Oh! This dessert place inside the Paris Hotel has some interesting and delicious pastries! We got the flavor of the month cronut which was Elderflower Grapefruit Marmalade with Guava ganache and the Raspberry Pistachio Tarte. Both were spectacular and very tasty. The cronut had wonderful fruity flavors amongst the crunchy cronut that had plenty of flaky layers. The guava ganache wasn't too sweet and the marmalade had the right tartness. The pistachio tarte had just the right sweetness with smooth and nutty pistachio cream that complimented the fresh raspberries, raspberry jam which was layered on top of the well baked nutty crust. Just superb flavors. We chose wisely. Oh! The to go boxes are adorable as well. We will go back tomorrow to try the March flavor of the month Cronut. Really nice servers who served us well and were friendly too. That's an added bonus!

Recently, I dropped by this dessert shop in Caesar's Palace for mid-day snack. I'm a fan of cronuts and this place did not disappoint! This month's flavor was elderflower grapefruit marmalade with guava ganache. The cronut was so crispy on the outside and soft inside. I usually do not like the flavor of grapefruit but it worked. Yummy!

This is a high-class bakery. I didn't know what to expect, but when you see $11 croissants even in LV, I'm expecting high quality. It was.I chose the chocolate croissant because I'm somewhat of a lover of them. I like my croissants with quality chocolate and a good bite of chocolate. This croissant was crispy and airy inside. I think this is why it's $11. Not every croissant has the crispness and holes to allow you to bite into it and taste the chocolate. I think this is what made it good. Will I opt for it again? Maybe. But I'm curious if there's a better way to present an $11 croissant. I ate it at one of the available tables inside their area and the croissant was just bagged into a brown bag. Fun - for an $11 croissant? Give me a bit of glamour!

I had such high expectations for Dominique Ansels pastry shop!Unfortunately, it's all hype and no substance.Everything looks absolutely beautiful and tasty.Unfortunately, it's just pretty and not tasty! The service is stale, and the treats are overpriced and overhyped. We got their cronut of the month and a chocolate Covered strawberry.I was expecting the treats to be out of this world. They were meh at best. The cronut was overly sweet and oily AF.The chocolate covered strawberry was ok but not for almost 15 bucks. For that kind of money, it should have wowed more than my eyes.It just wasn't worth the trip here.Just pretty pastries to snap pics of and nothing more, in my opinion.Hard pass!

Cronut was good, I'm just not sure if the price makes sense. It's all resort fee baked into it. I like the shop printing guidance of freshness on the box

Dominique Ansel at Caesar's Palace is a total gem! Located just to the right of the main check-in lobby, it's perfect for grabbing an early bite (a huge plus that they open early!) It's a casual counter top bakery with very minimal seating. Service is fast and kind. I swung by for breakfast and got the *smoked salmon baguette* and the *blueberry cupcake*, and let me tell you--both were amazing! The *smoked salmon baguette* was delicious--super fresh, and perfectly balanced, and that slightly crisp baguette made it all come together. As for the *blueberry cupcake*, not only was it as beautiful as it was tasty, but the flavor was on point too! So light and flavorful. What blew me away was the creativity in all their pastries. Everything they had looks like it's mimicking other foods, which is fun and inventive. If you're in the area, stop by for a unique treat!

Michael is an absolute angel! We were wondering through Caesar's and found this delicious little hidden gem. We looked at everything, and ordered the following- mocha iced coffee, lemon Madeline's, and a chocolate chunk cookie. While we were enjoying our delicious food Michael came up to ask us what we thought of everything etc. and he ended up spoiling us completely. Michael brought us the January cronut, and the DKA- both were phenomenal. Michael also brought us some warm Madeleine's, and they were absolutely fantastic. Everything we tried was so decadent, but with a beautiful simplicity to it. This spot cannot be missed at Caesar's! Do yourself a favor, skip Brioche and head here for the best desserts ever

The food was put of this world we first got the cinnamon roll and then we got 1000 layer hotdog both were very tasty. It was soo good we even came back for lunch the next day and got the Egg Sandwich and the salmon with capers and red onion sandwich and even those were burst with flavor. The Staff was very informative and well mannered. If you have a question they'll answer it no problem! HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming to Dominique Ansel
