I never go here because it looks scary the only store standing in mcleod and pecos.I suggest everyone not to go the customer service is very poor. Even the cashier was super rude he told me to watch my kids and tell them to stay with me. Its not like im not paying for what they get the guy cashier looks miserable just supe rrude he rang one of my item and said its dicontinued. The store just added a dollar tree and all the items thats on the shelf are fixed so i dont know why he didnt let me buy it.Looka like the management is very poor.I will never go back to this place ever again. Not a friendly store at all. I'm guessing the guy never had a kids on his own and i get why such a bad person!!!

The 1 star is for the costumer service. Asked if they had Apple Pay I don't even know if they guy said anything back just looked away. The 2 girls one behind on registered just kept talking to each other not even a "hi" how are you ? Didn't even get a receipt nor a thank you. I work in a costumer service place we're we welcome in our guest. I don't know if these employees even get trained to welcome in their guest. They're so rude ignore their guest like that.maybe a little more care for their guest would be nice. Second girl was standing right next to us 6 feet apart is still required.

I live near the Family Dollar on East Sahara Avenue and McLeod Drive.I went in today to buy two large boxes of Cheerios, The shelf price for the Cheerios was $4, the same as it was when I came into the store a few weeks ago.Today, the cashier rang me up at $4.95, and I told her that I had purchased the same cereal a few weeks ago...but a co-worker stepped in and rang it upat $4.95. I told them what the shelf price was, and another co-worker said that the store had not changed the price yet...which was apparent. When I bought the same cereal a few weeks ago, the lady that rang me up knows me from coming in the store from time to time, the same thing happened, the price was higher than the shelf, but she went back to the shelf to double check, and she honored it and rung me up at $4 per box.Today, the store did not honor this and I did not buy the cereal. It is not the amount, I have the money, but it's the principle behind it. It was like they didn't care that the prices didn't match. This falls under Nevada deception practices. Technically under the consumer protection law, when the shelf price doesn't match the cash register price, the store owes you the difference for each item. In this case, the store would owe me $1.90.It is not the fault of the customer when shelf prices don't match. This store is around the corner from me, and I have been going there for 3 years but they just lost my business. Poor customer service and poor training.

Clean store, well organized, and reasonably stocked.Small, quiet shopping center with good parking. Next to a 7-11 and a small Del Sol outlet store.Stopping at a Family Dollar store may save you the potential hassles of going into a larger store such as Walmart. If you need a toaster, blender, cooking grill, hairdryer, Bluetooth headphones, etc. you'll often find a small selection at very low prices. There's also a good selection of basic groceries (frozen foods, soft drinks, baking materials), as well as kitchen supplies, household items, and even a small amount of clothing (hats, shoes, socks, belts, etc.).This location does a decent job of offering a small selection of basic "Dollar Store" items as well. For instance, chips and soda for $1 each.A decent little store and a good option to have in the neighborhood.
