We ordered by grubhub. Food came super fast,fresh and hot. Food was delicious. I have chicken chimichanga and my wife had a carne asada torta. Both were delicious. Our new go to Mexican spot for sure. A must try spot.

I recently stopped by Don Tor Taco, which is conveniently located near my home, and I have to say, my experience has been pretty average. I'd give it a solid 2 out of 5 stars. The food is okay, but it hasn't wowed me yet.I usually opt for the drive-thru, which has become a Tuesday tradition for their tacos or a carne asada burrito. The tacos are decent, and while the carne asada burrito packs a flavorful punch, it's not quite enough to elevate my overall impression of the place. The flavors are good, but I've had better Mexican food elsewhere.One of the main drawbacks, though, has been the customer service. I've found the staff to be less than friendly on most visits. It's not just a matter of a warm welcome; I often feel like I'm just another order in line. To make matters worse, about 2 out of 3 times, my order comes out wrong. It can be frustrating to get home and realize that what I thought I ordered isn't what I received.Overall, Don Tor Taco is a convenient spot for a quick bite, especially on Taco Tuesdays, but the combination of decent food and subpar service keeps it firmly in the "just okay" category for me. If you're in the area and looking for a quick fix, it might satisfy your cravings, but don't expect much in terms of customer experience.

Review #18 of 2024Dropped in with an old friend around 2pm on Wednesday June 5th.Good value and generous portions. The only downside was the foam plate it was presented on for dining in. I dislike melted foam on my hot food. I'd rather have it on a paper plate. The service was satisfactory and the food was brought to our table promptly.My friend ordered beef tacos. After sitting for a few minutes, the lady who took our order came over and told him there's no beef. So where's the beef?The presence of homeless individuals who appeared to be drug addicts outside the restaurant is concerning as they charge their phones inside the restaurant and use the restrooms for unknown activities. I wouldn't want to get a surprise while having to use it when nature calls. My take, decent enough for a quick bite, but get it to go, avoid dine in.

I'm being a little generous with the 2 stars here unfortunately. Let's see, so not sure what was happening w the cashier, he was nice but definitely not focused. Hoping he's just new and will get the hang of it soon. The place was clean kinda like a fast food type of place. Food wasn't very good quality for the price I paid. Ordered a fish taco, breakfast burrito w carne asada and a shrimp burrito w a side of rice and beans. 1 fish taco for $4.65 !! Way over priced. The burritos were reasonably priced but the tiny side of rice and beans were $3.25 ! Cost on those 2 items is probably right around .40 max. Way too much. Some of the shrimp dishes way too expensive at around $19. Will I return ? No. I can get better quality at a Mexican restaurant for right around the same price as this fast food type of spot. Oh and the cucumbers were spoiled. Please throw the old ones out, someone is going to get sick off of them.

If you care about your safety don't go to this establishment. On 11/1/2024 at 3pm I went throw the drive thru. I was attacked by a guy throwing bricks at my car and trying to get in. I was stuck as a car came behind me and a car in front of me. I called 911 as I finally got to the window and told the male employee to call 911 as well he told me it wasn't his problem. Shaken with the person still at the drive thru I got out my car went inside and explained what happened to ask the employee to call 911 he pointed at me and repeated it's not my problem. I then state I think it is as I'm a customer at your establishment and you bear some responsibility for your customers safety. Even though I called 911 no officer ever showed up in the 45 mins I waited while the person throwing bricks was still on property in front. Don't go here they don't care about you and homeless drugged out people are all around this place and in the back.

Went here the other day! We had the loaded fries with Carnitas and some enchiladas, and they are both amazing! So much better than what you would think a fast food restaurant would do! Service was awesome, and the place was pretty clean! I will definitely go here again!

Terrible customer service I work in a clinic and I went put a big order for all my coworkers I love the food, but I had to tell the guy to do everything, from start, I told him please make sure that every order have salsa, carrots , cucumbers but nothing was there the guy was really unhappy somebody have to tell him something without costumers he don't have a job .I ask him for a manager or where I can find a phone number for me to call and to talk to somebody and he told me that they don't have a phone number or manager.

This place is horrible. I've gone twice past 11pm and no one is ever there to answer the drive thru. Both times I've waited a couple minutes screaming hello and NO ONE is there.
