Been here a few times and sad to know they are closing down this coming spring. So before they do, go check out them out! Staff is always great. Food was great although I will say the chicken was a bit too charred for my liking. I'm not too into charred food generally. Lots of seating and it doesn't ever seem to get too busy around this area so never had an issue with parking.

Lunch? Lunch! For our "Monthly meet up'Daniel, Jesus, and Javier(?) and a nice female attendant provided service today. Most of these faces I have seen several times over the years. A vibrant young lady greeted me with a beautiful smile. The ambiance is always perfect. I was seated immediately and started to google over the menu options. I have never dinned at lunch only brunch if dinner so this variety was new but still enticing. Everyone worked as team. Yes we had a server but everyone took care of the table. Excellent service. Yummy cheese and pesto starter @ OMG, the turkey burger with chutney was delicious. Thank you.

I wanted to do an update before the restaurants closing in April. We arrived for the Saturday brunch at opening time of 10 AM and were seated immediately. During our stay the restaurant was not crowded. Our server Bryan V was friendly and helpful in discussing the menu. My wife ordered the pastry basket which she had on a previous visit and loves the variety and excellent taste. The pastry basket is large enough for 2 people containing 5 different sweets. There was plenty left for take home. I ordered the Chicken and Waffle. The order consists of 2 large chicken breasts fried with jerk seasonings and one full size waffle. Food delivery was a short wait. The chicken was juicy on the inside with a crunchy outside. The seasoning was flavorful and not too spicy. One chicken breast was enough for me so the other was a take home. We hope to make one more visit before the closing in April too experience some of their choices for dinner.

We stopped by unannounced/no RSVP after an intense Sunday morning pickleball session...we were pleasantly surprised how loud it was...let me explain..When we arrived, some patrons in the restaurant were straight up in their Pajamas. There was a DJ pumping out some high energy EDM Music. There definitely was a party brunch vibe going on. The flashy showcased bar was crowded and there were even families enjoying brunch. They just sat away from the DJ where there was less noise. Our server was fantastic. He gave some great menu recommendations and was extremely friendly and checked on us frequentlyChilaquiles - good times..if you enjoy them..give DW's a try..bloody mary - a lot of ice, not enough drink...that's just my greedy opinion...chicken flautas - Hands down, the best chicken flautas I've had...great stuffcarrot cake - shared by all, enjoyed by all...DW Bistro makes for a solid Sunday brunch option especially if you're looking to pair your dishes with a high energy DJ. Cheers!

I remember the old days at the first location where they brought a vibrant, new style of restaurant to the SW. Haven't been to this "newer" location. The food was healthy and good while being a nice step away from all the usual food in the area. Sad to see it closing

My friend & I came here for my late birthday girls day celebration! It was our first time here & we went for brunch on Sunday around 12:30 pm. Man, what an experience it was! They had a DJ playing music so it was really loud in there but it was such a vibe! (props to the DJ for the good music!!)We both ordered the DW margarita, & shared the chicken curry, chicken flautas, & DW jerk pork hash. OMG everything was DELICIOUS!! The jerk flavor was so prominent in the pork hash & it had a nice little spice kick. The curry flavor was earthy & robust, & it had lots of veggies as well. We also really enjoyed the margarita, as it wasn't too sweet & it definitely wasn't lacking in tequila! We finished off with a chocolate cake & it was soooo rich & scrumptious.I can see why this place has such good reviews! I will definitely be back for more!!

Excellent visit. First time here in about 8 years. It will definitely be now on our regular list. Food was excellent. I had the chicken and waffles. Side of "crispy" breakfast potatoes (server said they are soft, so asked for them to be crispy). My wife had the salmon bowl. Ordered medium. Great crispy sear on the outside, but it was well done (which was no big deal, still very tasty). My son had the chicken finger and fries. Good value, $9 and included a drink. Service was perfect. They had a DJ playing music. Fun experience. We will be back soon.

DW Bistro is located in the Gramercy in South/West Las Vegas. They offer some foods laced with Jamaican Flavors and also offer some foods with subdued nuances of New Mexican Cuisine and other surprises. They offer a brunch menu on the weekend and a during the week menu. Both menus have things on them like a salmon bowl, jerk fried chicken, vegetable or chicken curry, and New Mexican red Chile pork. They have mostly indoor seating and do also have a few outdoor tables. I tried the Jerk Chicken and waffles with the DW signature syrup. A nice touch was fresh orange zest on the chicken. This meal was also generous in size and for me was two meals. It wasn't perfect because all the crust fell off while eating it but it was good. The chicken was hot and moist. It was seasoned with a mild Jamaican jerk taste. The waffles and syrup was also good.I also took home for the next day a curry chicken. It also was generous in size and I got two meals out of it. I thought it was good ....no complaints here. My husband tried the New Mexican Red Chile Pork. It was good but also not perfect. The eggs came out unseasoned, and temperature-wise this came out cold with pork that stayed hard together instead of being tender and falling apart. My husband was pretty grouchy about this. They did offer to bring him a new one but he refused because my meal would be cold by the time it came out. Then they did offer to make two new meals but that offer was declines and he just ate his meal the way it was.The management was nice and surprised us with a complimentary key lime pie dessert. I thought it was delicious. It had a lot going on with it.In the end they took my husband's meal off the check too to try to please him. The other error that was made was that they accidentally charged us $5.00 for an iced tea I never received. (but after they took one meal off and surprised us with dessert I didn't feel the need to complain again). But in the end they really handed the situation as well as possible and I am a fan of that.Good but not perfect.

It's 2025 and what better way for the Bitches to kick off the new year with brunch at the fabulous DW Bistro!! After 15 years this amazing staple of the community will be closing its doors in April so we couldn't let that happen without adding them to our brunch repertoire! As always, the food here is amazing, not one thing that we would change about the food, service and atmosphere. If you get a chance to stop by before April, we highly recommend you do before the opportunity is gone. You will not regret it. We will miss this place and cannot wait to see what Chef Dalton and Bryce do next! The bitches give it 6 out of 5 stars! #dwbistro #vbb #vegasbitchesbrunch #januarybrunch
