Einstein Bros. Bagels

Looking on Uber Eats this morning for a place to get a bagel, and thought it was an error that Einstein's was listed on Ann. To my surprise they now have a location in the neighborhood. Have begged for a bagel spot for years so this in itself is a win.Somewhat tucked into the little set of stores in the Smith's shopping center the space is built as a grab and go. By no means a negative, but am used to the sit-down spots.Staff was attentive and friendly. Selection is what you find and most Einstein's, perhaps a bit smaller. In all fairness my perception may have been skewed with the smaller building. The two bagels were good, and in line with my past experiences over the years at Einstein's.Will be back.

This location is finally open, we're so excited. JERILYN is the one who took our order, kudos to her, she maintain calm even though the choice of the $9 for a dozen Monday special wasn't showing right away on her screen. She managed to keep her professionalism, patience. She greeted everyone who comes in to the door, she even says she'll be right with next person after she takes care of us. The other locations don't even greet/acknowledge customers when they come in.So this location is lucky to have employees like JERILYN who like their job Thanks Jerilyn u made this visit pleasant

New Einstein's bagel location in the Smiths shopping mall. The staff was very fast and friendly. My six cheese bagel was fresh and delicious! The inside is small with no seating or tables. They do have online order pickup so it's a quick grab & go option if you order ahead of time.

Quick service, friendly staff, delicious food. Nice cozy feel on the inside. So glad they're right across the street from me!

Place was swamped on Sunday morning but the team behind the counter was working hard and fast trying to keep up. The place has no where to sit and no restrooms though. Bagels are so much better than Panera or Smiths. Just need someone from NYC to open up another bagel place closer to Eldorado!

Not a regular Einsteins. They must have all the days-old bagels from other locations sent here so that they can get rid of them because they were yucky. Service was bad too, they just handed me the bagels in the little plastic wrappers and didn't even put them in a bag.

Was so happy that we finally have an Einstein in the area! First time at this new location and yes it's a small store, no seating. Just grab and go. Got home and grabbed one of the bagel and it felt a little hard and the bottom was cold. Could this been a frozen bagel or a day old that people have complained about? Checked the other ones and there were only two out of the six that felt a little warm like freshly baked. The bagels were so dense. The flavor that I'm used to is not there either even with the Honey Almond spread. The grocery store bagels had more flavor than these. I'll probably go back to my usual spot on Durango and compare. Maybe something in the recipe or process has changed?

So excited to have Einstein close by. Amazing bagels-good service. I love the French Toast bagel toasted with cream cheese is my favorite.

Fast service and great customer service. They don't make me wait too long for my food compared to most places.

Worst Einstein bagel I ever had. They either were frozen and two days old or they're serving two day old bagels. They need to fix that problem immediately I've never encountered that at any other Einstein's ever. Also, they had like seven or eight people working and it took about 20 minutes to get two toasted bagels and one fresh bagel.
