Our walking group wanted to try their $6 breakfast deal but the place has less than 10 chairs. Very small eating area. Well some of us ended up trying it. In the $6 meal deal you can choose hot or cold coffee and any bread to a bacon egg and cheese sandwich plus 6 pieces of tater tots. I chose sourdough bread and hot coffee and the small potatoes. The potatoes tasted like the oil was used for something else. The bacon was brittle sadly. The coffee which I was looking forward to was not as strong as I had expected. They also have the self order which didn't feature the $6 special. We ordered from a person while some of us did use the machine. Service was kinda lackluster because our sandwich was ready and was just left on top of the counter until we approached and asked. Sadly we tried to like it.

This place sucks. My first indication was the Staff Wanted sign. I should have known.When I entered, I noticed that they have embraced the trend of "no people to take orders" strategy via a kiosk. Fine, but 1) that thing is so much slower than anyone here would be and 2) it better work.When I approached the unoccupied kiosk, there was a lady who was standing next to another customer at a different kiosk and said she had donuts that were not yet updated into the system (why? How? Did you not know people might come to purchase donuts, this morning?), but I didn't heed her warning because I half-thought that the other customer was somewhat ignorant of technology. So I spent the longest three minutes of my life trying to put in an order for a half dozen donuts, only to find when placing the order that an error has occurred. Were some donuts missing from what was displayed? Yes, but 1) don't let me buy it then and 2) do not give me an error with zero recourse. So after the error, I look around, and I think, "Is anyone going to help me buy your donuts? I don't feel like I should have to work this hard for something you sell."So we left and went and got some donuts across the street at 7-Eleven. They were very tasty and the best part is that we could purchase them!This place is understaffed, sure, but I don't understand how systems can be so bad at getting a customer something that is in the literal title of your company. The complication of a kiosk is a bad call for the location and especially bad for the company. Consider yourself boycotted.

Self serve computers don't work. Workers seem annoyed they have to help you. Don't have hardly any variety of donuts. Out of everything. Coffee took 15 minutes to make.

The only donut place close to my house. So not a lot of choices Here on Blue Diamond. One night I had friends with kids coming over so I decided to give it a try. When there to get donuts. Honestly didn't expect any customer service after all of those bad reviews but service was fair. Donuts were amazing. I loved their holiday look and spirit. They looked so cool. Even if you want to give it as a gift it would make a nice gift. My kids love them and literally had 3 donuts one after another. And they were super fresh even tho it was late in the day.Definitely will come back for the last minute order if I have some kids com

I almost always have a good experience when i walk into this location and order. I got delivery today and .... this makes me think they purposely underfill these cups because they know you can't do anything about it when it's delivered. Terrible business practice and it has me thinking twice about going back even to walk in.

This Dunkin Donuts is really nice and clean inside. They have a great selection of coffee and donuts to choose from and the service is outstanding. The coffee is always fresh and hot just the way we like it . I have had several different people wait on me , Isabel , David and Donna. They greet you with a smile and say good morning , they say thank you they quickly get orders out , they work hard for sure. I hope the owners appreciates the great help he has here since it so hard to find great help anymore.

I love Dunkin' coffee, and I had no idea this location was coming! It's finally open, and it's tucked away and hidden in a pretty strange area. I guess there are a lot of residents in the Mountain's Edge area now, so I hope to spread the word so this location will stay in business. It's a brand spanking new Dunkin', so it's really clean and pretty inside. Minus a star because there are only two tables inside and none outside, making this more of a drive-thru and go type of place, not one where you can sit and hang and enjoy some coffee and donuts. I visited after lunch, around 1 pm. I placed an order on the mobile app and did a walk-in instead of the drive-thru so I could check out the new interior. The donut case was about 2/3 full, with many varieties already sold out for the day. The donuts were visually appealing and looked so tasty, so I couldn't resist. I ordered a medium decaf cappuccino with sugar free coconut flavoring, a vanilla creme donut, and a Boston cream donut for my hubby. My order was ready quickly, and the employee put it on the pickup shelf. I was sitting inside waiting, but she didn't call my name or anything. Good thing I was alert!My coffee was just okay. It was served nice and hot (like I like it), but it tasted like they forgot the coconut flavoring (this tends to happen a LOT at Dunkin'). My espresso roast had a slightly burned taste to it, which wasn't pleasant (also something that tends to happen at Dunkin' sometimes). I was also irritated because my medium cup wasn't full. Again, this is another quirk at some Dunkin' locations, but it irks me because when I am overpaying $5 for an espresso beverage, it better fill the cup! The donuts were fine. We enjoyed them a few hours later. They were fresh, but each was lacking enough cream inside. They were barely filled, which is always a bummer. I understand this is a brand new location so it will go through some growing pains. I'll give it another try in a few weeks, but I hope they can make their coffee and donuts a little better - it has to be worth the carbs and calories!

Terrible service again today. They could not get my order right at the drive-through and then at the window. This location needs better leadership that is not rude. And a better train staff. This franchise owner needs to go in and take some time to evaluate his staff. Sunday morning 9 o'clock store is out of donuts munchkins. Please help this location.
