El Fuego Picante

The bowl we ordered was a little pricey, but the portion was enough for two older folks. The steak was so tender and the rice and veggies were delicious. This is hands down the best bowl we've ever bought. If you are shopping at Sam's or Walmart on Tropical Parkway, you should pick up a bowl. Will need to try the asada fries next time. Also, it was cold and windy. He gave me a pager so I could wait in my car. Great service.

When me and my family went to this taco truck. We ordered shrimp tacos and the el fuego bowl. There was nothing really wrong with the el fuego bowl except that the steak was overpowered by everything else. The problem was the shrimp taco, the cashier said that it had cilantro onion and lime on it. When we retrieved it; it had peppers mushrooms cheese tomatoes and sauce, but these condiments were explained by the cashier that they would be on the side. The ambiance wasn't the problem it was in a hospital parking lot there it was pretty nice except it was dark everywhere around it.

We had this place at our Skye Canyon farmers market. They had great choices on their menu, but we decided to go with the birria tacos. It came to us super hot and fresh, and had the perfect kick to it. Each taco was packed with meat & cheese, and the consommé was sooo rich & flavorful. On this day, the guy working the food truck had said that his helper didn't show up, so it was just him. Despite his circumstance, he got us our food within 15-20 mins of ordering AND there was a family & another customer before us. We were very understanding of his situation, so we didn't mind the wait, especially since the food came out delicious! Only thing I wish was better was that the tacos were a bit soggy and could've been a lot more crispy, but given the circumstance, we still give it 5 stars & would order from here again!

Yelp suggested this food truck, and my son and I decided to trying out yesterday. We ordered the steak and shrimp bowl and the queso birria 3 taco special. I have to say both were delicious but we both preferred the steak and shrimp bowl. Was cooked perfectly and the sauces were delightful. Highly recommend

This taco truck is a must try! We tried the chicken tacos. They were fresh and tasty! They are small street taco style, so they are great for a snack or grab a few and make it a meal. The staff is friendly and quick! We found this truck in Lees discount liquor parking lot, across the street from Lowe's on El capitan st.

Great Authentic Mexican Food!! The Birria is slow-cooked to perfection & the al pastor spicy and tangy. The carne asada is juicy and is grilled perfectly. All the ingredient's are fresh and packed with flavor. They're located in Centennial which doesn't have too many good Mexican places so this really hits the spot and fulfills any cravings that I get. This place really is a must try for any foodies.

I had a chicken fuego bowl and it was amazing. So much flavor and so much food. I look forward to trying more things on their menu. The staff was great as well.
