Sad experience. New to Dunkin and was confused about menu. I was treated like a non paying customer. Very ugly attitude at register with girl wearing pajamas to work.

Brand new and just opened Dunkin' Donuts! I came by on Sunday morning and the staff had nothing to do because it was so quiet. My drink was made perfectly. The donut was good. Not the large assortment in Las Vegas ever like we have in Florida.BE AWARE it is cheaper at the Dunkin on sahara which is not too far away. For example a refresher here is $4.99 while it's $3.69 on Sahara.... Big difference!!

To bad I must give a star. I realized that I never smell any donuts cooking here. After receiving dry donuts twice I asked them why. They don't bake donuts at the store. Donuts are delivered at 3am. This means you will never get a fresh donut at Dunkin. This is very disturbing considering that I am a donut fan. Unless you just want coffee avoid this place

This locations customer service is horrible. The don't greet you when you walk in and after you pay and say "thank you" the just stand there. You basically have pull it out of them to speak to their customers even while selecting your donuts. Why have a drive thru if you can't select your donuts in the drive thru!?! Not a fan of this location and it's too bad because they are very close to me. Sahara location gets it, take notes Valley View/ Charleston.

not sure how long this location will last. third time here, it's by my nail salon. let me preface by saying I'm a Starbucks girly because of the infinite options for coffees and espresso drinks. i ended up here simply because it's in the shopping center I was in. the employees are basically all teens/young adults. they don't greet you, they just stare at you. they don't seem to listen to what you're saying because they repeat back questions to you that you've already answered. the donuts (it's currently Sunday afternoon 2:30pm) are stale.. my husband and I both got different ones, including the donut holes, and swear they had to be made yesterday. like not moist, flaky, nothing. the frosting is hardened, if that makes sense. apparently cold foam at Dunkin comes out of a canister like whipped cream..? make that make sense. it doesn't seem like anyone's actually *making* any coffee, they're just pouring premade things out of bottles and jugs.idk man the whole vibe of this location is like a pit stop on a road trip in the middle of nowhere that you run into bc you're starving and need to pee. no other way i can think to put it. I'll stick to my starbies and can't wait to see who buys out this store next.

I place my order through the drive thru. I'm not familiar much with their menu, but I have visited other locations where they have been very helpful with me to place my order. I order from the Sahara and Jones location and they were extremely helpful the girl eden told me "please try your coffee before you drive off to make sure you like it, I would hate for you to drive off with a nasty coffee". At the Charleston location, I asked what they had that was low calorie or zero sugar, and the girl on the drive thru was rude and said they didn't have that, but I know they do since I had ordered something from a different location then I started mentioning the coffee flavors and she was was like "Oh yeah we have those".I placed the order and asked what creamer was available that was low calorie or fat free milk she went again and said the same thing that she didn't have that, so I asked if they offer almond milk she said "Oh yeah" I went to pay like at my receipt after I paid, and the didn't tell me the almond milk was $1 extra, I get my coffee and it tasted horrible I mentioned to her and asked if there was a way she could add more milk she said "Oh, no you get what you get I can't put anything more" I said this coffee taste horrible she shrugged her shoulder as in I don't know, and said "there's nothing I can do"I left a bad review from my recipt link, I was contacted by the district manager or corporate telling me I should be hearing back from the store manager which I did a few days later, she emailed me saying how sorry she was blah blah blah and offer to mail a gift card or something for the inconvenience and it's been 2 whole months and she never sent anything. Not only was the customer service terrible the manager pretend to care and at the end they still didn't care to fix the issue, so here we are.

First of all it's a weird location in a parking lot of an older office complex. You can only access it if traveling east on Charleston past valley view. Very awkward. The donut holes were old and stale. The donuts must be brought in because there is no bakery here on site. They are also more expensive at this location compared to others in town. Unfortunately it's a one and done for me. I will go to the one on w. Sahara.

I would leave zero if I could. and I hardly leave reviews, but these employees to include the manager Rosita were unprofessional and ruined my experience that I will never return and I will take my money elsewhere . I went through the drive-through as I usually do , and have been since this location opened. I have been buying Dunkin' Donuts for a couple years now at different locations in Las Vegas and never been advised of a policy where in the drive-through they have to pick my donuts and give me a mix box - I asked if I can pick my own because I have always picked the ones I've wanted , she said no because they might not have the ones I want, I never had this issue. They told me that I had to come inside if I wanted to select my donuts , after I asked if she needed me to come inside ? Then there was complete silence!!!! I then told her I will come inside ,, once I was inside I asked for my dozen donuts, I was not greeted or was explained anything they tried to make me pay before I even ordered the donuts !!!! After I even called the owner who basically told me I was upset of their policy,, A policy that I've never heard of before I told her There's no signage that if you go to the drive-through, they had to pick my donuts for me . If I wanted to do that, I would grab them at Smith's! She then went on to tell me that they have this policy in place because it takes too long to pick donuts. I have been in rush-hour mornings at Dunkin' Donuts and I've never been told that and tonight it was only right before 6 PM I was the only vehicle at this drive-through.I will never come to this store again ,completely unprofessional, and the only reason I was going was because of my sick son who wanted donuts and therefore I was trying to go through the drive-through.
