Don Barbacoa LV

I had booked with Don Barbacoa for part of our Admin Appreciation week celebrations. I had a budget I needed to keep this under, they were willing to work with me to meet that budget. They were very fast to respond, had good customer service, and were also very punctual. Which is hard to come by these days for some reason. They had a very cute set up for the food and the homemade tortillas were delicious! We had plenty of food and even leftovers which we've been snacking on since. I will definitely be using them again for both professional and personal needs! I would recommend them!

I had the most wonderful experience working with Liz and her team at Don Barbacoa!! Liz had terrific customer service skills, communicating with me through the entire process which provided such peace of mind for me. She confirmed everything prior and everything was executed flawlessly! We ordered the live taco set up which was so well done! Despite the windy weekend, Liz knew we really wanted the live cooking and Liz and her team made it happen!! My guests RAVED about everything - the tacos were so tasty! My fav was the Al Pastor tacos!! The guac was fantastic! Some of my guests said it was the best guac they ever had. And don't get me started on the flavored waters/frescas! They were my fav and I want to try all their flavors. I would 100% work with them again. My guests are already asking me when the next party is and when they can eat the tacos again. If you want a beautiful set up, great customer service, and fantastic food - this is the business you want to work with!! Can't wait to work with Don Barbacoa again! Thank you to Liz and her team.

If I could give them more than 5stars I would! They're phenomenal! We had them cater for our gender reveal back in December and everything from the horchata to the salsa and nopales was amazing. They were professional cleans and had the entire set up for our party. Now the food. It was such a great variety to choose from. They give you the options to choose from different meats. We did the Al pastor, birria, and carne asada. All three were amazing! Our guests still tell me how amazing the food was. I highly recommend them!

amazing! from the ordering process to the last bite! truly appreciated them coming through for us for a special birthday celebration and could not express how much we loved the taste, presentation, and overall service of what they provide!!
