They make it sound beautiful before signing the contract but the day of the event I wanted to cry because everything was bad, service, food, dance, DJ & They stole bottles of alcohol I provided with

I want to Thank Maria and her whole staff ! They are super professional and treated me like family ! I had a long list literally of questions for her and concerns and she answered all my questions , Maria is very upfront and professional ! I got the basic package and she allowed me to bring in my own food and unlimited alcohol and gave me a list of everything I needed . I'm so greatful I came here to do my daughters quince since I planned it within 6 months . Everyone at my party couldn't stop talking about how fancy everything looked inside and how nice it was ! I will definitely will throw another party here ! I highly recommend this place !

NIGHTMARE FROM HELL!! I used them for choreography lessons for my daughters quince and for dress and suit rentals. first of all they gave me everything the evening BEFORE the event. I was given dirty suits with deodorant stains in the armpits, some suits wreaked of cologne. other suits were incomplete, no ties or no shirts, missing buttons, holes, broken zippers, wrong color vests and ties. my son is tall so they let the hem down on his and the strings were dangling out and the crease was by his calf. my husbands suit that he purchased wasn't hemmed they just put 3 stitches in the pants and had strings everywhere. the dresses were all too small (all the girls were petite fyi), one girl couldn't even zip hers up so she wore a tank top under the dress so her back wasn't exposed. another dress had problems with the zipper not being able to zip up and when I contacted Carlos the owner, I was told that it does zip up and that I "need to force it". I let them know that if I forced it, it would break and yet they still proceeded to tell me the dress was fine. The morning of the party I contacted the owners again and let them know that they had ruined my daughters day, because the one girl whose zipper wouldn't go up, was now going to have to be in a different dress. So they finally came and took the dress to get a brand new zipper put in. When I returned the dresses and spoke to the owner, he said it was my fault because I had forced the zipper and broke it. mind you he told us to force but just to be clear we never attempted it because we didn't want to be charged for it if it broke. during the choreography lessons the female owner Tanya made everyone feel like we were a bother to her. she would sit on her phone during lessons instead of paying attention to us. Tanya also failed to let me know she wasn't going to be at the last practice which was at the hall. instead she sent one of the kids that work with her. the kid is the one who notified me after I asked where she was. and he told me he had to leave my daughters practice early because he needed to get to another one (I'm sorry but I paid for my practices so why were we being treated as if they were free?). the owners Tanya and Carlos would constantly blame each other for the problems. Carlos would say oh that's Tanya's fault she has had complaints in the past and Tanya would blame him for things as well. they are ex husband and wife so I guess it makes sense that they would throw each other under the bus. I'm not sure what else I forgot to mention but I'm attaching screen shots from conversations and photos of the suitsPhoto conversations keep loading out of order. But they're labeled in the order in which the conversation took place

Thank you Maria for making my dream come true! I was in the hunt to look for a decent salon/banquet hall for my wedding and nothing seemed to be equipped what I needed. Until I stopped by El Dorado Banquet Hall. I found the place randomly in google and I thought to myself, it looks cute. I called Maria and she was ready to show the banquet hall that same day. The hall is elegant and spacious. I showed up with a notebook full of questions to which she was more than happy to oblige. I was more impressed that she gave me suggestions based on her previous experiences with weddings. Her prices are very reasonable. The day of my wedding was so magical. She will ask you details on the décor to make sure she gets it right. She even went all out with the set up of my fruit table! I was honestly just expecting a table with a tablecloth since it was last minute. I'll tell you this, whatever vision you have, you let Maria know. She will be more than happy to help you our on your big day. I will definitely recommend this banquet hall to friends and family.

I want to start by sending out a huge thank you to Maria, her daughter, and team that did an amazing job setting up the hall, the displays, and the service was just amazing! The security job does his job and is strict, which keeps me out of trouble and I appreciate his vigilance. Maria muchas gracias por todo lo que hiciste por nosotros desde el empiezo hasta el final. Tu salón está muy bonito, igual con tus decoraciones. Espero que tengas mucha más gente usando tus servicios. La comida, pastel, fruta, y dulces estaban todos sabrosos y lo disfrutamos toda la noche!!! Gracias por todo María.

DO NOT RENT HERE! This place is a complete scamAfter WE provided drinks and food for our event they tried charging our guest for drinks! At 9pm they would not allow guests to enter if they did not pay $30 at the door , by my understanding if a place is at capacity, you don't allow any more guest in? You would unfortunately have to turn them away at the door right? but this place decided to take make some extra money that night. The owner played the nice card up until the day of the event, I'm not sure what went wrong but she found any little excuse to charge extra . If YOU CAN, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL TURN ONE OF YOUR IMPORTANT NIGHTS INTO A NIGHTMARE!

The venue absolutely magical textured walls lights all over, beautiful center pieces. We chose El Dorado banquet hall, May 2023 for my daughters late Quince/ graduation party. Maria was wonderful in the planning, she organized food tasting dessert tasting and table decor extremely well we were very pleased. The DJ was awesome. The staff was very catering. Bathrooms were clean ceilings were nice floors were spotless. Everything was immaculate. We will be book this place again for our next daughters event. Thank you Maria & staff for making this day extremely smooth and memorable.

My cousin hosted her daughters Quinceañera here because I had toured the place & thought it was nice . I should've known something was off because as was previously stated the owner is extremely off putting & rude . The food at the event was horrible . It was supposedly a chipotle chicken but the sauce was completely bland & pale white . When it was addressed the owner Maria was short & dismissed . I was shocked at her defensive response and no effs given personality . Families are spending thousands of dollars to experience a once in a lifetime memory and this is was absolutely awful . And believe the unorganized comment and the lack of communication. Candy table same , little to no candy . Awful !!! Please go else where
