Dutch Bros Coffee

Honestly love Dutch Bros just for it's friendly and kind people, the good coffee is a nice bonus. This place is no exception! Kind gentleman taking orders in the heat welcomed me back after many years away from any location and I'm glad it was this place. Got my drink, which was tasty, from the from another gentleman with a smile on his face and drove off with my day 10 times better. I only regret not getting (or remembering, oops I hope not) the name of the man taking orders on 8/5 at 11:00. I did sign up for the app like I promised!

This is by far the SLOWEST location I've ever been to. We waited in line for 20 minutes (with only 3 cars ahead of us in line ( and each vehicle only ordered 1-2 drinks!) This happened when I came to this location 2 weeks ago too. I waited for over 20 minutes then as well. No reason, no apology, etc. I thought the first time was just a fluke but apparently this is the norm. If you don't have a lot of time to sit and wait I'd recommend finding a different location or coffee spot. I love Dutch Bros. but this is ridiculous!

The first time i came they took nearly 40 minutes in the drive through line and then took someone's order that literally had just gotten there! the girl tried to justify it by saying she was doing the zipper method but nevertheless it would've been my turn and not the other car that had just arrived. this second time i was waiting for 20 minutes and the worker was talking nonstop to the car in front of me. not sure if it was another employees who came to visit or a family member but come on! at least walk up to the window to talk to the employees! don't take time up in the drive through. i get dutch is all about friendliness and starting conversations but again you should not be talking nonstop to a customer for over 20 minutes

The staff is so friendly and very patient if you don't know what you want. I got the cookie dough freeze and it was so good if you like sweet stuff. The drive thru was clean and the atmosphere seemed like a great environment.

This business is under construction and not anywhere near opening. Why list it? I just wasted 20 minutes driving here. Not only am I cranky because it's the morning but now I have to deal with this. Smh.
