This pizza is really good especially coming from a food truck. I got a spicy pepperoni. The crust is so crispy and soft at the same time. It's actually unbelievable how delicious it was. Only two things i didn't like was that they don't have ranch and it's a little pricey for me for a personal pizza. Nevertheless, cooked to perfection!

Pizza is a major food group, so it's essential to have it whenever possible. Enter pizza truck out front of where I was working...SCORE. It comes out piping hot. The crust is perfection. Just the right amount of sauce. It's so DELICIOUS I may have eaten the whole pizza in one sitting.

Custom Pizza Truck usually frequents the Food Truck Frenzy at Centennial Hills on Saturdays. This past Saturday, from 4:00 P.M - 8:00 P.M, Custom Pizza Truck was located at Centennial Hills on the corner of Farm/Durango inside the Walgreen's Plaza. My daughter and I decided to order their cheese pizza. It was $14.00, but including tip, it came out to be approximately $18.00 for the cheese pizza. The ingredients are so fresh. This pizza is a Neapolitan style consisting of light and airy dough. The cheese and tomato sauce was scrumptious! It took approximately 15 minutes for the order though, not too bad! At the time we placed our order, Custom Pizza Truck did not have any drinks available.

YO, CPT - Claim your page!!!! :) I've had the pleasure to indulge in their cheese pizza twice now thanks to THRIVE! They are here to feed the mass of stoners that make a fairly substantial purchase and I love that. I can really get behind establishments that help each other out. Total win-win for them and patrons alike. What more can I say?! Great looking truck, great service from the owner, and great munchies to go along with my Thrive curbside order. Fresh, delicious, and I'm not even mad at the apparent fact that they only have a select few toppings as mentioned in other review. I'm a fan and look forward to trying them outside of this killer collab!

These guys are the absolute best! I have been a consistent customer ever since they opened, and try to find them wherever they're parked. They make it super easy to text your order ahead of time so that it's hot and ready right when you show up. The quality that you get out of that truck is better than any restaurant. The crust is perfectly salty and chewy, arguably the best part of the entire pizza.

I found this place on Instagram and have been stalking them since! I love a local business with a story behind it as well. On their Instagram @custompizzatruck they have a link to an article from the review journal about them. Anyhow bottom line is they finally made their way to the west side of town for their location today and they did not disappoint!!!!!! Let is be noted it's a food truck so their location is on the move every week. So if you find a location by you DO NOT hesitate!!!! Their pizza is phenomenal!!! My very favorite is their margarita pizza but I tried 3 others as well. The margarita pizza's sauce is extra special and it compliments the soft wood fire crust. All their pizza is worth it! I hope they make the west side part of their permanent rotation for locations!

The only reason this truck gets a 2 star is because it is impressive on its own with no food being judged. But this site isn't for looks it's about the whole package and unfortunately this truck doesn't have it. You'd think someone who spend $300,000 on a beautiful 900* wood fire pizza truck would make sure the food going out upheld the standard. This pizza was incredibly sub pay for the $20 I spent on it.I've always wanted to try this truck. I've attended many events they were at and always had mixed reviews from the patrons eating their pizza. More negative comments rather than the positive but I figured it's because the style of pizza isn't what most would expect. A Neapolitan pizza should be almost charred on the outside, slightly firm bottom, chewy and meant to be eaten within minutes of receiving. With that being said my pizza could've stayed in the oven for another 40-60 seconds. I've eaten pizza all over, I love pizza! I've worked for an amazing pizzeria that had multiple oven styles and am quite educated on the process and different kind of cooks. In addition to it being slightly underdone the sauce only tasted like San Marzano no other flavor, cheese was flavorless and the pepperoni wasn't much to write home about either. From the guest experience with the blah employee taking the order, to the disappointment when eating the pizza I'd happily say I would not support this business again. All in all save your 20$ and head to the pizza spot on Ogden and 3rd you'll definitely get more for your money and be satisfied in the end.

I came across this pizza truck on Fort Apache and Blue Diamond while on a bike ride and decided to give it a try. When I went up to order, I saw that the employees weren't wearing masks. I wish the employees would consider the health and safety of their customers amidst a pandemic. I had to ask them to put on their masks, which they did begrudgingly and incorrectly (the masks did not cover their noses). The pizzas were around $15 which is a bit pricey. They were out of the Spicy Beef, so I decided to get the Pepperoni instead. After ordering, the pizza came out promptly (4-5 min). It was a decent size, shareable between two people. It tasted fine, but definitely not $15+ worth. I asked for jalapeños as a topping, but they merely sliced a jalapeño in two pieces and set them in the center of the pizza. I wouldn't recommend this pizza truck, $15 can be better spent elsewhere.
