HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Tried the animal frosted cookie blizzard for the first time. The cookies tasted awful, didn't taste like the actual animal frosted cookies. I came back and let the attendant at the drive-thru know about it and if they could replace it with something else. She exclaimed with attitude, "WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT?" and that they can't offer something else "WE CAN'T DO THAT". We just wanted to get our money's worth. This was such a waste. I'm never coming back here again. Bunch of brats running the store.

If you're going there for ice cream, this is the place to go. The service is ok, but I wouldn't count it out. The ambiance is super chill and plenty of space to sit.

Not only was the store beautifully decorated for the new-found autumn season, but it was also clean and well-kempt. The cake freezer near the front of the store was stocked with beautiful cakes, so I ordered one (because who doesn't love a good ice cream cake) and it was delicious!!! I had two workers assist me, Alexander and Cesar, and they wrote on my cake with such conciseness I was amazed--they even somehow managed to talk me into buying packs of nondairy dillybars for my cousin who's lactose intolerant. As a businessman, these two employees are great upsellers, and i may just have to steal them for my own store. They packaged my orders quickly and effortlessly answered all of my questions; this is what a productive team looks like! 10/10 would recommend.

I've been to this location multiple times, and it's always been Great... I wish I could remember the staff members names who helped me.... I've never seen this person before. HOWEVER... placed an app order today, like I have in the past, and it's NOT GREAT! The blizzards I ordered weren't mixed properly so the bottom half was just vanilla soft serve, I guess it could've been worse but... and when I went inside to pick up and order something extra, she said she didn't have it.

Free Cone Day!!! It was crazy busy. The drive thru line was going around the building, so we went inside. The line inside wasn't too bad, 3 families ahead of us. But the 4 kids working were completely ignoring the inside line and just working on the drive thru! After maybe 10 mins wondering what the heck was going on, 1 kid finally came over and started taking orders. Once we got up to the register the kid was super nice and tried to make conversation while taking our order. I was a little grouchy after waiting, but his friendly attitude really helped. And he got us our cones pretty quickly after ordering.

Terrible hot dog was tough as if it was sitting all day. Took one bite and spit it out. Also the kid that served it had chili on his hand so I'm going to assume he didn't wear gloves. And the soda is flat and just taste like syrup

Not once have i EVER gotten my hot fudge sundae like this. Every time i order this they always add extra hot fudge and i mean extra. Who ever was working the drive thru tonight around 8pm said he couldnt add more hot fudge when i know that is a complete lie because they can add more just charge for it! They drive thru guy said he added 4 pumps of hot fudge and this is not 4 pumps. Usually when i order from here, they usually add hot fudge on the bottom and the top! I will never go here again, and when i say i want extra i want my ice cream drenched in it. But this was a waste of money! I stopped eating the ice cream because im not satisfied with it!
