El Pollo Loco

Food was meh. Very expensive for what we got. The place was clean, and the staff were courteous, but we really didn't have the chance to interact with them much.

Why they take so long to take your order at DT??Always asking for a minute and they take 5 minutes to talk to you and take a long time to take the order.....Pollo loco change a few months ago and not for the good

At this location you place your own food order at one of two kiosks at their front counter. The touch screen was very easy to navigate and had pictures of each menu item. I liked that I was even able to select the number of sauces that I needed. The only form of payment accepted at the kiosk are credit/debit cards. My food order came out promptly and the chicken was hot off the grill.

Extremely poor customer service.. Was told by employee that manager was unavailable.. El Pollo Loco food is good, however, if you want to avoid a headache dont bother with this location... Poorly run with missing manager.

If I can give zero stars I would those workers served me cold old food and when I try to take it back they closed the store 30 minutes early This unacceptable I am calling district manager on Monday morning and. I expect a full refund and reprimand the employees. Don't eat there at night

Brand spanking new! Stopped in for lunch for some coworkers and was happy with the experience. The young man at the counter was helpful and patient with me as I deciphered the menu. The food was served up fast, hot, and tasty. That about all you can ask for from this type of restaurant. I would and will return.

The food is fine, but I won't revisit establishments that expect customers to be their own cashiers. Consider hiring a cashier who can split his/her time to serving customers and wiping down tables.
