This review is NOT about the food, but rather my experience working at [El Dogg's] after trying their food.My experience working at [El Dogg's] was unfortunately poor. While the food itself is decent (though I did notice some expired frozen foods), the overall management was disorganized.Key issues I encountered: * Inconsistent Scheduling: The printed schedule rarely matched my actual work hours. I received varying start times via text, making it extremely difficult to plan my schedule as a single parent with other commitments. * Confusing and Contradictory Instructions: As a cook at a stadium event, I received conflicting instructions from different leads, creating a chaotic and inefficient work environment. * Poor Communication and Lack of Professionalism: * No formal hiring paperwork or contract was ever provided. * My initial pay was incorrect, and I chose to resign before being offered the agreed-upon rate. And stated "No hard feelings, It's just business". To clarify I was not Irate, or disgruntled. * There was no exit interview or formal communication regarding my departure. * My final paycheck was delayed for over 30 days after I was essentially "ghosted." * I experienced a hostile response when I inquired about my final pay.Despite the positive attitude of the kitchen staff, these management issues significantly impacted my work experience and ultimately led to my departure.Though I was willing to work through these issues. Im sure it will be mentioned, (without that exit interview [defimation]) all my faults that led to being off schedule.Too many breaks. (One per day 10-20 min avg.) N.r.s. 680.019Could not maintain food in window. (Had to prep, cook, package, and serve alone)Burned food. (was given multiple contradicting instructions that included cross contaminating vegitarian food)Too much waste. (was not in control of cooking portions most situations)Stealing food. (Would take waste as was told just dont let "LEVY" know)I would strongly advise potential employees to proceed with caution.Disclaimer: This review reflects my personal experience and may not accurately represent the experiences of all employees at [El Dogg's].

This truck was parked at Clark High School where I was attending my son's football game. The smell coming from the food was amazing so I had to try something. I ordered a spicy polish dog and fries. I did add grilled onions to the dog so it was an additional dollar for that. The food was being made to order so I did wait about 10-15 minutes for my food to be ready but when I got it the dog was hot right off the grill. The polish sausage had a nice snap when I bit into it and the baguette they used literally melted in my mouth. I judge a dog not only by its taste but the quality of the bread, and this bread was perfect. It was really soft but held up the weight of this 1 pound sausage without ever falling apart as I ate it. The fries were crispy and what ever they were seasoned with took the taste to the next level. The polish dog was wasn't super spicy which I loved because I it didn't over power the taste. This is a food truck definitely worth visiting.

My job had 3 food trucks on our lot and I decided to try El Dogg's. The size of the dog is very worth getting. It's a go big or go home type hot dog. I ordered 12 " all beef dog. It was grilled and very tasty. The lemonade is a good portion size as well and very good. I suggest trying them out of you want a tasty sizeable dog.

Encountered while browsing the vendors at Last Friday, Just Add Water Street in Henderson, there seems to be little information available on El Dogg's Sauces & Grill, but based on first impression there is not much to like about the concept in terms of preparedness, taste or cost.Located along the upper rim of Eateries, not far from a jump house for kids and best found by following the trail of smoke emitted from their open grill, El Dogg's describes itself as "Home of The Hotdog Sauce" and featuring an angry looking Weiner in their logo the choices consist of just four options, a Burger for $4, 7 inches of Sahlen's Smoke House Dog for $3 or $7-8 per foot-long plus $1 for each additional topping. Seemingly a fairly new operation, the Dogs just put on the grill a minute prior to the event's 6:00pm start and "The Hotdog Sauce" still cold and requiring nearly forty minutes to heat up, it was through a self-admitted first-day clerk and cashier that orders were placed with $17 exchanged for one snappy Polish Dog topped with Heinz from a Bottle plus the Beef Link that would arrive almost fifteen minutes later, neither of them any 'better' than a typical Hot Dog while "The Hotdog Sauce" was thin, not particularly meaty and still luke-warm as the hour approached seven o'clock.

I'm not sure how a hot dog food truck can be slow. The dog was just okay, however, I didn't get the foot long which seemed to be their best seller. It took over 30 minutes in line just to order and then almost 45 minutes to get a hot dog, yes, a hot dog which takes 2/3 minutes on the grill the. it appeared to be steamed for a few more minutes. it was unreal watching the poor lady putting together the orders. i'd like to think she had an excuse for being so slow and disorganized but i dint think she had one. at point they stopped serving orders to collect all the order tickets and put them back in numerical order. It was so sad to watch because they obviously have no idea how to effectively manage themselves. Won't be returning to this food truck again.

My Fiance had the Spicy Polish foot long, today at the Henderson Art Festival. It smelled so good, it made this vegetarian jealous! Through all the "Mmm this is good," he said it was spicy with full flavor but not so hot that it's just heat.
