I had a really great experience during my trip to Einstein Bros Bagels today. The cashier was so very helpful in guiding me through the app and my rewards. She was beyond graceful when I couldn't figure it out! I got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and a black coffee with a bit of cream. Came out super quick for me (I feel this could obviously vary by time in the day and order) and tasted as you would expect (delicious). Will for sure be coming back for another bagel craving in the future.

If I could this review would be a one star review. Ordered einstein on mobile app, got to the store and was told they were out of the bagels and couldn't make more. Asked for a refund and was told I couldn't get a refund because I ordered on their app ! What ! So now I have to wait for einsteins team to reach out to me to see if I can get a refund. This is unreal. Worst customer service ever.

Shame on me from ordering from them. There's a reason I didn't buy their food when I lived out east. Bagels are just not good. Safe thing to order is just a bagel w cream cheese. And you should definitely try their rock hard cinnamon rolls....mmmmm.

How does a bagel place produce such crap bagels? Horrid. The veggie smear on my bagel was like an anorexic portion (see pic). I shouldn't have paid extra for it. Brisket breakfast sandwich was OK. Hashbrown was terrible and so was iced caramel coffee. Just bad. Skip this place, they're weak. Get your bagels & coffee elsewhere.

This location just can't get an order correct. My neighbor actually drives out of his way to go to the Eastern location, avoiding this location because they are that bad. I've quit going to this location. I've even tried "back-dooring" the Eastern location, trying to get DoorDash to pick up from there but the software is too smart for that, LOL! Today I ordered 2 bagels with shmear: Asiago Bagel, not toasted w/ Jalepeno Salsa and a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, toasted w/ Honey Almond cream cheese. See photo of my receipt.When the Dasher arrived, my husband went outside to greet her and check the order to ensure there were 2 bagels because this location has shorted us on previous orders.I sat down at my TV tray and opened them. The Cinnamon Raisin Bagel was toasted and has cream cheese that might in fact be Honey Almond. The Asiago Bagel, however, was toasted!! The receipt says, "not toasted" but they toasted it. Also, the Asiago Bagel did NOT have the Jalepeno Salsa; it had the same cream cheese as the Raisin Bagel. Not surprising for this location. But frustrating.After seeing my wrong order, I immediately went on line and told DD that the order was wrong. With fees, tip, etc. I spent over $25 on 2 bagels to be delivered. The refund? Less than $2!! That was not satisfactory, so I called the store and Ashley answered. I asked if she was the Manager. She is. I told her about the problem. I yelled at her and told her that her store sucks. She said, "You don't need to be rude" and hung up on me.I called back. No answer. I called from a different phone. No answer. I continued to call until FINALLY (4th or 5th attempt), Dennis answered. He told me to contact DD for resolution. I told him that I had done that and the refund was less than $2 AND I still didn't have the bagel I wanted. I pointed out that DD did not make the mistake; it was Dennis or one of his co-workers who made the mistake so they are the ones who should make it right. DD has nothing to do with the wrong bagel order! They delivered it perfectly. I told him that my husband is on his way and he should give him an Asiago Bagel with Jalepeno Salsa for free, since I already paid for it and didn't receive it. That is a reasonable request. It would have made good. Surprisingly, Dennis was not agreeable to that so I finally played my Cancer Card and asked, "Do you not have any compassion?" (What I really meant is "Does no one at your store take responsibility for their own mistakes?") So then he agreed to give Darrell the correct bagel, without further charge. Which was the right thing to do.It really should not be hard to follow the simple instructions. Which bagel? Toast or not toast it? Which cream cheese? Then, when putting the order into the bag, check the receipt and see if you did it correctly. How difficult is that?As for Ashley hanging up on me: Ashley, You work with the public, in a restaurant. You should be able to handle angry customers, to talk them down, to resolve issues. That is a part of your job.At no point did I curse at her or call anyone any names; I just said that her store sucks and can't get orders right. That's what angry customers say. A good manager would have apologized and then asked "How can I make this right?" It's a child-like response to get mad at the angry customer when the business was at fault. It is not acceptable for a manager to hang up on an angry customer and then let subsequent calls go unanswered. It is no wonder that people avoid this location when the Eastern location is just five minutes away.Poor poor management. If this is a corporate store, or if the Franchisee hired Ashley to manage their business, you need to send Ashley to Customer Service training. If she's the Franchisee, she'll be out of business before long. This location really needs to figure out a process of quality control, checking orders for accuracy b4 giving to the customer or putting in the "pick up" spot.Good luck getting your order right. I actually stood in the store one day and watched the boy start to toast the bagel which I ordered "not toasted." I said, "Are you about to toast that Asiago Bagel for me?" He said he was and I said, "I asked for it not toasted," so he threw it into the trash and got a new bagel. I posted that on-line but somehow it disappeared. I suspect that if the Reviewer mentions a delivery service, Ashley goes to Yelp to have the review removed even though the delivery service was not at fault. Just a guess.

Overall: 4.2/5 (take out)Was worried about ordering here after reading the bad reviews but everything turned out fine. My order was ready for pick-up when I arrived. The space was clean and empty. The price is fair as well. Nova Lox ($9.49): This came with cold smoked salmon, red onions, capers, tomatoes, and plan cream cheese. I chose the everything bagel, make it thin, & toasted with sea salt chips. It was good but not the smoked salmon wasn't as fresh as I would have liked. Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich ($8.89): This comes with eggs, smoked beef brisket, cheddar cheese, and smoky chipotle aioli. I chose the cheese hashbrown bagel, regular sized with 2 eggs and no side. This was surprisingly better than the nova lox and very satisfying + filling. Everything just went well together making it the perfect savory meal.

Went in to Einstein Bagels after the gym for some quick breakfast. The place was fairly empty when I walked in. This location on St. Rose is a lot smaller compared to other locations, but I'm glad they opened one close to home. They don't have any in door seating, but they do offer a few tables right outside. Staff was helpful and very welcoming. Environment was clean.

The manager is not nice.... Gave us the wrong order and we touched the food and the manager then took it back and put it in a new bag for the correct customer. Gross. Her name is Jennifer. Then watched her talk down to her employees and seemed very rude and not a nice work environment. Be a nice person!!!

I'm standing there waiting patiently to place my order while I look at the menu and I let this guy go before me to give me a min but who would've known he was going to take forever himself! However once he was done, here I'm thinking I can go place my order which would've taken less than probably 2min. The older man who was working the cashier walked away to go make stepfan coffee without even asking me for my order or say anything to after I been waiting quite some time with my child! Talk about being an awards member and you get treated like garbage! Thanks but no thanks I won't ever waste my time going here again!
