Leaving a 5 star review for a free chocolate chip because why not Best cookies in town though!

Crumbl Cookie might just be the best road snack. I picked up a sweet treat for the ride from Vegas to AZ when visiting family. I ended up ordering a variety of their mini cookies, including the strawberry, red velvet, biscoff, and chocolate chip. I deducted a few stars because the ladies behind the counter seemed a bit confused by the ordering system. Several cookies also ran out, despite being available at the kiosk.

I am very dissatisfied with with the service at this location, time and time again this time has been hopefully my last experience I'll allow myself to have here I'm tired of the constant disappointment and frustration that comes along with this expensive product - you would at least hope you got a good experience once you spent the last 20 dollars in your account for 4 cookies. But to hope you also get your cookies when they take your last 20 dollars is unbelievable. There was 4 cookies ordered for pick up on February 18th from the unlv location, we ordered at 9:20pm approximately and my boyfriend arrived for pick up at 9:45pm, i had triple checked closing time which was 10pm. Upon arrival he tried to enter and the door was locked but he could see employees, so he knocked a few times called even more, he said he could see them ignore not only him at the door but his attempts to call as well (not to mention he also watched them drop cookies on the ground and pick them up with no gloves - disgusting!) - when we called from the house is when they finally answered one of our calls, in which they were very rude mentioning they had closed for deep cleaning, and proceeded to end the call abruptly. It didn't seem like they had any deep cleaning going on - from an outsiders perspective it just seemed like they wanted to close early which is frustrating for people who have put their orders in before anywhere near when they're supposed to be closing. My boyfriend said another person who had ordered showed up in which they opened the doors for her and handed her the cookies she ordered and when he mentioned he also had a pickup order she refused saying "no you don't" he showed her our information for our order and were instructed to pickup the following day. I have since canceled our order, in which I was told I would be getting my refund in 4 to 5 days - it is now the 23rd and no refund. I also had our roommate send an email night of the inconvenience and haven't heard anything back which is why I'm now taking this to a more public platform. I can deal with your team members constant attitude and rude behavior but taking my money and not getting anything in return with the unbelievably unprofessional environment is crazy.

Crumbl cookies are some of my favorite cookies! This location is right across from UNLV. I have a few events that are hosted at the Student Union so it's easy to stop by this Crumbl to pick up some cookies!This week's flavors are the following (September 2024)Semi-Sweet Chocolate ChunkBanana BreadThe Afterlife Cake (Based on the Beetlejuice Beetlejuice movie!)ChurroStrawberry Shortcake CookieTriple Chocolate Chip CookieWe ended up ordering a pack of 4. All of the cookies, cakes, and breads were super fresh!Banana Bread: This was delicious! There was a ton of brown sugar and cinnamon streusel topped on the banana bread! It wasn't overpowering and you could still taste the banana.The Afterlife Cake: This was my favorite flavor this week! It was two layers of dark chocolate cake with vanilla and dark chocolate cream cheese. The cream cheese really helped balance out the dark chocolate flavors! It also came with a special topper edition for Beetlejuice Beetlejuice!Churro Cookie: This was a cinnamon flavored cookie with a cinnamon buttercream topped on top of the cookie! It was super yummy!The Triple Chocolate Cookie: The cookie was packed with creamy white chips and milk chocolate chips! I could also taste a little bit of semi-sweet chunks in it too! The cookie was very good!The service at this crumbl location is fantastic! The team members were amazing! I always stop by this location when I'm near UNLV!

First time trying crumble cookie. Getting their was so complicated because their doing construction on the Main Street so that was a mess including parking their bearly was any parking. Girl in the front was rude didn't even bother to help us out so I was just annoyed but overall the cookies were amazing except the confetti cake the girl added too much frosting

The cookies are a hit or miss. It's a cool concept that they change cookies every week. The staff is extremely nice but they do not have enough sitting area. Parking is hard, the lines are long, and even if you deliver ahead of time they might still not be ready.

I just got back and my cookies did not look like the cookies in the pictures..I don't know what wrong with these worker , they seem so unhappy being there . So damn rude . When I ask about the topping they looked confused like what topping .. Management needs to check their workers .

Love the flavors my favorite cookie definitely has to be the brookie and the original chocolate chunk.

Came here as a last minute trip with a friend. They were out of the flavor we wanted to try, but it's okay. Entrance is around the building and on Maryland Pkwy and customer parking is in the garage in the back. Garage is a bit small, but it's okay. We found a few avail spots still! Employees were nice and greeted us as we walked in. Vibe was chill and the store is clean. Would definitely come again next time they have a craving or to hunt down a flavor.

Came in looking for a large box of cookies didn't know anything about the larger orders Tiffany was so helpful and a pleasure to help me with my order. So glad I came to this location.
