Daisho Sushi Lounge

Hands down to the new best AYCE in town. We learnt they just recently changed to AYCE menu with premium choices and we must try it out! We love the entire premium menu, everything was absolutely fresh and delicious! The sashimi quality is top notch. And they serve A5 Wagyu too? It is pretty amazing! The Wagyu yakitori was so juicy and delicious! Wagyu tongue was good but a bit tougher than the Wagyu beef. Still very good! Must order everything from the premium special items! It was so fulfilling!

Obviously, AYCE at Daisho is fairly new to them, as a business. It's Valentine's Day and my wife and I had a 6:30pm reservation. Got there at 5:25pm, and waited for about 5 minutes for help at the door. Waited for another 10 minutes because the only waitress had to clean a table for us. We were seated in the private room and sat there for another 10 minutes waiting to be served. Long story short, you can't operate an AYCE Sushi bar with over 10 tables and a counter with only 2 wait staff. We chose the All Day Premium meal for both of us, at $39.95, because it was the best on the menu, but it was far from what I expected, will never order it again, until they address their staffing issues. They publish time limit for your meal at 1.5 hour, but they don't even bother to check on you until you flag them down. After just eating the sashimi plate, a couple of small (3 piece) yuzu dishes, a soft shell crab tempura, and a 3 piece shrimp tempura, I flagged the waitress and told her that I would like to try their nigiri, if she could just rush a king salmon, and one kanpachi to try. She took the order and walked away. Another 10 minutes later I ask for their mochi ice cream dessert and the check, which we both got, but my nigiri requests never came so I asked our waitress to cancel it. After I paid our check and was getting ready to leave, the male waiter came to deliver my nigiri order. Even their communication is lacking and it's a sad, and very disappointing way to celebrate a special occasion, or any occasion for that matter. I will think twice before going back for that awful experience, but it's NO fault of the employees who are subjected to those conditions.

Came here with friends for a late lunch. We really wanted a little of everything and Daisho was kind enough to let us order the dinner set for late lunch. Everything was cooked wonderfully and the sushi was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!Also, they now have All you can eat sushi now (ayce).

One of the best all you can eat places in town for a very reasonable price. It was my first time here yesterday and everything was amazing. I would definitely bring my friends back here. The fish were fresh. The fish to rice ratio was perfect but the rice was a little hard/dry. Hopefully they'll fix that tiny mistaken. I love all of their one time order menu including toro and sashimi! Friendly staff and cute environment. Definitely coming back here.

I just discovered this place about six months ago, and now it's my favorite. My go-to was the Omakase sushi with 12 pieces of premium fish often kinds that I can't find at any other sushi restaurant. Last night, I was searching all over the menu for the Omakase, and I was a little disappointed to see that it was no longer on the menu. When I asked the staff about it, they said they just launched and all you can eat option with the same exact fish that I've been ordering on the Omakase menu. Plus, it was $20 cheaper for all you can eat! They all you can eat includes Wagyu. The Wagyu/Uni hand roll is a must try! In fact, all of the Wagyu choices are must tries (yes there's more than one!) King salmon is superb. Scallop/uni hand roll. Snow crab tempura (with real snow crab, not imitation )Oh also, you can order sashimi as part of the all you can eat. The pieces are incredibly generous. AYCE for dinner was $39. I'm not sure how they're going make money ... It's worth over $60 imho.

My best friend and I stopped by Daisho one afternoon for lunch and boy were we happy. Being our first time in, we didn't expect the atmosphere and food to be as good as it was. The service was amazing, our server was friendly and answered all of our questions and helped pick items. My favorite roll was the Sakura roll, fresh Tuna and Yellowtail, topped with spicy Salmon and black caviar. We felt a little fancy with that one! The experience was more than what you get at a typical AYCE restaurant and the food was elevated. We really enjoyed our lunch and cannot wait to go back.

The service was great, the fish was extremely fresh and well presented. The premium ayce is reasonably priced and the wagyu skewers were grilled perfectly

My husband and I went there to celebrate our late Valentine's Day dinner. Heard from a close friend that the sushi there was amazing and they did not disappoint. Everything we order was so fresh and good. They even make their own soy sauces. Our server was very attentive and helpful towards suggesting what was good to order. The restaurant was so clean and I loved the ambiance. We will definitely come back!

Dined here a few days ago with friends and had a terrible experience. The manager ( i think at least ) was yelling at his coworkers and chefs very aggressively and loud. Food took long to come out and the vibes were totally off. I do not recommend coming here at all. Manager seemed so unprofessional and unorganized. Someone else with patience should be running it because it has potential but the atmosphere was horrible!
