Deep Roots Harvest - North Las Vegas

Worst experience ever, not just in a dispensary, but probably in any retail environment, in my entire life. John, the security guard called me an asshole after I told him politely, he should work on his customer service skills. Making sure that I heard him correctly. I asked him again, which he then responded again calling me an asshole. I've never been treated with such disrespect, especially seeing that I'm a member of DRH, and was actually wearing my MJBIZCON badge. To treat anyone, much less a badge holder, with such disrespect and contempt is unacceptable. This is harassment, plain and simple and John should be fired immediately. DRH has lost my (substantial) business.

Too expensive, the guy doesn't help and is not friendly. He lets you scroll through the tablet to look at product, but doesn't ask or give suggestions. I don't recommend this place, I will drive to tree of life 2 miles away, they have better deals.

Too expensive, go somewhere else the same edibles here are $30 plus tax I can get somewhere else for $20 plus tax smh and if you use card they charge $3-$4 not everywhere does

Looks like they're redecorating but it's still a nice place. The staff, talking to you Jerome, takes time to help you decide what you're after. Prices were average but I was pointed to a two for $50 sale that fit perfectly. It was a wedding present and I got Wedding Cake vape. Lol Parking easy, and someone directed me to the front. I think once the renovations complete it'll be my new favorite.

Most dispensaries are similar in price and selection but one thing Deep Roots excels at is providing info for the buyer. Each flower is listed in its price tier with the name of the grower, THC strength, the dominant terpenes, and whether it's sativa, indica, or hybrid....all right at a glance without having to dig. Their website is good for those who are simply looking for the most potent strains but also for those looking at terpenes and the medical advantages of cannabis. Terpenes like myrcene, pinene, and linalool are the aroma of a plant, sometimes used to attract pollinators, but can also be altered to become anti-inflammatories and sedatives. So if you want your weed to act as a painkiller, or for insomnia, anxiety, etc. you can buy a strain that has the terpene to suit your need. Where they make it easy for you at Deep Roots is by condensing the info on the flower for sale onto one page, so you can compare and not have to keep clicking. Kudos to Deep Roots too, for emphasizing vape safety. They make it known none of their vape products contain vitamin E, glycerine, or glycol. Even though glycol is a synthetic preservative approved for use in foods, you do NOT want to inhale it in a vape. For that matter some of us don't want anything to do with it in food either, since propylene glycol is a chemical used in antifreeze. There've been too many vaping accidents and it's good that they bring the issue to light, for those who may not know.In North Las Vegas, find them on West Craig and Camino Al Norte. The budtenders and security guard were all relaxed and friendly. Vets and medical patients enjoy a 15% discount. Deep Roots is a company I can trust, having tried their products long before this storefront opened. They've been growing and providing legal weed in Nevada since the beginning.

Very expensive and not very helpful. I had to ask the guy behind the counter three times the same question before he finally came out and showed me and then returned back behind the counter. The prices are confusing on the flower. If you want to know what something cost you have to go on to their iPad and look it up. I don't have the time and energy for that. First time I ever went into a dispensary and didn't buy anything. Expensive prices, poor labeling and poor customer service earns this place a one star.

Deep Roots is, IMO, the best dispensary in town. From the moment you walk in, the guy who checks your ID makes you feel welcome with a smile and a friendly disposition. The budtenders are always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Their recommendations are always spot-on. I've never had a bad experience at this location. (I once went to the store on Blue Diamond and it was also a great experience) but this location on Craig is the store I frequent. It's rare nowadays to find a business who makes you feel like a valued customer but DRH definitely does!It's easy to see why they keep expanding and opening more locations across the valley. You guys are great! Keep up the good work.

Zero stars, terrible everything, weed is 8 months old and won't give me a refund.. the guy said it had a great smell and it smells like a farm for cows. This place sucks -10/10

Why is this place still open? This was actually the first dispensary, I went to. I got talked into it, instead of street weed. I've enjoyed the dispensaries since, but this place, I feel sorry, for them. Their prices are a million, for cheap homegrown homie house down the street cheap weed. I saw they had one good name one day, but I wasn't trying it, for $65. Maybe it was $55, but either way, that's way, too much, for something you recognized, and commonly dabble with, from other stores. They were lucky to have it. They keep advertising bird bath, or bird dog, or bird talk I can't think, of the name, right now blue bird!! I'd rather let them have the bird, and keep my money, if you know what I mean. I saw a guy, go in there, recently. I felt so sorry, for him. I wanted, to tell him where a better dispensary was at, but there ain't ' any in town ! They won't stay, in business paying employees, to watch those, and walls, for long.

Everything from the security guard to the kush is fire. Buddy at checkout was the chillest person I've met.... hooked it up.
