We love Dutch Bros. Lilly is always so friendly & always makes our drinks to perfection!!

The first time I ever had Ductch Bros Coffee was in Mesquite, NV last year in May 2023. I had never had their coffee and tried their Large Ice Cocomo and well let me tell you I have been a huge fan since then. They have an app, that is easy to use, fun and it's it allows me to pay quickly and include a tip if I want to add one. I have experience great customer service and a friendly staff at each of these locations. Rain or shine, cold weather and all when the line is long the staff comes out and takes my order while I sit in the car. Some of them then even remember your order. Guilty I do come here often. It's a great location, since I can get my coffee, get some gasoline and even wash my car if I want to at the gas station next to them. I appreciate the staff when they always ask if your automated tip ok.

Haven't been to this location in awhile, but I had a mochi donut craving and this DB was just down the street. I had to get the Golden Gate rebel in honor of the Super Bowl. Going to DB with my 4 legged bestie is a Saturday ritual. The drive thru line was long, but a Broista came out to take orders and it ended up being fast! Great service and drinks. And my buddy always LOVES his Dutch Pup Cup!!

Oh so I have a good karma story for all of you. Half asleep this morning got in line at Dutch where if you've been there you know that a lot of them have two lanes that kind of funnel down to one. When it came time to figure out where I fit in the groove, I honestly wasn't paying attention so I wasn't sure. The lady rolled down her window and asked who was next and I said you know what I'm not sure but you go ahead and if they have my drink, just tell him to hold it up, I got in line and the next thing I know somebody came walking out with my blended drink. This Dutch has an exit lane so I could drive by the four cars that were ahead of me and on my way to start my weekend. Good karma is a beautiful thing as far as the Dutch goes. The girl who took my order and the one who brought my drink out we're both very friendly and the inside looked very clean. Always a great coffee or whatever you like to drink from here. Bring on the weekend.

Super friendly staff at this location (although I've never had bad service at any Dutch Bros to be fair). I love this team because even when it's busy they still take the time to give you their recommendations.My only reason for not giving 5 stars and not being a regular here is that, even when I order sugar free iced coffees, I still find their drinks really sweet most of the time which isn't for me.

We did drive thru and the poor girl was taking orders outside under the intense heat. We asked a ton of questions and she was so nice about everything. The menu was confusing because the pictures don't show the drinks the name of the drink is next to. And the prices were unclear. I don't drink coffee so I got their version of a shake. My friends all got some type of coffee drink and they really like it and would go back for it. The shake was terrible. The artificial syrup taste was overwhelming. I tossed it after 2 sips. I didn't see where we could've parked, the gas station had spots but we weren't sure if we could park there.

Second time coming here while on vacation on Vegas, and it definitely changed my opinion. First time i went it was way too sweet, we tried 3 different drinks and it was way better than the first time. See why it gets the hype it does. Lines are always long but its coffee what can you expect!

Has a fun vibe. The barista was friendly & happy to help me choose. They have quite the array of coffee menu options from hot to iced to frozen. Delicious!

The customer service is pretty bad here and it should be worked on. We had ordered a vanilla latte, but when we got the coffee, there was absolutely no vanilla flavor, it was plain. When we had confronted the employee about it, it's almost as if he got offended that we told him he had messed up our order. All we wanted was for the flavor to be added on, not get told that we were wrong or "don't have the taste buds" to taste it. I've been to many coffee shops, and this has been by far the worst response we had ever gotten from an employee. Dutch bros, do better at training your employees to have better attitudes towards your customers.

I stopped by Dutch Bros and was a bit overwhelmed by all the options, but this girl with red in her hair made the experience so easy! She was super friendly and patient as I tried to figure out what to order. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive--she recommended some great drink ideas I wouldn't have thought of on my own. It was clear she wanted to make sure I got something I'd love. Thanks for the awesome service!
