The absolute best Italian meal I have ever had. If you come to Las Vegas you really should eat here.I have to give special thanks to Virgilio, our server. He treated us like a part of the family and gave us great recommendations. And, the desert cannolis were absolutely incredible. I wish I could go back on this trip but next time for sure.

Surprise Valentine's Dinner on Friday February 14 at Ferraro's Ristorante! Our reservations were booked for 5:30 P.M. Ferraro's Ristorante is located off of Paradise Road and E Harmon Avenue near the Virgin Hotels, Spring by China Mama, and 888 Sushi and Robata. Parking spaces were completely full!! We ended up using the Valet offered by Ferraro's Ristorante! When we walked inside the restaurant, the team member greeted us and I was provided a rose! It was beautiful! There was even a cap with some water at the end of the rose! We had a table for two inside the restaurant area. At the time when we sat down for our reservation, it was fairly empty, but by 30 minutes later, the restaurant was completely full!Ferraro's Ristorante had a special Valentine's dinner menu for $145 per person with a minimum of 2 guests. Looking over their Valentine's Day dinner, we actually decided to just order off the main menu. The main menu offers a wide range of pastas, salads, fish, chicken, steak, and a lot more options! The team member who was assisting our table asked if we wanted to have any drinks, which we decided on just a bottle of sparkling water to split between us. The service was outstanding at Ferraro's Ristorante. We had multiple team members come over to clean our table, refill our drinks, and just check up on us. This was a first time that I've had service like this in a long time! It was just such an amazing experience! Complimentary bread service was provided. The dipping was a mix of balsamic vinegar, oil, and garlic. We also asked for a side of butter, and was immediately provided it! The bread was fresh and warm! Luckily, I had a few slices left over to dip the bread in my main entrée selection! After the bread service, the team member came over and cleaned our table. We had ordered [2] different appetizers.Arancini Cacio e Pepe con Tartufi ($26.00): Black bepper, pecorino, fried rice balls with truffle cream and seasonal fresh black trufflePolpette con Polenta ($14.00): Beef and pork meatballs with polenta. My favorite appetizers was the meatballs. The sauce was phenomenal! I'm not sure how they made the tomato sauce, but it was scrumptious! The polenta blended well with the meatballs. I had a few bites of the Arancini, but it had a lot of mushroom flavors. My husband really enjoyed the Arancini! For entrees, we had ordered the followingOsso Buco ($74.00): Veal shank braised in red wine reduction served with saffron risottoLasagna alla Gino ($38.00): Bolognese sauce, Bechamel sauce, Ricotta cheese. We didn't wait too long after the appetizers for our main entrée, approximately 15 minutes! The service was super quick! My husband thought the Osso Buco was terrific! The flavors were outstanding! My Lasagna was just okay. There was a lot of cheese on top of it, and I didn't get too much flavor of the Bolognese sauce. After we ate our entree's a team member brought over boxes for us to take our left overs home and asked if we wanted any desserts. We ended up splitting a cheesecake with berry sauce on top! The cheesecake was decent, I just wished that the base of the cheesecake, graham cracker, was baked on the cheesecake. When you tried to take a bite, the graham cracker base fell off of it.I had an amazing time at Ferraro's Restaurant! The experience was wonderful and I'm glad that I finally had a chance to go! It's been over 10+ years since I've last gone to Ferraro's Restaurant. The service was outstanding. Some of the dishes I had in the evening were just okay, but those meatballs were great!

Ferraro's Ristorante is a very nice Italian Restaurant and bar located not too far from the Strip. It's spacious and very rich looking inside. They also offer some patio seating for when the weather is right. My review is for the INCREDIBLE three course lunch special. This three course lunch special just might be one of the very best deals that you can get in all of Las Vegas. They started us off with a complimentary basket of fresh baked delicious rolls with oil that was embellished with balsamic vinegar and yummy PISTACHIOS!My husband added an extra dish and tried the Polpette (meatballs) e Polenta. He said that they were very good meatballs and were much better than what you normally get at most Italian restaurants. (he grew up with a Nona and meatballs) He also enjoyed the polenta.Next we both had salads. I had the delicious Ferraro Salad that was generous in size and packed with fresh greens and other things like seeds, cranberries and PISTACIOS. I was impressed with the modern style Cesare Salad. It was made with a very impressive dressing that is what Caesar is suppose to taste like (I do know because I made Caesar Table-side for a very fine restaurant in the past). It also had some unique modern touches that were really great!Main course for us were the Salmon Limone and the Gnocchi Pistachio. The gnocchi were light and pillowy in a tasty PISTACHIO pesto that was finished with a large crisp basil leaf. The Salmon tasted very good and was moist. It also came with very good fresh vegetables. Dessert was a sweet ending of cannoli and PISTACHIO Passion dessert. Our sever was sweet and welcoming.I HIGHLY recommend the three course lunch from Ferraro's! (Mon-Fri. 11:30-2:00)

This place was amazing! I celebrated my bf's birthday here and they surprised him with their tiramisu. The waiters were all great and attended to us with grace. We went on a Tuesday night and it was so busy, I can't imagine a weekend night-- make reservations!Carpaccio 8/10: we like to go out and taste l different carpaccio dishes but this one was just ok since they didn''t have the capers. The way they rolled was unique thoughOsso Buco 10/10: a pretty flashy dish and very filling. The beef was slightly tender but wasn't the most flavorful, but paired with the risotto made it *chef's kiss*. The table next to us thought it was dessert lolPistachio pesto gnocchi 7/10: slightly overcooked so it was mushy and wasn't the most flavorful either. I didn't taste any pistachio in it. I did like how sour the sundried tomatoes were thoughTiramisu 10/10: the star of our dinner! It was AMAZING, so light and just the right amount of sweetness and coffee. Even the table next to us recommended we get it. If I were to get one dish again, it would be this for sure

Date night this past weekend for my anniversary and I'm so glad we chose to spend it at Ferraro's. We showed up ten minutes til our 7:30 arrival time and waited while our booth was cleaned out. When we were showed to our booth, it was tucked in a little corner by the wine room, loved the vibe. Our server, Anthony, was very knowledgeable about both the wine menu and the food menu, offering us special options on both. For drinks we went with the Blood Orange Cosmo and a glass of Valpolicella Zyme, both a 10 out of 10. The wine was perfect, not too dry and went well with the food we ordered. For starters, Anthony suggested a Burrata zucchini dish with pistachio cream and chopped pistachio, that was an 8 out of 10, the cold zucchini on top threw us both off. We were also given the house bread with dipping sauce and that was a huge hit at the table!!For our main entree, I chose the Lobster Risotto and my partner chose the Lasagna, both were absolutely delicious. The Lobster pieces seemed more like langoustine with the size but the dish overall was great. The lasagna was beautiful and had wonderful flavors. Onto dessert! A friend of mine told me that we HAD to try the Pistachio Passion but we saw Cheesecake on the menu and so decided to just order both. We each ordered a glass of Moscato to pair it with. Perfect ending to a perfect date. The Pistachio Passion is one of a kind, one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth! So light, layered with flavors! And the cheesecake was out of this world, not dense, not too sweet and just light enough!!This was such an amazing dinner, the vibe, the service and the food! We would come back just for the bread, dipping sauce and desserts alone but the food being so good definitely helped. I highly recommend Ferraro's Ristorante!

Our last night in Vegas my buddy Peter .Y recommend this Italian restaurant located on 4480 Paradise Rd in a strip mall . Paradise Rd runs from West to East parallel from the Las Vegas Blvd strip . I didn't realize it's pretty upscale Italian restaurant Peter , Sean my other crap shooting buddy and myself walked it with jeans and I was wearing a flannel shirt and Sean had slippers . I felt under dressed only Peter was decent . Actually they still except us so I guess it was a slow night or they were desperate for business LOL ! We arrived around 9:30pm no reservations and we got seated right away .Very nice atmosphere restaurant has a outside fire burning pit where I seen some customers smoking cigars Now to the food Sean had their Lasagna and Peter and I both had the Pappardelle Mimmo. Wow it was so delicious either I was hungry because we haven't eaten anything at 2:30pm or it was the best pasta I ever had . The Mimmo was homemade thick noodles , lobster, truffles, asparagus, scallops, butter , sage with a light cream sauce. It was out of this world for $58 it was well worth it I would definitely be back .Thanks to my Yelp and crap shooting buddy Peter .Y and thanks to Sean for picking up the tab . I had a really good session just before dinner so I told Peter and Sean I'll treat dinner but I think Sean had a better session than me LOL! This was an overall wonderful and productive trip and also always fun hanging with Peter .Y and Sean .See you again 9th Island in the near future

It's been a while since I've had a sit down dinner here. This is, quite possibly, the best Italian restaurant in Las Vegas. Better yet, it's right across the street from my hotel. I've been given a tour of [part of] their 10,000+ bottle wine collection. It is amazing! To start it out, we're having Fiuggi Sparkling Natutal Spring Water. Now this is good! For my first drink, I'm having a Snuggie. This is made with Traveller Whiskey, Trussoni "Bitter After Work" Amaro, St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram, Cherry Heering, fresh lemon juice and garnished with an orange zest and served over a large ice cube. What in the world is this going to taste like? It has a unique taste and I love it! I'm a big fan of the slowly melting large ice cube. Love the cute, little orange zest garnish. For the Antipasti (appetizer), we are having the Tartare di Tonno Ahi. This is made with Ahi tuna, fresh herbs, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, fennel, capers, mustard sauce and crispy shallots. What great presentation! This is delicious! They make all of their pasta here every day!Out comes the bread and dipping oil. Damn! This is good! For my next food item, I'm having the Ferraro Salad made with mixed spring salad, cherry tomatoes, dry cranberries, pistachio, sunflower seeds, shaved carrots, Parmigiano Reggiano and 4 Foglie balsamic dressing. That's a lot of ingredients. Look at the presentation! They give you fresh, ground pepper too. This tastes fantastic! For my next food item, I'm having the Pasta e Faglioli which is a pasta and bean soup. This is piping hot! It came out wicked fast! They also offer to add some parmigiana cheese (no thanks). This is a great soup for sure! For my next drink, I'm having a Madame Mezcal. This is made with Malasanta Mezcal tequila, Madame Milu Herbal Balsamic Liqueur, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram, fresh lime juice, a float of Cocchi Sweet Vermouth and lemon zest and rosemary sprig garnishes. It is served over ice. I love the taste! This is definitely stronger. The Mezcal is very prominent. The garnish is amazing. This is the server's favorite! For my entree, I'm having the Salmone (salmon). This is Scottish Salmon, lemon, white wine, rosemary, mustard, crispy leeks and asparagus. For my sides, I'm having Patate Arrosto (rosemary potatoes) and Broccoli Rabe (sautéed rapini) with garlic. This is a huge piece of salmon. I love the presentation! It is nice and hot. Tastes great! Rosemary potatoes are real good! I like the rapini too! Yummy! For my dessert, I'm having the Pistachio Passion. Oh yeah. This cube is huge! Look at the presentation! Heaven on a plate!
