Well it's definitely on the strip, at the Fashion Show Mall, next door to Bennihanna's. Our server was excellent, water refills, and order taking clear, and prompt. Atmosphere.. Great for date nights, meeting friends for dinner, or just enjoy a drink and appetizer. It's Emmit Smith flagship resturant, so lots of memobilia of his football career, cigar lounge etc.. Im sure this place is packed during the NFL season. My date, was beginning to feel ill before ordering our meal, but she was trying to hang on so she too can sample what she had ordered. Unfortunately, the illness was catching up on her, so I asked our sever to make everything to go... She did order, the filet migon(med well butterflyed) with asparagus and we split a ceasar salad. Myself, I ordered the garlic roasted chicken, with sauted mushrooms. We brought our own bottle of wine(corkage fee was $15) which is reasonable considering we're on the main Vegas strip... Mind you, everything is a la carte, but reasonably priced. Overall, the total was just a tad under $200 ( that's including the corkage fee) Again, unfortunately my date was not feeling well, and the food was boxed and packaged nicely, and secured. I paid my bill, and left an extra tip to our server, she went out of her way to make our evening a bit more pleasant, than it was already turning out to be.. Im looking forward to digging in my meal soon.. Much love to the server, and staff at Emmits.. I highly recommend this spot for a date night while in Vegas, or just a guys/ ladies night on the strip..If this was 10 star rated they would get a 9.5 out of 10!!

Beautiful restaurant. We were celebrating my spouses birthday party of 8. Being Valentine's Day weekend they provided all the women in our party roses. Great touch. As we waited for our party to arrive we had a drink at the bar. I am a huge whisky sour drinker so when I saw the Woodson lemonade as a specialty cocktail it sounded great. By far one of the worst drinks I've had in a very long time. Tasted like freshly squeezed lemons on the rocks. Soooo tart it gave me heartburn lol. Didn't fast like any alcohol was added. So just chugged it and moved on. We were seated in a private room area that caters to larger groups. Awesome memorabilia in those rooms. My spouse is a huge cowboys fan so that had a lot to do with us going here. I don't remember our waiters name but he was ok. Didn't check on us much. I wish as first timers we would've gotten a briefing about the menu. We ordered a mixture of salads, sushi and steaks. Everyone liked their food. I had the boneless NY steak (26oz) medium rare but closer to the rare side. It came out extremely over well done. Not a drop of juices came out. I tried it hoping I could just eat it as we waited a long time for the food to arrive. But I had to send it back. 15 min later the new steak was tender and cooked better. They did comp my cocktail for my food being over cooked. So i appreciate that. Also a cake and ice cream was brought out for the birthday boy. Thank you for that. Over all we all came to the conclusion that it was an ok dinner. But we wouldn't be back.

1/18/2025 dinner at 6pm with friends. Beautiful ambiance and sat by the kitchen. Waitress was nice but spoke so fast if felt like we were rushed to order. But she was good. Had the Ribeye steak and we added shrimp and crab meat. I should have not added. I think it took away the crust of the steak. Shrimp was a disappointment as it tasted like cheap frozen shrimp fromThe store. Crab was ok and probably from a jar. We loved the crème brûlée, very creamy and tasty. Sides were good portions. We would come back if we are close by to try other dishes.

Emmitt's Vegas at the Fashion Show Mall is newer restaurant that has opened there. It has a nice selection of steaks and seafood dishes along with sushi and appetizers. As it was our Valentine's Day celebration we decided to give it a go. We ordered a few different items off of the menu. Their bread, French onion soup, Emmitt's sushi a hanger steak with cowboy butter and skin on fries. Definitely a lot of food all of which was very tasty. The steak was cooked perfectly and the cowboy butter is amazing. The sushi was loved by my girlfriend as well as the French onion soup. The bread was good but could've been warmer. Overall we were satisfied with our meal. We opted out of dessert as we were too full. Nice memorabilia if Emmitt's Smith scattered around the restaurant.

A place with food and sports checks the first box off my list! Wanting to keep an eye on the football game while enjoying dinner made Emmitt's the place to try. Also - since seeing that there was a Happy Hour, I wanted to check it out!We took a seat at the bar and it was about 5:30 pm, so just before any large dinner crowd. It was a chill place and a beautifully decorated place for ambience. We were greeted right away by the bartenders. On Happy Hour there are $4 draft beers which is really good for being on the Strip. We started with the French Onion Soup off the regular menu and it was the best French Onion we have ever had. Wow! First - it comes out piping hot which makes it so good. It makes you take small sips and savor the flavors. I highly recommend this as a starter! Then we ordered the two items offered on the Happy Hour menu. The burger is $11 and comes with fries. This burger is juicy and flavorful. It's a good sized burger and has lettuce, tomato, and onion with a side of pickle. Also there is Emmitt's sauce which I'm not always a sauce person so I asked for it on the side. The other food item on the Happy Hour menu is a 10 oz Hangar Steak Frites with arugula salad side for $22. This is a great dish. The flavor of the steak was tender with a great sear and flavor. It comes with a bordelaise sauce which was also delicious. I enjoyed dipping my fries in this sauce as well. The arugula salad is a nice flavor component of the dish with a light lemony flavor. The fries on both dishes came out fresh, crisp and hot. In a nutshell - food at Emmitt's is excellent! The bartenders are very friendly. Special shoutout to Ny who was our bartender for the majority of our meal. He was friendly and made our first time dining experience great. We will definitely be back!

Ambiance 5 StarsCocktails 5 StarsFood 3 StarsStaff-Customer Service 4 StarsThe restaurant is beautiful and chic. I love the blue and modern sophistication. The espresso martini's are divine. The bartender and hostess were pleasant. The food has potential and I would have to go back and try more. I tried the Creole shrimp. The dish came with crostini. Overall it was, but not great. The sauce had a good flavor and the shrimp were tasty, but for the prices it should be great. It was lacking something seasoning wise. Also it wasn't crowded and it took a long time for my dish to come out. I left feeling good about my experience and will definitely go back and try the happy hour. It's worth checking out!

Along with another couple that appreciates fine dining and likes to explore new restaurants, we arrived here for dinner on a Tuesday night slightly ahead of our reservation time, and were seated right away. Only a few other diners were present, which probably contributed to the excellent service we received by multiple staff members. This classy restaurant is elegantly decorated and projects a cool vibe. But, as it should be, during our attendance the food was the star. Prime Beef Carpaccio was delectable, and a Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail featured five really large and somewhat sweet crustaceans. Bread Service consisted of a loaf of six Pull Apart Rolls and butter. They were tasty enough that I ordered a second loaf, and ate it all by myself. It went well with a large crock of French Onion Soup with well-caramelized onions and a well-deconstructed crouton. Then a Spider Roll and colorful Wedge Salad with Bleu Cheese Dressing completed our starters. My 10 oz. Filet Mignon witih Bearnaise Sauce and Bordelaise Sauce was well seasoned and medium rare as ordered. As I initially beheld the steak on a plain plate, I realized that, although I had inquired about the size of a lobster tail accompaniment, and the answer was an acceptable 6 ounces, I had neglected to actually order it. So I did belatedly, and to my surprise a beautiful shark-white Cold Water Maine LobsterTail quickly arrived at our table to join my filet. As tasty as the meat of the Filet was, this Lobster Tail dipped in Drawn Butter was one of the sweetest and most delicious I have experienced. I was told that it was first steamed with butter and white wine, and then broiled. For sides, assorted sauteed Wild Mushrooms were a great adornment on the steak; Patatas Bravas an interesting take on crispy small potatoes; and Mashed Potatoes very creamy and superb. Emmitt's Vegas is a welcome addition to Strip fine dining, and I look forward to a return visit.

The French onion soup started off great but then when it cooled off it tasted salty or maybe we had our fill of salt with the sushi by then. We are definitely coming back to this place and can forgive this small issue. The hanger steak was quite good. It was on the special for restaurant week. Asked for rare and it was perfectly rare. The carrot cake was okay but the chocolate cake greatly overshadowed it. I don't understand the dried blood orange slice or tiny cubed pineapple but different strokes for different folks. I had the shrimp pasta made from sweet 1000 tiny tomatoes sauce and had some in with the dish. No shrimp bodies and only the tails. It was very good. I'm going to have to find this recipe. The place was very nice inside with a large bar and wine cellar type area. The restaurant had the noise dampening add-ons that few restaurants have. It was quiet yet had music and was quite cool compared to the outside heat. Easy to understand conversations of our table and several others if you were bored. Our host was nice and let us sit where we preferred. The waiter was also the bartender and we had top notch service.

We had brunch in the bar area beforeheadingto the airport for our flight home. The food and service was much better than we expected! The french onion soup was one of the best versions I've had to date, and prices were very fair, especially for Vegas. Bloody Mary with candied bacon was also excellent. Highly recommend if you're in the mood for a calm, leisurely meal at a fair price
