Their prices are amazing but their customer service is even more amazing. I had purchased the ice machine it was making a noise. I gave them a call and he said yes go ahead and bring it in. We will help you out. I went there. No questions asked they returned it and gave me a different one same brand different color, and is working amazing, I actually found more things to purchase. they always have different and more things to sale every day and you can spend hours looking around and finding amazing deals!! I will definitely be back again, well I'm actually waiting for them to open today lol.

If 0 stars was an option that's exactly what they would've got. They had a futon set up on display for sell. My boyfriend told them that's the one we wanted and paid for it. When they brought it out to the truck it was the wrong item. We told them that's not the one we paid $216.75 for as it was half the size of the one we picked. The employee advised us that the one we picked was a floor model and they couldn't sell that one. My boyfriend told him fine just refund the money and we'll go else where. The employee then said he didn't know how to process refunds back to the card and we would have to wait for the "boss" to show up. Long story short "boss" never showed and they said they would call us when he did. We ended up having to drive back to the store only for the same employee who lied the day before and said he didn't know how to process a refund to be told to give us our money back. To be honest instead of choosing this store, you'd be better off shopping at a Goodwill. This store's employees have no integrity and will try to rip you off the first chance they get

Great place to find a good variety of items at fantastic prices from clothing to appliances to household decor items and gadgets. Chris is very very helpful. You find great value there for unbeatable prices. I bought a Stainless dishwasher for an incredible price. I will stop in from time to time to see what new stuff comes in!!!!

Do Not Do Not buy from this merchant. I purchased an electric Samsung dryer without a cord and was told that I could easily buy one at Home Depot and use the dryer. They also said that if it didn't work, I could return it within two weeks and get my money back.. four days later I called them back and told them that the dryer was not going to work for us and I would like my money back. They refused to give me my money back and said that the sale was final. I tried to go through my bank to resolve the issue, but this merchant refuses to return my money. I called Wells Fargo and I told him I said this is wrong. This is fraud. Tell me how this is OK? I'm sorry ma'am we contacted the merchant and the merchant said they're not going to give you your money back. She added that I purchased it with my card and, the transaction was final. I said it wasn't even a week that we called them and told them that it didn't work so now I have a dryer that doesn't work. They actually deserve no stars.
