Dollar Tree

It's funny, it seems like we go to a discount store every weekend. They are promoting the new APP, but none of the employees don't know anything about it. Need to download it and check it out. The "Dollar Tree Plus" section is going to be coming, but they don't know when that is happening either. But we are looking forward to it! Hubby watches these Youtube videos on the best things to buy at these stores, almost on a weekly basis. We scored: the sunday newspaper, set of a dozen nail files (I go through this like crazy), some cleaners, for the drain, there are some squishy toy things that our son loves, so he got one for his friend, too.This particular location is not usually busy with an overabundance of customers, so that is nice. I mean, it's steady.

The old CVS has now been converted to a Dollar Tree! This is a decent location with a frozen food section in the back, however, some of the shelves seemed sparse and checkout took a long time because they only have one cashier.

It's nice. A lot of parking is available. A large variety of items. Sometimes, lines take a while to move at the register. Good location.

New location in Summerlin. It's very clean and well stocked. Very friendly customer service. I always come in for holiday cards, candles, kitty treats, candy and household supplies. It's not overly crowded and lines are not too long. Located West Sahara and Fort Apache in the NE corner next to Ashley Furniture. Plenty of parking and no loiters. Lots of Halloween, Thanksgiving and early Christmas decorations.

The store is really organized but my one star has to do with the worker Craig. He's a older black man with serious problems. His line took forever but how he treated everyone ahead of me is unacceptable. A pregnant lady who was infront of me asked for some balloons. The lady had two little kids with her. Craig asked her how many she wanted he was wearing a mask and has a low voice so it was hard to hear him and he repeats himself slowly "Hooooww maaaaannnyyyyy baaaaaalllllllooooonnns, are you slow" totally unacceptable. And the lady before that she changed her mind last min to an item she had and gave her attitude and didn't take it off her receipt until she had to say something and he gave her more attitude after that. The lady behind me moved her items over to make it easy for Craig to reach and he got so upset that he pushed everything all the way back of the conveyor belt. Either should fire him or just let him be in the back doing stock because customer service is not his thing.
