Din Tai Fung at the Aria in Las Vegas is a must-visit for anyone craving exceptional Taiwanese cuisine. From the moment you walk in, the vibrant atmosphere sets the tone for an enjoyable dining experience. One of the highlights of our visit was the excellent service provided by our server, Diana. She was attentive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. It's important to note that this place is incredibly popular, so be sure to make a reservation ahead of time. If not, you'll likely be in for a wait, as the restaurant fills up quickly -- but trust me, it's worth it. The food comes out fast, so you won't have to wait long once you're seated, and you'll be treated to an array of delicious dishes that are perfect for sharing. The portions are generous, making it ideal with a group of friends. From the famous soup dumplings to the savory noodles and fresh vegetables, everything is bursting with flavor and prepared to perfection. The experience is as much about the food as it is about the shared joy of enjoying it with others.Overall, Din Tai Fung at Aria delivers on all fronts: fantastic food, quick service, and exceptional hospitality. Just make sure to plan ahead with a reservation, and bring plenty of friends to enjoy all the amazing dishes together!

So glad to have dumpling soup close by here in town. Their chocolate buns, mochi, sesame, red bean and taro XLB are my fave! Service is fast and you can enjoy your XLB steaming hot when they opened the baskets. Area is wide enough to enjoy meal with family coz it's not too loud though there's a lot of people close by.

We had dinner at Din Tai Fung inside Aria, and overall, it was a good experience. The food was super flavorful, and most of what we ordered was delicious. The Kurobuta Pork Xiao Long Bao was great, the cucumber salad was refreshing and full of flavor, and the noodles with spicy sauce had the perfect kick. That said, the Crab & Kurobuta Pork Xiao Long Bao was a big miss-- it was honestly terrible--it tasted like the crab was past its prime The service also wasn't great, which was disappointing. Overall, it's still a solid spot for dumplings if you're on the Strip, and a fun place to have dinner but having been to the Disneyland location, this one didn't quite measure up.

I heard rave reviews about this place from several people that had been to the locations overseas but honestly I was underwhelmed. Located inside of the Aria Hotel, it was a decent choice as a pre-conference option (CES).We ordered an assortment of dishes: shrimp/pork dumplings, chicken dumplings, bok choy, chicken fried rice, chicken spicy wontons, shrimp/pork wontons. Everything was so so. I've had better at a local take out. The service and ambience were top tier so that was a plus. There might be a difference between the Vegas location & overseas so for now, one visit was enough

A must-try when in Vegas! This was my first time dining at Din Tai Fung, and I had heard so many great things about this restaurant. To start, I had a lychee martini--it was super refreshing! I absolutely loved their xiao long bao (soup dumplings). The dough was perfectly thin, just how I like it, and the dumplings were bite-sized and delicious. We also ordered the short ribs, which the waiter recommended. They were a bit too sweet for my taste, and I wish they had been served warmer since they arrived cold. Other than that, everything we ordered was really good. For dessert, we had the sweet taro dumplings--not too sweet and a perfect way to end the meal.Overall, we really enjoyed our experience! The prices are on the higher side, but given the quality--and the fact that it's Vegas--it's to be expected. Definitely a must-try when you're here!

10 out of 10 would come here again. Xiao Long Bao, Spicy Wonton, Chicken Dumplings. Oh my! It was sooooooo good. I am dreaming of coming here again and I haven't even left the restaurant. I just got the chocolate and mochi Xiao Long Bao as the closer and it was excellent. Highly recommend. It is pricier for dim sum compared to other places I've been, but the taste, texture, and overall vibe were worth it. Great service and it was walking distance from our timeshare. Great fuel for us to continue the rest of our trip. Definitely coming again. Heck, I'm planning on coming here again tomorrow

Don't walk... RUN to this restaurant if you're in vegas. Literally one of the best spots on the strip. The dumplings are amazing, the fried rice tasty, the beef noodles soooo good, and the drinks are super yummy !!Great atmosphere for small or larger groups ... just MAKE SURE you make reservations online or in person if you're staying at the aria (this is important). You will NOT being disappointed.

For our Valentine's Day weekend we tried out Din Tai Fung! I made reservations a fair little bit in advance, but they do have the ability to get notifications for openings which is cool (I think they seem to always be busy but I'm sure the double holiday weekend amplified it)! We got there just a little before our reservation time (my husband, 1.5 yo son and myself), we were greeted quickly at the host stand, asked if we wanted a high chair and sent up top to wait on our table. We explicitly said yes for the high chair so it was odd when they walked us to a table with tall barstools and asked "oh wait do you need a high chair?" Sent back to wait a little longer, no biggie! Our waiter came over decently quick, explained the menu and marked some of their popular items. Different food runners brought the various things we ordered sporadically and the server himself rarely checked in, making it tricky to order more food and drinks. The restaurant is a nice and landing area, soft music and easy for people watching. Food alone 10/10, but lack of service and the price point (+$25 parking at the Aria) leaves me to knock off one star. Definitely would recommend and definitely will be visiting again in the future!

We had a great experience first time we were here. However, our second time experience was a little bit awful. The service was still great. I can understand the inflation so the price came up and less portion. But why the xiaolungbao were all cold? I think I will never come back if I am in Vegas.

Been dying to try DTF for awhile now. So, I was super excited to have stumbled upon it while trying to find a different place inside Aria. As soon as I saw it, I made a B-line for it. We got there like 10 min before they opened on Monday morning, but they started seating people like 5 min beforehand (yay!). We were seated immediately. It did fill up quickly, but there's a surprising amount of seating so there were still a decent amount of open tables even when we left a a little before noon. We sat on the left side, which is smaller but also quieter. I enjoyed it as it felt calmer. Service was great. Attentive and helpful. He provided updates on when food was coming, which I appreciated. Didn't have to wait too long for food to come out. - Pork XLB: had to try a XLB, since that's what they're known for. Hate to say it, but this was actually our least favorite and, therefore, most disappointing dish. I've definitely had better. They're so small, although that does make them easier to eat. Flavor and chewiness and everything about it just didn't do it for me. - Chocolate XLB: these were surprisingly good. I would order these again. As long as you like chocolate, you'll like these. The menu says mochi in the name/description, but idk why because there's no mochi in it..that would be my only complaint about it. Price is a little hefty too, but I enjoyed them enough that I would recommend them. - rib things? Sorry, I forgot the name but they were delicious. Best meat we had all weekend (compared to bacchanal buffet and Hell's Kitchen). I would recommend this and order it again. - beef noodle soup: I love soup and noodles so had to try it. I enjoyed it, but it's not something I have to order again, especially since there's a lot of other things on the menu I want to try. These 4 dishes cost almost $80 before tax, so definitely on the expensive side. I think most dishes average around $18. I wanted to try the cucumber dish, but it's kind of hard to justify $18 for cucumber.. I'm sure I'll try it eventually. Overall, I would definitely recommend trying. Especially the little riblets and dessert XLB.
