Dragon Tiger Noodle

Dragon Tiger Noodle in Southern Highlands is a great spot for a meal. The ambiance is nice, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. My favorite is the chicken broth with mushrooms as my protein, and I always go easy on the spicy sauce. It's a perfect combination for a comforting and flavorful meal!

We had carry-out and it exceeded any expectations I had. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, the extra care they put into packaging is very appreciated. The napkins and utensils are high quality, the food packaging is sturdy, and it's placed in a heavyweight reusable bag. Little touches like this leave a big impression on me, I definitely recommend them almost for this reason alone!

Noodle lover for life!I had seen this brand on socials for a few weeks prior to my trip out in the area and I was intrigued by the ability to create/customize my own bowl from start to finish--and of course who wouldn't be excited for broth on tap?!Some friends were staying nearby so we swung by mid afternoon and it was not busy at all. The location has ample seating and I love all the details! We were greeted and asked if it was our first time as we looked on at all the choices! Staff were friendly and patient with us as we tried to make our decisions.The bowls come in 2 sizes, regular and sumo. You pick your choice of noodle or can get steamed rice. I like they also offer shirataki noodles as a gluten free low carb option...that's what I went with because I already knew the remainder of my trip was going to be full of misc foods. After selecting your noodle, once they cook them you can select your broth. I went with the tonkotsu pork broth and braised pork belly for my protein. Someone in my group got the Hokkaido beef broth and it was giving pho/boat noodle broth vibes for me. They have different cuts of beef including wagyu and ribeye...mushroom, tofu, chicken...again love the variety to please as many people as possible.There are a variety of cold toppings that can be included depending how you like to dress your noods and there are extras that can be added on like black garlic oil and a whole ramen egg.This is one of those places where I would highly recommend dining in since they have the induction table tops...the bowls are made to work with the tops so you can warm up your broth even more to be able to cook the raw/rare beef...or if you become too chatty then you can warm it up some more.I enjoyed the chopsticks had an attached chopstick rest on them...super cute detail to make my dine in experience...although I failed in cracking it off effectively...that was purely user error. If I'm in the area again would definitely try the other options and I wouldn't mind if they expand to Chicago LOL.Overall pretty tasty and hit the spot for a quick service situation. This is meant to be more of a neighborhood spot so definitely could see this being in the rotation for some variety.

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately fell short in many ways for me. First, customer service... I chose to come in because of the name and was so excited because,, well noodles on a chilly night ! As I asked questions on the menu items and how the concept was, the staff just could not really answer any of them. For example, I wasn't sure what photo menu item was on display so I asked what was advertised. The staff were unsure and were guessing on what it was. I asked the employee what was in one of protein because of the name and he turned around a pulled a little bag of chicken that was marinated and just told me " this is it". No flavor profiles, is it spicy or mild ? Nothing! I ended up just trying something basic. Beef broth and ribeye and a few condiments to add. We asked for drinks because they were not offered and were given cups but were not even told where to get the beverages. After paying we found our way toward the back of the venue and sat by one of the last tables. We found the soda machine is located all the way in the back of the venue in an area that seemed to be an employee dining room. As I tried my broth, I noticed it was cold. So naturally I asked if it could be heated. The employee said I was supposed to heat it myself on the table but then couldn't figure out how to turn on the burner. Luckily of the other employees that seemed to be on her break dining came up and showed him how to turn it on. Flavors were weak, noodles were hard and condiments did nothing. It was just a disappointment all the way around. My husband asked if I wanted to try something else but by that time, I was just ready to go. I dont get why the noodles are made fresh but the broth comes out of a draft unit.... Could have just been an off night for them but that experience will not get me to go back there. With a city full of restaurants and fresh made food, it could spend my money where it worth more value.

Always our go to for Ramen. Hats off to Chef Jet and his crew for always making us feel like family.

Pho on tap?! Sign me up. I feel like all of Jets dragon tiger noodles are highly underrated. I get a make my own bowl with pork broth udon and two of the marinated eggs which are delicious. I always get some dumplings which are hot and flavorful. This place really puts quality first and I appreciate that. One of my favorite stops!

How fun to hand pick your noodles, broth, and favorite ramen items!! I was so excited to go to Dragon Tiger noodle Company because I saw it on Instagram and have been whining to try it! First place we went to when we pulled into Vegas was here. I was starving and it was exactly what I wanted! Fun atmosphere bright red lights everywhere and the people who work there are so nice. Cool thing is the tables even have little burners so you can warm up your soup if you want it warmer. I love thick pieces of pork belly and they did not disappoint!!

The location was clean and real nice!Simon was very patient and helped me with my families order!Food was amazing!

Always good when me and my brother come here. The desert hit the spot and always good customer service!
