I visited going through their drive thru and the service here was very nice. Been going since they opened and the cluckitos are a favorite. The food is very good. Could use a tad more seasoning on the meat, maybe a marinade for the chicken to be used in the taquitos. But not bad.Can't really speak to the ambiance but it looks nice and clean from the outside. The only reason it is not a 5star is it is a tad expensive for the quality.

Service was impeccable! Carlos is so friendly and energetic. Food was excellent. Chicken is juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Their house made sauces are delicious. The orange rolls are so original and delicious.Restaurant is clean and well attended.

I decided to try this place one night as I was craving fried chicken and didn't feel like cooking. I came in a few minutes (30 minutes) before they were getting ready to close, so it wasn't many people inside. Just myself and one other couple. The lady who was working was very friendly, and had that grandmother vibe going on She told me to give her a few minutes as she was finishing up a drive thru order. A couple of minutes later, she offered me an apology for having me wait and then took my order. She was very nice and made me feel welcomed, even though they were getting ready to close. I ordered a 3 piece meal and a cup of water. While I waited for my food, I noticed that the place was very clean and it smelled good, not like fried chicken but a fresh and clean smell. It didn't take long for my order to be ready. The lady brought my order to my table and thanked me for coming in. My food was good, but to be honest I feel like the customer service was better than the food. The roll was buttery, soft and very tasty. The mashed potatoes were ok, I added salt and then they tasted a little better. I probably wouldn't order the coleslaw again. I'll order the tenders the next time I go in. I'll give this place another try, but way before closing time.

This is a family owned restaurant with 3 locations in Las Vegas. Apparently they have been around for awhile, and are a Las Vegas institution. It's a not a chain, but they have several locations and family owned like I mentioned. It is wayyyy better than chain fried chicken, and I can safely say it's the best fried chicken I've had in Las Vegas! I had so many observations about this place so here they are at random as I looked around: Gravy is a 7.5/10 - it is a little bit on the watery side and I prefer a little bit thicker. With those who aren't used to seasoning it would be 10/10.Mashed potatoes 1/10 - taste like it was instant boxed potatoes and not home made at all. Chicken (bone in) is a 10/10 - super seasoned and has a great crispy crunch. Clucker sandwich is 10/10 - chicken breast was juicy, a good sized sandwich that will rival some fast food chains out there. Prices are good on the menu items for what you get. You will get full here and get a good serving. This particular location is very clean and has excellent customer service . They were constantly changing gloves in between orders. Very sanitizing and reassuring. With that being said the Bathroom was also very clean. Lastly, i observed they work as a team and are fast with getting your food out.I also heard of all 3 , this is the best location.

Hey! So I had a taste for some good fried chicken so I tried Farm Basket. Now I was told the chicken was THE best in Las Vegas....so I had to give it a go. Well, the food was good BUT I would have loved to have it seasoned a little more. I did not use any of the sauces, I like to make my own. The service was great! I went through drive thru and the cashier was very nice. The ambiance in my car is always amazing lol! In drive thru. Overall I would say it is great chicken but not the best. I am glad that I tried it and would say I would go back again. Cheers!

First time having Farm Basket and I must say this is the best fried chicken I've ever had in Las Vegas. However, there was an issue when picking up my order.I placed an order on their website for the 6-piece wing meal, and a 3-piece dark meat with mac salad and mashed potatoes with a side of gravy. Order was placed around 11:00AM and set for pick up at 1:30PM.I arrived around 1:15PM and walked up to the counter and gave them my name for pick up. The lady said they didn't have my order. After looking around in their system, they found it and apologized and began to pack my order. Then they tell me that they didn't have the 6-piece wing meal anymore even though it was available for order on their website. I eventually settled for all dark meat but it was a little disappointing how unorganized they were. They had 3 hours to contact me to let me know something wasn't available but that didn't happen and was only aware of my order when I showed up.Overall, the chicken was juicy and crunchy even after a 20 min drive home. Wasn't a fan of the mac salad but the mashed potatoes and gravy is out of this world. But the lack of oversight in how the order was handled wasn't the best experience for me.

Very excited to try farm basket again after years. I heard the old recipes are back and definitely try the orange rolls. Well I ordered online & drove over. I knew I was early but when I showed up the lady said my order was behind. There were two tables eating. One car in the drive thru & 3 others waiting for online orders. There were 3 employees working; one prepping new chicken & one cooking & plating. It felt like I walked into the aftermath of a busy lunch rush & all the chicken was gone because I didn't see too many orders going out just people waiting. The food was ready 35 minutes after I put the order in. I was quoted 15 min on the app. The bathrooms were clean but you do need a code.Food was good except we ordered a 6 piece and there were 3 thighs instead of 1 thigh 2 breasts. Disappointing for my sister who prefers white meat. Overall food was good enough to go back for and the workers were nice. Not a great returning experience but I'll try again soon.

I'm really disappointed in myself for not coming here sooner. We stopped here after our son's baseball practice a bit ago. We were impressed with the amount of food we got in the 9-piece chicken dinner. We got our plates put together at home and man oh man. This place is beyond phenomenal. Chicken was fried perfectly. The potatoes and macaroni salad were awesome. I didn't get to try the corn on the cob but the family loves it. The fries were really good. To top it off, the family dinner comes with biscuits, which were the sweetest things I've ever had. If you haven't been here yet, get in there ASAP. You won't be disappointed. Made me think of Mom's home cooked meals.

Andrea (not sure of the spelling) is awesome. We came back 2 and 3 times because of her outstanding, friendly customer service. Join the loyalty club and get $5 off. This is our new go to place.
