Cyber Quest at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa

The staff is PATIENT. Thanks to them my family and I always have a great time at this location. We're regulars here because it's the BEST arcade at a station casino. They have a clean and safe area for kids to play dozens and dozens of games. They have claw machines and they change the plushies and toys regularly. They have classic games like basketball hoops, ski-ball, prize wheels, and more. We've never had an issue here and I've only ever seen one game out of order.

I rated 5 star because all the staff here is very courteous and helpful when needing assistance. The manager here is very helpful and it feels at ease when the manager is there... because when there is a problem, the manager is able to help and quire. My son loves coming here...They key is winning more points so to win bigger toys. We came here today and to my surprise no one was here... We didn't have enough points to win any legos today unfortunately, apparently I usually asked the staff if there are any legos aside because the legos they had upfront were 9000 points..The guy said, "apparently we don't have any legos left in the back and the cheapest one is 9000 points"...He pointed to the one that was displayed..So we just left cyber quest...I guess the next time we come to cyber quest hopefully they have other legos that aren't 9000 points which if they are arrange from 4000 to 5000 points at least my son can walk out with winning something He only want legos, but apparently we didn't have 9000 points, so we left. But overall I do like taking my son to cyber quest, it's a fun place for kids and adults .

My family loves Cyber Quest arcade at Red Rock Casino! The staff, including Ryan, are always friendly and helpful. The selection of prizes is amazing. Not the typical plastic junk like majority of arcade prizes, but actual prizes parents will be happy for their kids to bring home like legos and Pokémon cards! They also have some awesome monthly email promotions when you register your card. Promos like $10 free with $50 game card purchase, free game play for kids good report card grades, etc. if you're looking for family fun, Cyber Quest is the place to go!

Cyber quest Arcade right next to the movie theatre and kids quest. I love bringing my kids here to play. We can spend about an hour of fun. This is super clean, staff is always so friendly and patient, and the prizes are great! They have decent prizes that make it worth it.

It was okay,, I just wish there were more variations of games to play.But overall .. I enjoyed shooting hoops !!

Arcades are great for stress relief at any age- even 40, wink wink!I love that this one stays open during the pandemic. I happily give them money to reload my game card, and they often have promos for bonus free play. I love skee-ball, and this place has it, along with a great bowling version! Besides playing games for fun, prizes are also available. Tickets are no longer spit out from machines, the points are added to your Quest Card. The variety of prizes is pretty immense- there are many low value gizmos & gadgets but also high ticket count pricey items.Can't see a movie at Red Rock, you can play the slots of course, but CQ is a great alternative!

Been coming here frequently for a solid year. It was convenient at first but then realized how much time we would all spend here having fun. Plenty of games for various ages and if they made the arcade bigger it could always be better but still gona keep coming back. The staff here has a good vibe. We have interacted with them on several occassions and even when they're really busy their attitute has been cool. Definitely recommend even if it's just for some of the other amenities around it.

BEST ARCADE IN TOWN, BY FAR!My son's absolutely loves this place. He has exchanged his points for really high quality prizes! No joke.The manager Jesse is super friendly and always attentive. The arcade looks impeccable.Covered parking always available.They have new games/machines. Always up to date in this regard.Adriana Argueta

Staff is super friendly especially Ryan who is always engaging and friendly.Always seem to be rotating in new games too.

Cool arcade despite its size. bianca was a great help through everything, clean place and very enjoyable, looking forward to it next time I visit
