Ambience & personality are 100% time tier ! Kallee was by far the bees knees! I'm a 100% P&T Iraq vet. Had public spaces but loved coming in here; not a shred of anxiety and only huge smiles and positive vibes were felt through my experience ! Highly recommended

No handicap access!I guess I just assumed a medical facility dealing with all sorts of ailments would have access for those in a wheelchair... well this place doesn't. Two stairs to get into this office. No handrail. Tried to call twice. No answer. I gave up.

Upon more thought, skeevy does not cover my experience. Emerald Sonico was downright unprofessional.I told her that I avoid Ibuprofen because I have had an asthmatic reaction and instead take Aleve. Her reply was that Aleve has Ibuprofen in it so I don't need to tell people I might have a reaction. I did some research, and this is absolutely FALSE! She could KILL someone by telling them they don't have an allergy they have!Also, if you are carry extra weight, be prepared to be relentlessly body shamed. She looked up the antidepressants I take in front of me, and said that 15% of people lose weight on the medication and asked why I not losing more weight?Emerald Sonico also claimed that constipation is not a side effect of antidepressants and that something else must be wrong me... ummm, my last doctor agreed that it was a normal side effect and if you look in the Merck Manual (Professional Drug Guide) this particular medication has the same 15% chance as weight loss for constipation.DO NOT TRUST EMERALD SONICO!

This is an excellent clinic, and I found the handicap entrance so I do not know what the other reviewer is writing about. The staff is friendly and handles everything very quickly. They have high standards and check all your paperwork before you see the doctor. Everything was explained in detail, unlike those other medical clinics that just take your money without any explanation. Emerald is not a sham clinic like so many other medical marijuana offices. This is a legitimate office, and they have many contracts with insurance companies and health plans, so they can also be your primary care clinic. The doctor was very succinct and answered all of my questions. I will change insurance plans so I can use this clinic as my primary care center. I strongly recommend this clinic and the good folks that work in it.

Emerald is knowledgeable and very thorough. She is warm and caring,We look forward to her visits.
