This is an eight-five minute show with 6 musicians and 3 "backup" singers. In fast, all the musicians, except the drummer, have songs they sing from the Elvis catalog. On the rear wall and on two sides of the showroom, there are projections of Elvis during different stages of his life which adds a whole lot to the music. Some you would have seen before, but many were new to me especially some of the headshot photos he had taken. The show is linear in nature starting with two songs when he lived in Tupelo. It continues with the move to Memphis and his introduction to the Blues on Beale Street. The character playing Elvis sings many songs but all the musicians from electric guitar to piano sing some of the songs. The women are not just pretty backup singers. They all can belt out the numbers quite well and they do!There is one section where they cover the Million Dollar Quartet night which was in fact performed in this same showroom. There were two encore songs done together and the band left the stage to come to the lobby for photos. This is not an impersonation show. While there is some resemblance to Elvis, the show is an excellent tribute show. You'll leave the showroom with a smile on your face and one of the songs will be in your head. And, yes, they do sing Viva Las Vegas!! It's a must!

"Heartbreak Hotel - Elvis Presley concert - a Musical Journey" at Harrah's in Las Vegas - was more like a journey to the land of "we don't know who Elvis is!" How a Vegas show goes horribly wrong! At 3-years-old, Jimmy Osmond nailed "Heartbreak Hotel". And again, at 9-years-old at the Ohio State Fair! Jimmy got it right!!!What's the matter with this group?!!WHERE'S ELVIS?!! Where or where for art thou, Elvis?! You know, you'd think with the name of the show being "Heartbreak Hotel" - wouldn't you have thought this song would be in the show?!! Nope! Nada! Not at all!! And I love this song!Elvis dies a thousand horrible deaths over and over -with every song that is sung - through Harrahs' Heartbreak Hotel tribute to Elvis! Elvis' memory is trashed through the group that is performing the Heartbreak Hotel number at Harrah's. ELVIS must be rolling over in his grave!!It seems like Vegas is hiring the worst groups EVER! With Piff the Magic Dragon and Tape Face - this show ranks right up there with the worst acts EVER! The first 4 or 5 songs are NOT Elvis songs! I was confused during this whole sequence! I kept thinking, "Where's Elvis?!!" I thought I was coming to see an Elvis show..!Instead of these songs, the group should have played "Heartbreak Hotel" and "Burning Love"! The group's rendition of "Vive Las Vegas"'was like "Vive Death Row!" There was no energy with this song!I was so disappointed! I was expecting Elvis' glitzy, sequined costumes - what Elvis is known for! Elvis's signature moves that drove the women wild! What happened to all of that?!! That was what I was expecting to see!!When you think "Elvis" - that is what comes to mind, does it not?!!'Eddie, Elvis, only wore 50s style clothing. Also, with the show being a "tribute" to Elvis - most of the time, the guy plays Elvis IS Elvis in every sense of the word! Not just playing Elvis' songs!Does this group even KNOW WHO ELVIS IS?!! That's how I felt during the entire show!I don't know how this group made it to Vegas! Upon reading the group's background, the guy who played Elvis - Eddie Clendening - apparently, has portrayed Elvis for over 2,000 shows! He did not show it! He hardly moved at all!! Elvis was always shaking some part of his body when he sang! Eddie Clendening did not!The group needs to review Elvis' act! It, or call the show something else! The girl singers/dancers - OMG! They were the worst! These girls sat down ON THE STAGE!!SAT DOWN ON THE STAGE!!! I've never seen dancers SIT DOWN ON A STAGE BEFORE! They sat down every chance they got! OMG!!!Fana looked bored during one of the first songs as she was sitting down on the stage! If they can't make it though the entire show without sitting down, maybe they shouldn't be there! Geno Henderson also sat down!Jackie Wiatrowski sang "Can't Help Falling With You!" - she CANNOT SING! She was PITCHY! Her voice shook trying to reach the high notes! She could NOT BELT IT OUT! She has a WEAK voice! She ran out of breath!Fana Hughes can't sing either! She was off-key!Tymara Walker is the only one of the girls that can sing! BUT she sang a sing and played the piano, while good, her BACK WAS FACING THE AUDIENCE!!! I thought you're never supposed to turn your back to the audience! She had to turn around the entire time to sing! This is BAD FORM! I did not like the talking about Elvis' life in-between sets! Too much talking! I believe This was done to give the performers a rest break in-between sets!Whoever the production company is that produces the show should be shot!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOW!I will be posting a video review as well! Showing where their act went horribly wrong!Vikki LohBerrii

Wow, wow, wow! These people are entertaining and highly skilled! This show is fantastic! The show is a little longer than most Vegas productions, but it moves so quickly and effortlessly that you never look at your watch. This is a show mainly about the music of Elvis Presley. Different cast members sing Elvis songs on occasion, sometimes actually sounding better than the original Elvis song. Everybody is so talented! The female singers are exceptional! The man who portrays Elvis is stupendous! Both he and the piano player were in the Million Dollar Quartet production. Included are a couple of Jerry Lee Lewis songs done like the Killer himself was on stage! Also, they showed pictures from Elvis's life that we had never seen (big Elvis fans) which blew us away. This is one of the few Vegas shows we would go see again and pay full price to do so.

This is a new show at Harrahs in Las Vegas. I attended the 5/22/19 performance and paid up for third row center seats. This is a nice tribute show for Elvis fans. It tells the story about Elvis, his relationships, his band, his life and the times he lived in. All the singers/performers have great voices. The big screen photos and videos are a nice touch. I didn't mind the other performers singing Elvis songs, as they all have really nice voices. I think my only problem with the show was that I really wanted much more of the touching life stories, and much more singing from Elvis!

Very enjoyable show at Harrah's. Venue was comfortable, music and lighting were well done. The performers were energetic, playful, in synch and did a great job signing Elvis' songs with passion. This is a show I'll recommend to family and friends. They went through Elvis' life story and it was very well documented with graphics in the background while the live performance was on stage. I enjoyed how they recognized Veterans and encouraged the guests to participate in dancing and signing. Great vibe!

The cast did a truly amazing job bringing the story of Elvis to life. The show was fabulous , educational, and one that had me standing up to dance a few times. This hi-energy show takes you through Elvis's young moment , I didn't know Elvis served in Military, what a wonderful man, God Bless Elvis. This was a show you must come to see !!!

Elvis Presley's Heartbreak Hotel... great new addition to Harrah's already amazing show schedule. My mom and I are both Elvis fans but not really into seeing impersonators. This show is going to be a hit with Elvis fans! It highlights the first 2 years of his career. The show is full of strong performers. Eddie Clendening has a natural relaxed Elvis vibe. Laid back and confident. He comes across authentic and does the King justice. Full of interesting facts and photos and a great song lineup. Definitely a MUST SEE show to put on your calendar!

A Fantastic show!Outstanding musicianship, Amazing Talent, and very very high production values make for a great evening of entertainment. This is not an "Elvis Impersonator" show - rather it's a tribute to The King, featuring a killer band and a super-talented guy who "pays tribute to" rather than "copies" Elvis's vocal stylings. After the show, my date pointed out that we get so used to hearing people doing bad, over-the-top, impersonations that we forget how really great Elvis was in his heyday. This show brings it all back- and reminds us why what he did was so amazing (and scandalous) in his day. Each of the multi-talented performers gets a chance to shine in this show, and they are all amazing. However, a particular shout-out needs to go to singer Tymara Walker - who is simply riveting in everything she does. She needs to front her own show.Only one heads-up, which is that the show is LOUD - and I mean REALLY REALLY LOUD. They may get that under control as they continue to dial it in, but for me, it was way too much. Take earplugs.Otherwise, a GREAT addition to the Vegas Strip. May it run forever!

This show is so awesome and so much fun. I am not too familiar with Elvis but I know some of his songs, regardless I highly recommend this show if you want to sing dance and just have a good time. This is not an impersonator. Every member of the cast sings live and a variety of songs are sung! They also give narrative about Elvis' life into stardom. It's such and amazing time. It's highly recommend. Also one of the few shows in Vegas where they let you take pics. Please be mindful and turn your flash off if you plan on taking any photos during the show.
