Located in The Venetian hotel.Reservation: via open tableRestroom: men and women restrooms inside the restaurant all the way in the back thru the hall way.Ambiance: classy setting. Service: 6 stars!! Very friendly, attentive all around from hosts, servers. And example: a table next to us just arrived, apparently there's something in their butter that comes with the complimentary Popover bread, the server came right away and apologize. Within seconds, the manager came as well and apologize. That's I called 6 stars Service.Complimentary: Popover bread and butter. They even give us another one.We ordered: Bone in bacon - more like ribs, moist and great flavor. Tomato salad - very refreshing Bone in ribeye - 20oz including Bone, medium, a little fatty, which is normal. Very nice.Lobster mac n cheese - the macaroni pasta bigger than normal, big chucks of Lobster meat, cheesy.Asparagus- cook to perfection. Tropical wintering cocktail H.I.M cocktailThe reason I gave this restaurant 5 stars is because restaurant is not just about the food, but it has to carry the whole weight of the host, service, food, ambiance and cleanliness. Delmonico is definitely got my vote!!Congratulations!!

Nice quiet restaurant for lunch. We were surprised it wasn't busy on a Friday afternoon. We wanted a lighter lunch so we shared the prefixed lunch menu . ( choice of appetizers, main and dessert) Wedge salad , cheese burger , banana pie adding parmesan truffle potato chips. The staff was so accommodating they split the salad for us before arriving to our table. Salad was fresh and tasty, good burger, truffle chips too oily and yummy dessert .

Delmonico in Las Vegas exceeded my expectations! We started with a dozen oysters that were absolutely amazing - fresh and flavorful. For the main course, I had the filet mignon, which was to die for. The "au poivre style" sauce perfectly complemented the tender steak, and the asparagus and potatoes were delicious sides that completed the meal beautifully. For dessert, I tried the white chocolate crème brûlée. While it was good, I didn't quite get the white chocolate flavor I was expecting. Nonetheless, it was a sweet ending to an incredible meal.Overall, Delmonico is definitely worth a visit for the exceptional steak and elegant atmosphere. I'll be back!

I'm so torn to be writing this review. My fiance and I have been on the hunt for a good steakhouse for our wedding dinner. When I saw the amazing reviews for Delmonicos, I was so sure we had found a winner. I just want to say that this review is purely based on our opinion of the food. The service was incredible and the staff were all so kind and helpful. When we walked in we were greeted immediately and then brought over to our table. Our first impressions were that the interior was really nice and had a great "fancy" feel to it. Our server had walked us through the menu and we were excited to try a handful of different items. We started with their star dish, Emerils Bbq Shrimp. Our server told us that's what they're known for and so we knew we had to give it a try. Unfortunately, it didn't hit the mark for me. The sauce was so overbearing with such harsh savory flavors, it made it hard to enjoy the dish. Next we tried their February special soup, the Seafood Chowder, which featured sea bass, shrimp and potatoes. The flavor of the chowder was great, and they were kind enough to split it into two bowls for us, which was super nice. My only issue was the presentation. You'll see in the picture I post, the soup looks less than appealing. For entrees, I got the Petite Filet Mignon "Au Poivre" style. I'm not sure if it was the three pepper crust or the brandy reduction, but I wasn't impressed. The onions that came with the steak weren't really caramelized, but more so roasted. Overall, I didn't really love that dish either. The star for me was the Banana Cream Pie!! It was amazing. Such a good portion with great flavor. I just want to reiterate that this review isn't a reflection of the service. The staff was awesome and made our experience great. Based on the food alone, I don't think I'll be back.

Incredible! All the gold stars--10/10.What an elegant and beautiful restaurant. I made a reservation for four in advance, upon arrival, we were seated in a tucked-away area that we weren't thrilled about. We requested to be moved outside to the more "open indoor space", as we wanted to converse comfortably. The original seating area almost felt like a library!Once we were re-seated, we had an excellent waiter. Our experience was wonderful. The food, service, and overall ambiance were genuinely great.Items ordered:Seafood tower Deviled eggsSteak tartareAnd a variety of their steaks. Everything was perfect.

This was my sister's fav restaurant for their rib eye & I was highly recommended to try this place. However, I kept putting it off since I'm not a meat lover but I'm happy to say I finally tried it during my trip to vegas with my husband. Both of us were amazed how good their boneless rib eye was so we dined here again during our 2nd trip to vegas. We requested medium rare which was cooked to perfection. The flavor of the meat was juicy & texture was so tender. It's the best I've had by far. We also ordered mushrooms & asparagus as our side dish & it was delicious. Service was excellent both times we were here & the ambiance was nice & cozy. I will continue to come back here wherever I'm in vegas & would love to try other dishes on their menu as well.

We discovered Delmonico Steakhouse while walking through Venetian Canal shoppes. The ambiance looked classy and inviting and we were craving some steak so dove right in !We started with their special salad of the day which was great. Followed it up with the Barbeque Shrimp appetizer which was awesome ! We requested our server to make some recommendations and our only request was not to include any items with 'FATTY meats'. Almost all recommendations were great with the exception of Pork Chop which had very fatty cuts. We had to send it back but everything else that was on the table (Filet Mignon, NY Steak) was awesome ! Service was good and overall this was a very good steak dinner !

Cliff Notes Price Range: $$$$Parking: Plenty Perk: Food Non-Perk: A waiter that was not wanting to be thereAmbiance: Calm steak houseDress: Business CasualNoise: ModerateTemperature: A tad coldRecommend: 100% Date: 08/28/2024Dissertation: We had a business dinner here and I am so happy we choose this place, where the food is so good, it almost makes up for the fact that our waiter seemed like he'd just gone through a bad breakup and really didn't want to be there. His enthusiasm level? Somewhere between 'meh' and 'please don't make me talk to you.' But let's focus on the important part--the food! The Caesar salad? Absolute magic. They whipped up the dressing right at our table, like a culinary romance scene. Love was in the air! My husband and I decided to split the filet mignon, and honestly, I regretted even thinking about counting calories that night. The steak was melt-in-your-mouth perfection. And the Brussels sprouts? Let me tell you, I didn't know it was possible to get this excited about Brussels sprouts, but they were phenomenal--crispy, flavorful, and the kind of side dish that could easily convert a lifelong sprout-hater into a fan for life. In short, the food here is worth every bite, even if the service came with a side of 'bad day.' Would definitely return--hopefully with a cheerier waiter next time!

I absolutely love Delmonico Steakhouse, this is one of the best steakhouses I've ever tried. After four days of eating Chinese food in Vegas, I wanted a Western meal before we left. Since we were staying at The Venetian, we decided to try the steakhouse inside the hotel. The sommelier recommended an Italian red wine--it had low tannins and a rather simple flavor. It was decent and good for the price. Totally, we spent $645, $215 per person. For appetizers, we ordered apple cured kurobuta bone-in bacon. It was absolutely delicious--crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. Even as someone who doesn't usually eat meat, my mom really enjoyed it. The Caesar salad was just okay, nothing special. The ribeye, cooked to medium, was excellent. However, the chicken entrée was underwhelming compared to the steak. The scallop and mushroom pappardelle, on the other hand, was fantastic--a great option for anyone who doesn't eat meat. For dessert, our lovely server recommended the signature banana cake, and it did not disappoint! Definitely a great pick for anyone with a sweet tooth.Overall, the food, ambiance, service, plating, and flavors were all impressive. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid dining experience in Vegas!
