Customer service here is total garbage. They try to give you vapes that are obviously not real, they have no flavor straight out of the box. No vapes should start out with no flavor... the guy that was working then tried arguing with me after I complained. I let him know that I always get this flavor and that it didnt have any taste. He said that there is nothing to compare it to.. he said that you cant compare "mad blue" to any flavor like you can with strawberry. Couldnt give me a refund "maximum" he could do was give me another one that again had no flavor. Straight trash, never coming here again.

The two brothers who own this shop are very nice, they always remember to ask about how I have been doing and they are very professional. They have a great variety of smoking products, huge amount of Juul products and quite a nice selection of Kratom. I would highly recommend D's Smoke Shop to anyone in the area!

Great customer service, worked with me when I was struggling. Always friendly and willing to do good business. Their kratom selection is the best in Las Vegas.

I think a lot of people get a little nervous when they go into a smoke shop, or at least I do haha but the moment I walked into this one Nandir (I'm so sorry if I spelled that incorrectly) made every effort to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. I look forward to seeing him when I need to get more vape juice!! The prices are incredibly fair as well and they have tons of different vapes/vape juices to choose from. Thank you, my friend!! Be careful entering into this smoke shop. These guys are charging people whatever they want to charge them. Every time I go in the store I'm charged a different price for the same item but this time they've taken it way too far I Purchase Rochon classic king size 20 pack the smoke shop charged me $17.99 went in actuality this package cost $9.99 on Amazon when I called him to inquire he had the audacity to sit there and argue and go back-and-forth with me over the phone claiming it to never have been him, but it was his brother that did it. I don't really think that makes a difference whether it was him your brother I'm a customer calling telling you what happened to me and your store and you wanna put it off on your brother you need to take accountability especially for a customer that comes to your store 3 to 4 times a week. This is not the first time that I've noticed the price changing here I'm gonna report this to the better credit bureau report or whoever it is because there's something really fishy going on in the store he's consistently going up on his prices trying to be competitive with Rafmens next-door but let me tell you something. The store next-door to him they are completely honest they're they are super nice and they've been nice from day one and they never change and they never change their prices. If that something that he doesn't have in his store next-door all you have to do is tell Rothman and he'll make sure to get it ordered for Ever step foot up in the smoke shop again. As a matter fact, I want to get some people together and stand outside and pick at his store for doing his neighborhood the way that he does them. He is robbing us robbing us robbing us, robbing us, and is very, very unprofessional. I'm calling for the smoke shop to be shut down. this is hwy robbery

This place is highly overpriced. I was traveling from CA and my Aspire tank broke. The service was helpful with my questions but it didn't buy the same Aspire tank that had broken. I ended up getting a different brand. When I got back home to my regular vape shop here in Cali, the same tank I purchased was half the price at my normal shop....I got ripped off....
