I've FINALLY tried the one and only Da Braddahs Grindz. The food truck had made a stop to the Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center during the lunch hours to serve our lovely hospital staff, visitors, guests, and families. When I saw that they were coming I was definitely going to check them out. Today was the day! I was surely NOT disappointed! I had tried their mix Kanak plate which is a choice of 2 proteins. I chose the Furikake Chicken and Teriyaki Beef as my 2 proteins with 2 scoops of rice and Mac salad. I absolutely LOVED the flavors and portion size of my meal where I don't have NO complaints! I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of food I was receiving. I see myself checking out Da Braddahs Grindz again in the near future to try out a couple more items on their menu! Thank you, Da Braddahs Grindz for one delicious lunch and you have a new fan in me!!!!

These guys were at the Pure Aloha concert so we decided to try. We bought $130 in poke rice bowls and it was sick. The fish was warm and old & the flavor they added was disgusting. I refused to eat it after 1 bite. And I HATE wasting food. Their "shoyu poke" has zero shoyu so that was weird. substitute the shoyu for precut costco in the fridge garlic sprinkled all over old, fishy previously frozen ahi and that's what they call shoyu poke. I really wished they were good but they weren't. Waste money. The ONLY good thing about this place was that the girl working at the register was really nice. Other than that, yuck.

Food is yummy and abundant, service with lots of Aloha, only two tables, one four top and the other a two top, you sit right in the general area. I'd totally go back and try the whole menu as time goes by...!!!

We decided to check out the Tivoli Night Market as it's one exit away from us and the weather was perfect. Got there about 6 and there were a lot of people. We were surprised how crowded it was. Lots of families and doggies all enjoying the evening. Wasn't really hungry but the smell of this food truck spoke to my tummy. Got #11, the mix plate. For the price, it's a damn good deal. At least 2 meals. The food was tasty. Darn good macaroni salad and I'm not usually a fan. The shrimp were nicely seasoned, as were the beef and chicken katsu. Didn't try the rice yet but if it's mushy like some other reviewers said, no big as we brought it home. Will definitely order again when I see the truck. Think they started in San Diego (the 619 area code) and really glad they moved here.

Stop everything and listen up, because I've got the inside scoop on the culinary sensation that is Da Braddahs Grindz! Picture this: it's First Friday in the vibrant downtown Las Vegas Arts District, and amidst the hustle and bustle, I stumbled upon a food truck that would forever change my perception of Hawaiian cuisine.Da Braddahs Grindz isn't just any food truck--it's a slice of paradise on wheels, dishing out flavors so divine, they'll transport you straight to the shores of Hawaii. And let me tell you, my taste buds were in for an absolute treat. Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the Furikake chicken plate. Imagine succulent chicken, coated in a crispy, golden batter, infused with just the right amount of sweetness and seasoning. It was a flavor explosion in every bite, leaving me craving more with each mouthful. But here's where Da Braddahs Grindz truly sets itself apart: the double macaroni salad. Oh, my taste buds have never experienced such bliss! Creamy, dreamy, and bursting with flavor, this wasn't just any macaroni salad--it was a symphony of culinary perfection. And let me tell you, I take my macaroni seriously, but this? This was next-level.And don't even get me started on the portion size. For a mere $15, I was treated to a feast fit for royalty. Seriously, it was enough to feed not just me, but my entire entourage. Talk about bang for your buck! Now, let's talk ambiance. The food truck itself is a sight to behold, adorned in vibrant hues of green, blue, and silver. It practically screams "come hither" from across the street. And the staff? Pure magic. From the moment I placed my order, I was greeted with smiles, warmth, and that unmistakable Ohana love. Despite the bustling crowd, my food was ready in a flash, piping hot and ready to devour. So here's the bottom line: Da Braddahs Grindz isn't just a food truck--it's a culinary experience unlike any other. It's the kind of place that leaves a lasting impression, that keeps you coming back for more, time and time again. So do yourself a favor, dear reader, and make a beeline for this gastronomic paradise. Your taste buds will thank you, I promise.

We had their food truck at the Skye Canyon farmers market. I always know the food will be good if I order here! I've gotten a few things from this truck and everything has been delicious so far. The portions are big & definitely filling. We got the Korean Chicken & Furikake Chicken plates with rice instead of Mac salad. It was delicious as usual, we just wish it was a little more saucier & the rice was a bit dry this day. The service is always good & the ladies that work at the window taking orders are always so patient with us. If you happen to stop by the Skye Canyon farmers market on Thursdays, grab something from here & enjoy it in the park!
