Download the app!I was surprised to see after downloading the app, I had a birthday complimentary medium drink AND another complimentary drink loaded waiting for me.Everyone knows how busy DB can get but so far for me since I usually visit mid day, my wait is pretty minimal. The service of course every time is friendly.My beverage of choice is the Iced kicker. With the evolution of the togo iced drink cup, you can opt out of a straw... however, I resist and continue you use a straw. Eventually I will convert and appreciate the efforts to leave a smaller footprint!

Great In-N-Out service, just what I needed when I couldn't make my own at home. I refused to go to Starbucks and I don't live by a Peete's so the discovery of Dutch Brothers Coffee was a welcome treat. The girls taking the order in the drive-through are really sweet and gracious. They do a great job. Would definitely recommend this drive-through or walk up. They have enough choices to satisfy your morning caffeine, beverage craving. Go Dutch!

Great drinks at great prices compared to the other big coffee places. I always order ahead so I don't have to wait. Customer service is always amazing. I had mistakenly ordered mochas for my kids instead of hot cocoa and the broistas were accommodating and remade their drinks. Clean location and close to my house.

Staff is great, it's a clean area and I think a great addition to the neighborhood. My go to is sugar free golden eagle.

Full disclosure, I was trying to go to my other and closer Dutch Bro'son centennial and Simmonds, but there must have been 20 cars in line so I left and I drove down here to the new one on Ann.Got there, pulled in line, two cars ahead of me one probably at the window. And I waited, and waited, and waited....finally the line moved, the order taker reappeard and seems to.be having a looooong conversation with the now first car in line... Car finally moves to the window .I couldn't see what transpired, but I waited and waited and waited again. Finally the car in front of me ordered and the young kid finally took my order.... eventually my turn at the window and I got my drink and left.Pro's ..... Good beverages, good prices, this outlet has some benches under a cover for folks that one of drink in...great layout facility wise, seemed like it take care of a lot of cars.CONS....you can only turn right on Ann when leaving, may be inconvenient for some...And THE WAIT.....ok, it's newish, but it has been open for awhile.... Was there a staff turnover or training issue(s). I'd hate to see this outlet during a morning rush if the service is always slow... Quick way to turn people back to Starbucks....

The wait time is atrocious, it took 30 mins to get my drink with only 4 cars ahead of me. I understand the location is new but wow is it slow. Drinks are still good, employees are friendly as ever. But the tipping culture is getting a little out of hand, especially without acknowledging the long wait time. The other locations are significantly faster, hopefully this one can catch up.

I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt that because this location is new, maybe they are still working out the kinks. I was pretty disappointed that I waited for 45 mins to even give my order. I would've left sooner had I not been trapped in between other cars. The young lady who took my order was pleasant, although never acknowledged the extremely long wait. Nonetheless, I ordered 2 medium drinks and was really disappointed when I was given watery, melted drinks, which were supposed to be blended. It was my first time at this location and I had been really excited that this location was finally opened, but unfortunately, they didn't deliver like Dutch Bros usually does. I'll stick to my other location and hope that this one gets things on track.

You guys seriously need more people working here atleast on a sticker day, you have people that clearly don't know how the two lines work and so people in line are getting pissed and I've seen two cars two different times while in line lose it on someone today. Idk what happened but so many locations have less staff and longer waits and now disorganization - maybe try not expanding so much as you experience and process is dropping

Every time I go to this location the crew is full of smiles and energy! My favorite spot to stop and get a coffee.

Nice girl at the window had great customer service. Got the strawberry Horchata chai it was fantastic will be coming back
