D's Smoke Shop

I'm not sure what the issue is with all the negative reviews - only thing I can think of is these people can't read, are completely unreasonable and/or are too entitled they're delusional. Been coming here sever times weekly for the last 6 months, if not longer. These guys are super friendly & nice. I walk in and they have my items on the counter ready for me. That they want to chat me up & make sure I'm ok following a recent back surgery is more than I get from my boss!Refund policy signs are clearly posted all around the front counter. People aren't reading them OR they are & the information isn't registering. It's pretty clear: test your items before you walk out of the store bc once you leave, you're done. My only complaint?They don't keep consistent hours and their hours aren't posted. They told me their hours - here it 9:10am on a Saturday & they're not open when they're supposed to open at 9am! Been sitting here for 20 minutes and no one is here. I'll come back. Prices here are a lot less than 7-11 or the gas station. I like these guys.Parking is a hot mess. Whoever designed and allowed a tire shop here should be fired though. 2 handicap spaces and 3 spots to serve 5 businesses? More proof planners in this town are incompetent.

This is a review of the location on Sarina and Spencer since they don't have a listing in here for it. Nobody here knows what's going on, I came in to ask questions about products they have and the man working was completely clueless. Unless you know exactly what you want I would go somewhere else.

This place is very pricy. SUPER EXPENSIVE. I would go elsewhere for my smoke item needs.

I stopped in today when I was nearby. I don't know a thing about pricing or products or comparisons as far as a smoke shop is concerned. I DO know about customer service and the gentleman who helped me today was amazing. I'm pretty sure he didn't know i noticed, but he made a point to help me in the order the customers entered the store, despite another customer pressing with questions. It was very subtle but kind. I got exactly what I wanted a pink battery. Thank you so much for your kind service.

They always have what I need! All the staff has been extremely nice and respectful! They actually have si much stuff here its hard to to want to but it all sometimes. Lol! But from defense weapons to rolling trays to incense to the friendly staff.. I recommend this be your go to smoke shop!

Why the hate? ~My car battery died and a buddy immediately drove gave me a jump. Saved me lots of time and scratch. He's a smoker, so I went to DSS to buy him a torch lighter and camouflage carrying case in gratitude. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely pleasant and must have spent over 10 minutes helping me find the perfect lighter and case. Thank you D's Smoke Shop. BTW, for what appears to be a small shop, DSS is much bigger inside and have a massive inventory on all things smoke related.

Do not buy it's an absolute rip off. There price for vap products are insane. The products are old and not good do not buy. The people are assholes and don't care. Do not buy here I went to Eastern AA HOOKAH PIPS AND VAPES AND SPENT 10$ ON A 100 MILL BOTTLE OF JUICE ds smoke shop is a rip off.

Wow! This guys is some piece of work dude.I am used to paying a little more than expected in Summerlin and Henderson but this guy is selling pipes and bongs for 300 % markup. Pipes I see for 5 bucks are 30 dollars here. Do not buy from this store and let someone else take over whose ready to serve the community and stop looking so shady inside the place and actually modernize it. AVOID AT ALL COST

Way overpriced! $94 for a carton of cigarettes is insane and the guy who works there isn't even very friendly. While I was in there some guys were buying a glass piece and when they asked if it had been checked for cracks the man behind the counter said no and that it was their responsibility to do so before they leave the shop because once they leave it's their fault. Horrible and do not recommend!
