We stopped in to this location twice during our stay at Excalibur for a quick breakfast. The food was pretty good both times. The prices were a little high but not higher than other options in the food court area. The staff seemed very flustered and overwhelmed on both days leading to a lot of confusion with each other and with customers. The store is set up with a counter with a register and two kiosks to order at. On the first day, people were using both lines to order. On the second day, the staff was directing everyone to order from the kiosks but the kiosks were not accepting payment so everyone then had to enter the regular line and go to the register to pay (which the staff was not aware of and kept redirecting patrons to the kiosks). When we received our food, it was the wrong order and took a few minutes to get the correct one.

Stopped in for a few bagel sandwiches. The staff was friendly. The restaurant reminded me a lot of Panera in its decor and ambiance. The music playing was a little weird and loud for 9am but that was alright. The tables weren't super clean, we just wiped them down with a napkin. The bagels were excellent.

Stopped by on Tuesday, 12/26/23 for the first time. I actually never heard of this place and thought that this was the only location, but then I did some research after and there's a couple more locations in the Los Angeles area. Located inside the food court area at Excalibur, I ordered the following:- 1 BTA Egg White = $7.99- 1 Regular Hot Chai Tea Latte with Almond Milk = $4.99 + $0.80 almond milkSUBTOTAL = $13.78TAX = $1.15TOTAL = $14.93Very healthy and tasty however didn't really fill me up which is okay. I highly recommend if you're looking for a light-weighted breakfast and/or brunch/lunch.

Einstein bros bagels are located in the hotel's food court. I came here because breakfast is my favorite food (any time of the day). I ordered a 6cheese bagel with bacon egg and cheddar. I was not impressed. It was actually nasty in my opinion. I asked for double egg but was given one. It was a flat small sandwich. Place was ok to view. Didn't see anything that looked wrong with it. I will not go back though.

I've been to many Einstein Bro. On the East coast but this one was a big disappointment. I ordered a turkey sausage and cheese bagel sandwich which was basically thrown together, cold and bread was not toasted as ordered. They only had non dairy creamer for the coffee so I had to pay extra for a small milk. They should do

The line here was a little crazy on a Thursday morning at 9 a.m. I think I waited about 11 minutes, but the good thing is my bagel was ready quickly. I ordered the jalapeño bacon bagel with sausage, eggs, and extra chive onion schmear. So glad I did!

Is it convenient or is it not convenient, that is the question.Located in the food court at Excalibur, I was surprised to find a Einstein's Bagel here. However, since this location is on the strip, it basically costs double. I ordered a jalapeno bagel with bacon double toasted with cream cheese. Of course, when I ask for double toasted, I never got it. The bagel I got was barely toasted as the employees were just throwing the bagels on top of each other in the toaster. The napkins, utensils, etc are not stocked. The food court is dirty. The app doesn't work at this particular location. Won't come back here again.

New spot opened in Napa. Been there a few times now and absolutely love the Maple House egg sandwich. Service is also great. One suggestion is that you ask the customers if they are a part of the loyalty program when ordering. I did not know that you needed to let them know your phone number (since I was never asked, I thought it was linked to my credit card) and let a bunch of free stuff expire. One of the employees was nice enough to give me a free coffee even though the offer had expired on my account. Other than that, store is always kept nice and clean.
