this new Black owned spot in the Arts District called Fin and Feathers. I don't know if I'm late to the party, but it was straight fire. I had the salmon, spinach, and mac and cheese, and it was on point. The wife went with the catfish, jalapeño corn, and fries, and that hit too. I also tried two $5 happy hour drinks: the sour whiskey and rum punch. Both were strong enough to make you think, but smooth enough to keep you coming back. The place is a little small with only 25 seats, but the vibe is A+ all day.If you want to support a Black business and eat good, do yourself a favor and hit up Fin and Feathers. I'll definitely be back. Oh, and if you know me, the price was right.

I went here this past Saturday with my girls. I will say they offer great $5 specials. My tacos were dry and tasteless. I get they are on special but, lettuce and sauce is a minimal fee. The catfish nuggets were great not a single complaint.I had the margarita that they had on special upgrading it to a Cadillac Margarita, total waste of $$. I drank wine for the remainder of my visit. They were busy that day, we waited over 15 minutes to be seated. Once seated it took forever to get service. We received our hookah faster than being able to order food and drinks. We were looking for our server for about 30 minutes just to get our bill. They do add 20% gratuity to all bills so I guess that's why they aren't concerned with exceptional customer service. We sat in the hookah section so the loudness of the music and people is to be expected I will give them another try on a weekday and see if the service is better

We went on a Monday night so keep that in mind. We and two girls at the bar were the only parties in there for the first 90 minutes. We arrived around 4:30. Ordered happy hour food which was great for $5 per selection but they were pretty small servings and all deep fried. Usually the case for happy hour food but a little more variety would have been nice. My friend had the margarita which she said was great, husband had the whiskey drink and I had the rum punch and we enjoyed the drinks very much. Apparently our server left in the middle of her shift without telling us and we assumed we'd have to get service and the bill from somebody else which we figured out eventually when we needed more drinks. Communication would have been nice. First time in that part of downtown Vegas, my friend is a local and suggested it but don't think we'd come back here unless we were into hookah, which we are not. The other half of the restaurant and the upstairs hookah lounge were really cool, walked up there to check them out and I think people who partake would really like the environment. Also think if we ordered different food that wasn't fried it would have been a better experience. Parking was fine, like I said a Monday night and not much going on.

We decided to go to brunch here as we wanted to support a Black Owned Business and didn't want your typical breakfast. We didn't have a reservation but only had to wait about 5-10 minutes. FYI reservations are highly recommended. Where we were seated there was a live DJ playing some good R&B music and occasionally giving out bday shout outs. We ordered the catfish nuggets to start which were fried with a good crisp and the signature sauce tasted good. The shrimp and grits were delicious. The Ribeye tasted good my only suggestion was that the breakfast potatoes needed a little more seasoning. Overall it was a great experience and I would come back!

We came here after seeing it plastered on Tik Tok and it didn't disappoint. They do accept reservations, but we didn't have one. It's tucked away in the Arts District so we assumed it would be busy but they were able to easily accommodate us. We ordered the shrimp and grits (had a little kick to it but not overwhelming) and the fried chicken and it did not miss. One of the owners even stopped by the table to ensure our experience was going well. We will be going back soon to try some of the other dishes because they sounded really good on the menu. Also, it is kid friendly and the vibe is pretty laid back. They have a bar and outdoor patio for when it is warmer.

I've heard great things about this restaurant chain so I was eager to try it out. The restaurant is located downtown so be prepared to pay for parking. The service was great. We were greeted with a smile upon entry and the service remained great during our time there. We decided to try out brunch. The food was pretty decent and the price point was to be expected. The drinks were a little pricey yet affordable. They have covered outside seating with a heater! What an added touch. The music was A1.Definitely a cool place to hang out with friends.
