Lauren was the hostess and she sat us down at a booth/table which was great, she was super friendly/engaging so thanks for that and thanks for asking what our plans for the day were, Great customer service!Kim was our waitress, we have had her before but I am not good at remembering names so I had to ask again!She was attentive, friendly, patient, excellent service! I ordered The Classic--3 eggs over medium, there is an upcharge of 50 cents right now due to the egg crisis but they were perfectly cooked and the portion sizes are AMAZING!I got the diablo Potatoes which are always good and Impossible sausage since I am 99% vegan. There isn't much variety if you are 100% vegan, They do have the Impossible Patty but that is about it, need to do better there, if I didn't eat eggs, I would be sh** outta luck, haha but like I said, portions are huge and service and atmosphere are always spot on.The Train which I admit as a train fanatic is one of the main reasons I go here was NOT working, it was broken and stuck in place. :/ But of course I will be back to enjoy the eggspress. :)

Service was fine, nothing egg-ceptional. Food was okay. My kids ordered the Hawaiian French toast and I had the veggie Benny (nothing special). I could not get over the filth on the walls. There was splash from the bus people that were walking around bussing tables dumping drinks into the tray they used residue all over the wall I was sitting next to. I gagged every time I saw them dumping drinks and food into the bucket. It was not pleasant. Food has gone way down hill. We only came here because Craft Kitchen across the street had a 40 minute wait and we were too hungry to wait. I wish we did. Extremely disappointing. I won't be returning. $65 for filth and below average breakfast is a chop for me.

This place has soo much style and flair. From the art walls to the train around the restaurant. Everyone was friendly, it was not too busy when we went. Ask our waitress what she recommended since we had not been there before. We went with the chile relleno omelet recommendation, it was great! I also had the fried steak, mmmm I can taste it now! It was crispy on the outside and juicy when you took a bite. I can wait to go back to Vegas just to eat there again!Oh the menus are printed on a news paper style, a unique touch. (I took 2 home) lol

Love egg works! They have a new-ish menu now and price has increased for obvious reasons. But their smaller menu with the cheaper options are big portions and just as good! I love their seasoned potato's and they're always pretty quick with serving us our food. Always live and crowded but we are always able to get a table fairly quickly. Definitely recommend!

Great food., great service as well I really loved the energy and the atmosphere of this place. I liked the newspaper style menu they had which allowed me to take it home for later and give it a look over. I wish I had more time though, it is a great place for either breakfast or lunch. They have a variety of different foods to choose from and I really am looking forward to coming back and trying some of their famous food. This place is family owned and staffed so well, they keep it absolutely beautiful inside everything is so clean! They have all you can drink coffee too!

The waitress was rude and snubby. As customers we voice are opinions and she didn't like that. The food is ok, just like other breakfast places. Customer service makes a big difference.

I came in here early on Friday morning. The service was quick and there were a lot of options to choose from. I ordered the huevos rancheros with the pork in green sauce. The portion was very large but tasted good.

The worst meal from here EVER and the worst Huevos Rancheros ever!!I used DoorDash, as I have many times. I didn't expect authentic Huevos Rancheros but I did expect a reasonable facsimile. Instead, I got a pile of canned refried beans -- horrible, no taste, no chorizo, nothing but somewhat runny refried beans -- topped with two poached eggs and melted cheese. Just a whole lot of refried beans. Should have come with flour tortillas. I specifically had to choose "flour or corn" and I chose flour. Didn't get any tortillas. Just a whole lot of refried beans which they are calling Huevos Rancheros. Shameful.I ordered the Mexican omelet for my husband. He didn't especially care for it. When he saw it, the first words out of his mouth were "Why is it white? It's never been white before." Well, it was white because I chose Jack Cheese.Here's what sucks about their on-line ordering system. In the store, each dish has a recipe. You're not asked to choose a cheese because the cheese is already determined. But, to order on-line, every dish requires that you choose a cheese! I don't know which cheese. Use the cheese in the menu description. So I'll try to find the description and then choose that cheese. Which is a helluva effort, especially first thing in the morning. I couldn't find the cheese that is used for the Mexican omelet so I chose Pepper Jack which was a mistake. It didn't go inside, it went on top and made the omelet white.So, flour tortillas are MIA. I didn't get Huevos Rancheros; I got refried beans with melted cheese and poached eggs. Hubby didn't love his omelet because we eat with our eyes first and he'd never seen a white Mexican omelet before.At least, for the first time I think, they noticed "no utensils."Not the first time an item (in the past, banana nut muffin) was missing from the DoorDash order. But it is the first time EVER that we ate a little breakfast each and then threw the rest of it in the garbage disposal. Normally, we each eat half of our breakfast and then have the other half either that night for dinner or the next day for breakfast. Not today, it was pure garbage -- and that's where we put it. In the garbage disposal. $65 down the drain. Literally.

Egg Works is Egg Works. If you've been to one you've been to all. They offer great breakfast options and their coffee is excellent. My family has been going for years and they enjoy all the food options. Whether it be an omelette or a sandwhich everything here tastes great. Service is excellent and they have a large space for families.
