Distill - Inspirada

After a day of shopping, my aunts and I stopped in for some food. What I like about this place is that they separate the bar vs the restaurant, but both sides have plenty of tvs for whatever sports you want to watch. Christina was our waitress and she was awesome. She was nice, friendly, efficient. I ordered the blackened chicken club: the bread was a little burnt, so it did tear up the roof of my mouth, but the flavors of the blackened chicken saved it. It was spicy but it all worked together. I ordered the steak fries and they were also good. The prices were great, about $15 for my food.

The food is 5 star food in bar it's amazing.The service is always wonderful and friendly staff specially taylor I hope I said her name right :) she is the light skin beautiful lady with curly hair she is there 95 percent of the time. The ambiance is great and low key with touch of elegance. Really wish they had a window or patio by the fire place because they truly have the best of view of Las Vegas strip. Thank you for opening a great spot in our neighbourhood

I stopped by tonight, and as always, the drinks and food were on point! Tuesdays are my favorite nights here because I'm always greeted warmly by the amazing team, no matter who's taking care of us.This time, Bianca was our server, and she's fantastic at suggesting new things to try--her recommendation of the ahi poke stack was a winner! Huge shoutout to Bianca, Liliana, Lacey, and Rachel (the GM) for creating such a welcoming and fun atmosphere. You all rock, and I can't wait to come back!

Terrible. Asked for a well done burger and this is what my son got. So he's not eating dinner because someone couldn't cook the burger correctly. No way you thought this was well done.

New to the area and hubs and I were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. Cute atmosphere , drinks were good, and food was even better! We will definitely be coming back here.

Impressive community eatery! I was home sick and found this restaurant online.. the menu had a wonderful selection very appealing. I ordered online delivery and the order was fast, packed with care, presentation was impressive.. food was picture perfect. Everything we ordered tasted great! Quality burger!! Hit the spot! I can't wait to go eat here in person!

Family lives nearby so this is a go to spot for lunch or to watch a game. It has a local neighborhood vibe and always great service. For lunch I recommend the Chili Lime salad with salmon the dressing and toppings are delicious and the beer on draft is ice cold, always hits the spot no matter which is your favorite. They have a $2 16oz draft special during pro football games! We usually sit at the bar but the other night we had a party of 6 to watch a couple games and we were sat at the couch/lounge area with a perfect view of the big screens so that is definitely the way to go for a group. Shout out to our server Christina for holding the spot and awesome service! Great place to have a meeting, hang with friends, watch a game, gamble etc etc. stop in if you haven't done so already!

The Menu is great and the service and staff is even better. I love this place because they have a great menu to choose from and the prices are not bad. They have a gaming side and a family side. Great selection of beer.

The food here is amazing! My mom had been bragging to me about their salmon for some time. I finally came to try it & omg it's amazing. We do order it to be seasoned Cajun with extra sauce. I literally crave this salmon all the time & I normally don't like salmon from restaurants so that says a lot. The service is always amazing. Taylor specifically is always a great! So sweet, and amazing customer service.

I used to be a loyal customer here, but after today's experience, I will never return. The new manager, Phil, was dismissive and unprofessional, and the staff seemed more focused on their internal business than on serving customers. Even with only four people in the bar on a slow Sunday afternoon, they ignored customers, prioritizing money exchanges, shift transfers, and inventory over basic service. After waiting 25 minutes, the chef refused to come out and speak to me. When I called to address the issue, I was met with the same indifference. If customer service matters to you, I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. When spending our money, we do not need to be treated this way.
