I swear the smell in here is SO amazing! The service is always great here & the cookies taste fantastic! I'm completely addicted to CRUMBL!

I had such a great experience at Crumbl! The workers were incredibly nice and made the whole visit so enjoyable. I wasn't sure what flavor to choose, but they took the time to explain the options and even shared their personal favorites to help me decide. I really appreciated how patient and friendly they were throughout the process. It felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience.In the end, I walked away with a flavor I absolutely loved, and it was all thanks to their recommendations. The service was top-notch, and it made me even more excited to come back and try more flavors. It's not every day you find a place where the staff is so welcoming and helpful. Crumbl definitely stands out for its amazing customer service and, of course, delicious treats!

Crumbl cookies is one of my favorite cookie shops to go to! Crumbl is constantly changing their menu every week. Lately, they've offered some different items like the Confetti Cake and the Double Fudge Brownie!When I saw the Double Fudge Brownie on their line up for this week of October 14, I just had to stop by the Crumbl - Red Rock location to pick up a pack of four cookies!- Blueberry Muffin Cookie: Warm blueberry cookie. It had a buttery cake glaze and the cookie was topped with a lot of blueberry muffin streusel! It was so delicious! It also warmed up well in the Microwave!- Cornbread Cookie: This was one of my favorite cookies this week! It was warmed up and smothered with a honey butter glaze! There was also a huge glop of honey buttercream frosting on top of it! The honey drizzle was scrumptious! It was so good!- Double Fudge Brownie: When I took one bite of this, I immediately thought of a chocolate cake! It was loaded with semi-sweet chocolate chunks too! The frosting was a perfect addition with the milk chocolate drops within the brownie! - Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk cookie: There were so many semi-sweet chocolate chunks in the cookie I got! There was also some sea salt sprinkled on top of the cookie! It was super yummy!The service was great at this location! It was quick and easy to pick up the cookies on a Friday!

Great concept but missed the mark. The shop is uninviting. Cookies are just ok. For the price I excepted perfection. I ordered the Biscoff Lava cookie. It was under baked and was missing the "Lava" component as shown in the store display. Overall flavor was ok. I will try again in the future. Perhaps it was a bad batch. My wife ordered a Chocolate Chip cookie which she enjoyed.

Zombies... zombies would actually Be faster. They are extremely slow and not professional. It's dirty in there too. I ordered their new confetti cake they made me wait 20 mins for it then hand it to me with only 2 tiers when it's a 3 tier cake. I watched all of them go up and down trying to fix something with the frosting, HOW HARD IS IT TO ICE A SMALL CAKE? They made me wait again topped it with a little frosting and basically throw it at me. Box open and filled with frosting all over the box. No thank you for waiting or apology. Nothing. Never going back to this location..

I think w Crumbl you know what to expect? So probably not worth going in to detail regarding the product. That being said, this location does not disappoint- the cookies exactly exemplify the product the employees make them w ease and precision. Outside of that, the location presents as cleanly and well maintained. I'll update if that changes.

Great service cookies were fresh and great flavors ! Very happy first time experience !

I do not recommend ordering via the app. When we arrived the cookies in the box did not seem fresh. I would rather wait in line at the shop to ensure I get a fresh, warm cookie. My experience in the past, when walking in, has been good! I appreciate their rotation of flavors and the minis. I would download their app though as you can earn points towards a reward.

Wow! I am shocked! Are the cookies good? yes! Do I want to support this business? Yes! However DO BETTER, I am appalled at how they are running their business, why is there only TWO employees on a busy saturday night? This is my second time coming to this location and seeing a low amount of employees. I went in and their was 15 people waiting in line, you are LOSING CUSTOMERS by being severely understaffed. If you are understaffed because no one wants to work there, maybe pay better? If you are understaffed due to trying to keep hours low, and stay under the payroll then this is not a business I want to continue to support because the owner clearly does not care about their own business enough to keep up with customer demand. The employees were lovely, I have no complaints about their service as they were their best and going as fast as they could.

The regular chocolate chip cookie is a must-try! This time I tried the butter cake and it was amazing too!!!
